Bought a Ferris from here and customer service was excellent. They sell a TON of Ferris mowers because it’s simply the best commercial zero turn on the market. Tons of professional landscapers had Ferris mowers getting servicing when me and my wife’s grandpa went to pick my mower up. Very clean store too.

Sales staff, Scott is not professional and was not helpful with getting our mower fixed. The wrong carburetor was installed on the mower and was returned to us stating we still can’t get it to start, it has electrical issues.The mower has no electrical problems. I got the mower back after paying 330.00 put another carburetor on, and started the mower. I feel like I should be reimbursed since the mechanic put the wrong parts on the mower. Scott acted like he just wanted our money, not interested in fixing the mower.

Did not cary my parts wrong dealer not stock parts on hand

Went above and beyond finding the parts for my older Ferris mower, super helpful and did not give up until we were able to find the correct part numbers. Great service like this is hard to find now days. The girl Jessica is super knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Prices are great and fair. I had called other places but couldnt further help me like All Terrain Equipment did. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for new equipment, parts and service. A+

Super nice staff and badass lawnmowers

$100 to change the oil on my mower. Could have had it changed for less at a Jiffy Lube.$100/hour to work on your mower(includes troubleshooting). For that rate I could have had an auto mechanic work on my mower.My mower left unrepaired after $208.00 and I was told it would cost another $1300 to replace the entire frame. A simple google search showed that this was a manufacturer defect and that replacement parts to repair the defect were available for $30/each. Had me wondering if they are actually an authorized repair facility.When I politely declined this repair and went to pick up my mower, lady was short and could not get me out of the building fast enough. Walked me out of the building.Would not suggest purchasing or getting anything repaired here

Seems like the best lawnmower shop around. Definitely better than Scooters. Friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable prices. What else can you ask for?

I have been shopping for a mid range ZTR and decided to check out the Ferris Mowers. I met Derrick, the owner and he was very solid with detail info regarding the Ferris. He invited me into his repair facility and there was ZERO Ferris Mowers in for repairs. The shop was immaculate and well organized. I was much impressed with his approach and knowledge and offer to help with absolutely no pressure to make a decision or to purchase a mower from him. Will update when I make my decision on which brand I purchase.

Not impressed. Took 4 weeks to troubleshoot and find a bad starter solenoid that ended up costing over $300 and ended up going bad again
