Wish I had a before pic. I think both pairs look great now for 7-8 years old. They replaced the leather soles in little less than 2 weeks. Was professionally greeted when I dropped them off and picked them up. Ill definitely be back some day.

I carried 5 pair of boots to Quality Shoe Repair. This isnt my 1st time to use them. I drive from Rosepine, Louisiana because they do a EXCELLENT job! My Harley boots, Roper boots looks like GREAT! LIKE BRAND NEW! WORTH THE DRIVE! THANK YALL

I needed the rubber pads on the heels of My Allen Edmond Mcallisters replaced. I took them in, they were done that afternoon. It cost around $20 bucks or so. The quality of the work was near a DIY level. There are gaps on both heels where he didnt properly glue the rubber to the heel block. The sanding to make the pad match the rest of the heel was shoddy and uneven.He didnt use any edge dressing to allow it to match the rest of the sole. The worst part is he put a beveled edge on the rubber! Who does that? Im supposed to wear that down myself. Its supposed to be straight! This guy is an amateur at best that has no business working on shoes, or hes using second rate help. Not sure, but pitiful work! Go to Houston!

Quality Shoe Repair is just that, they do Quality work.A good cobbler is sadly a dying breed. Im glad to have found this guy, I will undoubtedly be using his services for years to come.

They fixed my Tory Burch leather boots. Had a big white scuff damaging the leather and they fixed it up in less than 30 minutes. Price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend this place.

This week, I took my daughters Chaco sandals to Quality Shoe Repair for repairs to the straps and they were quick with the work and went above and beyond to make sure the adjustments were just right for my daughters. Ive been there before and will keep going back! Highly recommend!

Quality Shoe RepairHad a pair of boots resoled here with good results, so opted to have them convert the fittings from tunnel laces to speed laces. The tunnel laces fittings were black, but were replaced with silver speed lace hooks. No one bothered to tell me there would be a color change to the fittings! Not only that, but they actually damaged the leather at one of the fittings. When I bought this to their attention, they took the boot to the back, glued it down a little, then proceeded to tell me that You cant even see it with the laces tied, its not a big deal. The fact that I can no longer wear the boots with my uniform because they chose to change the color of the fittings with no input from the customer is a HUGE deal, not to mention damaging my boots as well. Will not be using them again.Update: After engaging with the owner, the boots were fixed to my satisfaction. He even threw a free jar of leather cream into the deal. Exigent circumstances prevented me from more thoroughly expressing my displeasure when I initially picked up the boots, otherwise the issue would have probably been addressed immediately without a negative review on here. I still say someone should have notified me before different colored hardware was installed on my boots, hence the 1-star deduction. In the end, Albert went out of his way to make things right.

Took my shoes to get caps placed on the heels. Mr. Al and his staff are very courteous, friendly and professional. I had my Maltese with me and Mr. Al came from the back to pet and play with her the first time he met me. I will utilize this repair shop again and again when necessary.

I took a pair of my favorite heels there to have them cut down. It took him a week to get them done and they look and feel amazing. The heels are prefect and I can stand and wear them for a long period of time. Thanks so much and I will be back real soon.

I have taken shoes and handbags to Quality Shoes for years. If they cant repair something they will tell you upfront. I have always been pleased with the work they have done. Usually it only takes a couple of days for the items to be ready for pickup.

Very friendly staff and reasonable costs just dont expect the finish date to be what they say at first. A ten day job can be more like two to three weeks. They do take donations inside the door for Some Other place homeless charity.

Probably one of the last shoe repair shops around in the Beaumont area and they do GREAT work. Because I wear an orthotic, my shoes and boots must be custom fitted to my leg brace and I had been sending them to Houston until I found Quality Shoes. They cut down a brand-new pair of Harley Davidson boots for me just as if they had come from the factory...complete with pull-ups on the sides. They have replaced heels, soles and such on other shoes/boots and on one pair were quick to tell me any repairs made would not hold up. They also sew my military patches on my leather vest(s) and do minor repairs on leather goods. Im literally a walking advertisement for their great work.

He only charged 21 to fix my boots. He had a lot of trouble cause for some reason the glue wouldnt stick. He tied another glue & even sand blasted them but he could not fix them. I did not ask for any money back cause he worked so hard . I bought some stuff and he gave it to me. I tried to pay him but he would not take it.

I brought a pair of boots to be re-soled and have had nothing but problems with them since I’ve received them back. I’ve had to return them multiple times to have corrections done such as remove nails that either had the head sticking up or the point of nails sticking up through the bottom of the sole into my foot. One heel already seems to be pulling away from the boot. I’ve returned the boots for corrections 3 times, and as a last resort before leaving a negative feedback, I sent an email to the email address which is said to belong to the owner. That was on August 6th. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I have received no response. Today I tried to call the phone number listed to see if there was any way I could speak to the owner, and it’s not a working number. Unfortunately, they seem to be the only repair company in Beaumont, so it looks like an additional inconvenience to go out of town to have someone else make repairs.

Stay away. They dont know what they are doing.I noticed that my leather bag left stains on my jackets. They sold me a spray bottle telling me that it will settle the color. I applied it on the bag and it still leaves stains. I dont even know what the bottle is for. Unless you have a spare $10 to donate to them for nothing and clothes that youre ready to ruin, stay away.

I have used Quality for years. they do excellent work on soles, dye jobs, stretches, build ups, taps, heels, repair from puppy years and so much more. They are even honest enough to tell you when it will be cheaper to purchase new over a repair. Not many places in todays society will risk giving up business so save the customer money. Granted no one is perfect.. but I have witnessed many times the extre time, thought and care they put into their work. The customers who complain generally did not make what they wanted clear OR in one case I witnessed first hand. They told this lady the job was not possible to her exact specifications. She argued anyway, they told her they could guarantee the repair wouldnt hold, cheaper to buy new. She wanted hers repaired. John explained how it would look in detail. She wanted it done. A week later when I went to pick up my boots the lady was there picking up the shoes she fought to have fixed against Johns better judgement. They looked exactly how he told her they would look. She went ballastic and told him he owed her a new pair of shoes. I did speak up since I witnessed her the week before. She was in my opinion looking for a reason for someone to purchase her a new pair of shoes. That lady made herself look like a fool. Its bad, tricky, customers like that who cost our economy and small businesses so much money. They are selfish and greedy and think the world owe them a living. I hope Quality SHoe repair is around a long time. I recommend them for anything leather. Just ask for John he will bend over backwards to turn out exceptional work with a smile and respect.
