Normally when I think of Barnes & Noble, I usually think of books. But this particular day we decided to go to look for some childrens toys that are often hard to find. We were able to find a fairly good selection, not 50 or 100 of each one on the shelf, but a good range, and I noticed that it covered a wide range of ages of children. I was thankful that we were able to find some toys that we wanted to get and we will probably return some time to do it again!

They are your typical book store. With crazy misses. Book 2 and maybe 3 of a series, but well order book 1. Its a mess that way. But still you get your book buy on with the amazing smell accompanied.

Went to pick up books for my job. Was told to ask for Kevin once I got there. I met Kevin inside the front of the store and he wasnt very helpful. I was told by Kevin to speak with Ally, as he apparently had more important issues up front. Ally on the other was super awesome, we spoke and she walked me to the front of the store where both Kevin and my box were. I hope my job never uses them again, solely because of Kevin.

Found a used book I was looking for for less than $4.50 including tax. Very good condition. Never disappoints for good used books.

Introduced my daughter to reading on the floor in a bookstore because a book just grabs you. Because thats how you know if its right for you! We love going back old school before technology advanced so much!

You cam get the books cheaper on Amazon. Every book I wanted I priced on Amazon and purchased there but I still love going to the book store. The inside starbucks is good though. The oreo stack is a must try 😋

When I couldnt find what I was looking for, Mary Terry was able to locate the book right away!On another visit I was looking for a book by a local author. Lindsey Romero looked it up in the system and located the book in a couple minutes!The customer service at this location is excellent!

My one stop spot for all the Bluebonnet List books I need for my children every year. They are in Gifted and Talented in school and must read 5 of these books to attend the brunch. I buy 6 and let them rotate. Works perfectly!

Im not a fan of chain bookstores; however, this Barnes and Noble is one I frequent. They always have an amazing selection, and the store is well laid out with good signage. Employees are always helpful and good with remembering regular customers.

Always nice but WAY TOO PRICEY. I shop book stores for books/gifts, not high price coffees and pastries. Wonder if they realize why most people buy and read online. I bought a book (new) online for under $10 that they sell for $25. Reading and owning books should be encouraged not discouraged by high prices.

The cafe was nice, their machine for making foam was down but my drink was still amazing after she worked some magic.Always clean, never any issues, never very crowded! Its always been nice to stop in and peek around.

Really nice store. Its quite large with an excellent selection of stock. Several places you can sit and browse a book youre interested in as well as a coffee bar. You can find some pretty nice books on markdown too. A pleasant place to shop.

The place is really nice I love going to Barnes and Nobel but the people who work at Barnes and noble are really rude. One time I called them to ask if they had an item in stock and the employee was really rude to me. The next day I went in to purchase the item the girls behind the cash register are really rude it makes me want to stop going to Barnes and Nobel. Barnes and Nobel FIX your employees attitude or you will lose lots of customers! I feel very uncomfortable going inside of that store now and I love Barnes and Nobel looks like I’ll have to find a new place!

Starbucks had one table available. Their electrical outlets were taped so you cant plug in anything... At least they had bathrooms though. No starbuck has public bathrooms anymore. I dont get it. Why is it that Ihop Dennys and other cafes you can do these things but not at Starbucks.

Theres something so comforting and homey about this place. There are always familiar faces that have worked there for a long time and are very helpful without being pushy. The selection is always excellent. Prices are more expensive, but between sale prices and my Educator Discount card, Im always able to find wonderful steals for both myself and my classroom. It is a book lovers paradise! I even managed to find a book for my sons end of the year kindergarten graduation!

I enjoy the atmosphere and selection available here, though I mostly purchase Criterion Collection Blu-Rays and the occasional book, but the prices can be a little too steep compared to other places. Despite this I still enjoy coming here and talking to the checkout lady about movies and other things

The lady who waited on was very nice and friendly, but I am still waiting on the book I ordered tho.

The cafe staff has been great (christina) except lately one person (carson) who seems to get an attitude over the littles things, such as me asking for a drink holder since I was having to carry two drinks, a cookie and a pizza. I am a regular visitor and do not appreciate the attitude when I ask for little thing like that.

I always love going to Barnes & Noble. They always have a good variety of book, games, movies, and other things. The employees there are helpful and willing to help. Sometime I have a hard time describing things, but the lady that helped me took the time to look for what I was asking about with a limited description. It also helps that theres a Starbucks there too. I would honestly stay there all day if I could.

Love this bookstore! The $25 yearly membership is worth every penny. I renewed yesterday, was given a $2 coupon off of my coffee at their Starbucks, then after finishing my studying, found multiple 50% off items to buy, which rang up at 60% off with my membership. I saved at least $40 with the 50% off items and another $6 or so on those items and others with my discount. The membership pays for itself quick. Love it!

Large selection of books in Beaumont spanning several genres. Mediocre music and movie collection. Also a great place to pick up stationery and childrens books.

This Barnes & Noble is always clean and comfortable. I always feel that I can talk to the staff and ask questions. It would be nice if they kept more in stock but that isnt their fault at all. I can always depend on Barnes and Noble when I want to spoil myself with new books! Plus they are open late, which I appreciate so much!

This is a good sized Barnes and Noble with a great selection of magazines, books, and manga. They have a fair selection of music as well including vinyl selections. Tyler helped me and was incredible, she helped me find an R.A. Salvatore book and was very happy to do so.

Well...for some reason some brilliant person decided that the chocolate mouse and red velvet cheese cake was broken and needed to be fixed. BAD MISTAKE. Cant stand the new versions. Mouse has a watery crust. Yuk. Red V cheesecake is more like a thick vanilla pudding...doesnt even taste like cheesecake....the cake is dry and has little flavor. It is the right color though. Precious little compromise. Take my advice, idiot. Go back to the previous recipes. I wont be back.

Customer service was great. I was greeted when I came in and I looked around for just a little while and someone came up and asked me if I needed help finding anything. At the check out the cashier was friendly.

I went in there today and was not liking my experience. Had women fixing my drink start involving my age in conversation I just wanted my drink fixed and told her to shut it and fix my drink. Then we she saw she wasnt annoying me enough she decided calling me honey baby like I was that way which Im not and told her I didnt appreciate it. Im sorry had to tell on her she kind of deserved it.

I love this place!! I mean the employees there will help you find a book in the store if you are having trouble and if they dont have it in store you dont have to go try another place because they will order it for you. Plus they have a cafe with coffee I mean who doesnt like reading while having a cup of caffeine. They are always so nice each time I visit this is the first place I go when looking for that new adventure.
