Good tasting ice cream, a number of unique flavors like whiskey. Lots of toppings and add ins to customize your ice cream. Very expensive though! If you dont mind the price, its worth a trip.

Asked for cherries, strawberries, and blueberries.. all the fruit looked old and brown/colorless.Took a bite and it was sour. She made me another one. I resorted to no toppings on my $7 vanilla ice cream…

We decided to go Marble Slab for desert. The place wasnt packed at all and the service was really slow. I got the black walmart with oreo cookies which is my favorite. My only complaint Is they were skimpy on the cookies but I still enjoyed it.

My husband and I came in yesterday with our 5yr old daughter. After we told her what our daughter Emma wanted she would not serve us because Emma did not have a mask on. She told us that anyone coming in no matter what age has to have a mask on. The rule states “under 10 do not have to wear a mask” I can’t keep a mask on her she will only wear it a few seconds. My husband and I did have our masks on. I thought this was totally ridiculous! They lost any future business from us! We left with a crying child! This was senseless!!!!

This place is amazing. The ice cream is delicious, tons of flavors and toppings, plus a dozen cone/cup options. The people are nice and attentive. Watching them assemble an ice cream cone is almost an art. They have yummy looking milkshakes and ice cream cakes, but I havent tried them yet. Its easy to spend a lot of money here, but very worth it for a special treat.

Customer service was good. I bought the strawberry shortcake ice cream cake it fell way short of what was in the picture barley could see a trace of strawberries or sauce and what ever was on top or outside coating was scraped so thin they could have just left it off.. Definitely not worth 38.00

Havent been in a long time and Im not sure why. It was great. Friendly staff and amazing ice cream. Had a ton of options that were new (to me since it has been a while) that has me wanting to come back and bring the kids. Hubs and I were on a dessert date. I recommend the cheesecake with strawberries and Graham crackers mixed in.

Used to love this place but found a huge piece of paper towel in my ICE CREAM they served me..... from the tub in the counter. For what the ice cream cost this should not happen.

I politely asked the lady to not put my ice cream on the slab since I’m allergic to nuts, and she caught a huge attitude with me

Was looking for a birthday cake for my brother who prefers ice cream cake. Wanted to try something different other than DQ or H-E-B. Ordered online and they had a coupon code. I went to pick up the cake and the lady just has a rude vibe to her. She wanted a print out of the coupon(sorry no one does that and plus I used a code online) and also the cake was not as pretty as online. She did give me the coupon $5off which I was thankful for but other than that my experience wasn’t the best. $30 for a small cake is ridiculous. And the whole cake should have been Oreo ice cream and it was vanilla with Oreo on top. I definitely will stick to DQ or H-E-B next time... lesson learned.

It was nice to be able to sit and enjoy my ice cream. The service was great.

My main problem is they didnt have non-contaminated mixing surfaces so my son, who has a peanut allergy, couldnt have a mix-in, only toppings. Other ice cream shops weve been to would have special boards to use for people with allergies. Otherwise, they had a great selection and we enjoyed our treats.

The ice cream is good and the cones are fresh. Our worker was competent, but not the most friendly. Overall, its a nice place.

Went to store to use gift certificate which employee could NOT get to cooperate so I ended up paying for purchase. Only went because of gift card in first place. Line was to the door despite having three employees working. Came home to call number on back of card and there is $30 available, yet employee could NOT get it to work........hmmmmmm. Dont know if Ill be returning as lemon custard was just placed in container, no special techniques involved.

Love the Marble slab in PA so I thought But would be just as good but no. The waffle cones were made smaller than the ones in PA and tasted burnt. The lady at the counter told my friend he could only have 4 toppings even though they had unlimited toppings displayed everywhere. I also got a nutty flavor in my ice cream that I didnt ask for so they not be washing theyre topping jars before refilling them.

Very pleasant. No wait time. They are very friendly and ready to help you the minute you walk in. The ice cream is very good and so are the add ins.

They had a roach crawling in their toppings and their restrooms arent open

Were using WaitR due to the current circumstances and this location refuses to answer the phone. It sends you directly to a voicemail box that has not been set up. This is twice weve received the wrong order now and we cant even get ahold of someone to speak to about it. Stay away from delivery orders from here.

Ice cream was very good just not the usual variety of flavours to choose from. Looking forward to more variety on my next visit.

This is a place I would call an embarrassment to the chain. An lightly rolled ice cream scoop; with a half spoon of almonds. I saw his technique in trying to scoop up the least possible . Waffle cup half filled. I’m scratching it off my list, since Ice cream is now a luxury at this place. You don’t get what you pay for!

They had a great price on a small ice cream cake

The ice cream is great. The service is horrible. The staff is rude and acts like you are inconvenience to them. Theres one staff member (she doesnt eat icecream- lol) that is so nice and personable but the owners? are so rude to customers and to her. We walked out.

Everything tasted great, only complaint was that we felt kind of rushed by the staff. Id never been there before and wouldve appreciated a bit more service. It was pretty busy though so that might have been why.

If it was possible, I wouldnt give them even one star.. My nieces, mom sister & I were ready indulge in some good ice cream. We were greeted at the door, but as we started to tell the two employees what we wanted, things took a turn. First they put way more then we had asked for on a cone and into a kids bowl. After we sat down to eat, I DISCOVERED A HAIR, a black hair that wasnt mine in my vanilla ice cream!!!!. Proceeded to tell the employer, they werent even going to give us a refund! Just simply said oh yeah, throw that away! They also werent wearing hair nets, one of the employees had dreads and while she was leaning into the ice cream cooler so was her hair!!!!!Worst place ever

A waste of time and money. went to get an oreo milkshake there today (it was my first time) and they charged me $7.57 for a medium sized cup. a MEDIUM sized cup. the milkshake wasn’t even blended it was like melted watered down oreo ice cream. there was no whipped cream or a cherry on top. i literally got ripped off and scammed, they didn’t tell me the price beforehand i had to ask afterwards but $8 for a milkshake that wasn’t even that big and well done? wow. the milkshake that i ordered and received was NOTHING like the milkshake they have displayed on their menu. now i can see why the place is always empty. don’t bother wasting your time or money here, i promise you there are SO many other ice cream shops in beaumont with cheaper pricings and better quality.

The store was crowded .the ice cream was good but the actual servers seemed uninterested in hat customer had to say and acted as though we were supposed to know everything about how and what to order .we had three kids with us and they honestly made it difficult to order because they were not listening to them or helping them to understand how to order.

The owner told me that the unlimited is not true, there is a limit and a chart that they have to follow.I have been to this shop several times, but todays experience was horrible and ruined an otherwise celebratory occasion. My daughter earned the A honor roll and we headed to marble to celebrate. We chose marble so my daughter could put gummies, cookies, and m&ms in her ice cream.When my daughter gets to the fixings counter, the owner begins to explain to me the limits and how the staff was doing wrong by not telling me no to putting multiple toppings on our orders before.I tried to explain to her that the unlimited toppings was the experience we came for and that was the only reason this business was special. She told me that she was not affecting our experience at all.She wrecked the Honor roll experience for my daughter and she lost a loyal customer. Baskin Robbins picked up the slack.

Bad experience. Went in for a banana split, but opted out when the bananas were over ripe...Got a bowl instead, that wasnt great because the server was EXTREMELY stingy with the toppings, as if they were rationing them, even when asked to add more,...I wont be returning.
