On Wed., June 9, 2021 our garage doors were installed. It took several weeks for the doors to come in, due to COVID delays. When they finally arrived at my home, the installers worked hard & did an excellent job. (The only reason I rated a three) However, they accidentally picked up the wrong decorative hardware. The guys said they would return on Thursday or Friday to install the correct hardware. No problem. No one showed up either day. Monday no one called or showed. Tuesday I called. I was told the hardware was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Again, even though there was no communication from the salesman, John, it was still no problem. A month later, I had heard nothing from overhead door, so again touched base. Like everything else, COVID was causing a delay. Three weeks later, the same scenario played out but this time I was upset because there had been no communication from John. We did not have a pleasant conversation. John felt my frustrations were ridiculous, because “it’s just decoration”. Yes, decorations that I paid for. Absolutely no customer service or service recovery! The conversation was ended by an agreement that John would get with the distributor and call with updates. Nope. My husband texted John on Aug. 29, 2021. John responded that he would check the following day & let him know if they had received the hardware. Again, no follow-up from John. Aug. 31, 2021, my husband called Overhead door and asked to speak with the manager. He was told Gary, the manager, was not in but that day, but he would call in the am when he got in. Sept. 1, you guessed, Gary did not call. My husband received a text from John instead. Per John, the hardware was there & would be installed Sept. 2, 2021. If tomorrow is a repeat of the previous no communication & no show service, I’ll update this review.

Tried to set up appointment to speak with rep two ways. I visited location and talked with a representative on phone to try to schedule. I was blown off. No return call. No problem, Ill spend my money where they want business.

My garage door cracked and broke, so I gave Overhead Door a call and spoke to Mrs. Vicky. She was very nice, listened to what I had to say, and set a time for the next day, that a salesman would come out. Sure enough the next day, I get a text and a phone call from the salesman (which is very convenient), That he was on his way to my home. Once he arrived, he explained all of the different door styles, colors, and options. John was very knowledgeable, about all of their products. I was sold when he gave me a quote within 10 minutes on the spot. He was very flexible with the time and day I wanted it to be installed. Within one week, Jorge came to install the new door, track system and supports. And to Also add a garage door motor to my rear garage Door, which did not have one. Jorge was very professional and courteous to my home, garage and surrounding areas. He removed the old door, installed the new one, and the new motor on the rear garage door in a very timely manner. Once he finished, he swept and cleaned up all of the debris and trash. He left my garage the way he found it. I wouldn’t go with any other garage door company! These are truly professional people, quality material, and outstanding service!!!

Been with overhead door since I became a homeowner & they always deliver the BEST service ever.My garage door was busted at the beginning of the Quarantine period and I waited this long to have it serviced in pursuant to stay home, save lives. Being On call at the hospital, having a working garage is an added safety feature most especially being called at the middle of the night or very early morning. Called them for appointment, they arrived at the exact time they promised (in fact, a little bit early), fixed my garage in no time and what a blessing ...they did not charge me a single dime!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH, GOD BLESS.

We just had a great experience with Overhead Door of Beaumont and their technicians Matt and Trace. After I backed into part of our garage door (whoops..), we called Overhead Door and they had someone out the same day. The technicians were able to knock the beams and wheel back into place so it functioned until our replacement panel comes in. He made sure the job was to our satisfaction before leaving, and even programmed the HomeLink in my car for me in a matter of seconds. So, thank you Overhead Door for keeping our garage door working in a matter of hours. We appreciate you!

Overhead Door Company of Beaumont has always done a great job for me. They are punctual, accommodating, and help me in any way possible. I would never use any other overhead door company. Matt was my last technician and did a great job. All the staff are always courteous and helpful. Good job guys!!!

No Stars would be better suited. One of there field technicians was completely disrespectful towards a customer for absolutely no reason. When the customer informed the technician that they were no longer going to purchase their garage door from Overhead door, the Technician said Oh well, we wont miss one door/one customer!

We have been using Overhead Door for years and have always been happy with the service they provide. On our most recent visit, 11/28/18, the crew came right on time, and resolved our issue quickly and completely. Matt taught me how to use the Gateway system, which allows homeowners to operate their garage doors using an app. He was thorough, patient, and friendly. We will continue to be customers for years to come!

Had a small job to install a hurricane shutter on south side of my porch to block the rain and wind, Todd Miller came out the next day and got dimensions and took pictures, in a week his techs Arron and Bob installed the shutter with amazing craftsmanship and know how. Great people, very nice and respectable business, shutter works perfectly and looks very nice. I had Action Overhead Door come out before Overhead Door, Action took measurements and have yet to get back with me. They lost the job and Im glad I went with OverHead Door, they are fantastic, call them first, any job of yours is important to them, Thank you Todd and Arron and Bob!

I have been using this company for many years. Their service prices may or may not be higher than others. But if you believe in the following, you get what you pay for and you dont get what you dont pay for, their prices are in line with their quality work and service.

The technition showed up and was extremely rude and did a terrible job. He didnt hook up my keypad to the system or my new eyes. Then refused to come back and finish the job. I recommend u use another company

Be sure you understand how they bill before they come out. It is $187.00 for them just to show up and labor is billed at the $187.00 figure for each and every hour they are on your job. Even if they fix your problem in 10 minutes, you get billed $187.00!!

This company has absolutely awful customer service. I got different messages from different people about their procedure and policies. In the end I did not even use them because they could not get their act together. I left work to go meet a service person and he told me he had been sent to another job. Horrible service.

Hires drug users in their Conroe location. Watch your belongings. I called and told the owner and they are still using the guy.

Useless salesmen/company. Been waiting for a quote for over a month for a standard 1 car garage door. Keep getting excuses of out of office get back with you, at a funeral, boss on vacation, boss has to do quote, no one available, no one in office. Bla bla bla.Dont waste your time. Went to Lowes, got opener cheaper and had it installed. Still no return call or anything from these people. Going back to Lowes to get garage door.
