Terrible company... employees are rude..customer service is is non existent . I would never use this company again. When people need medical supplies we expect things to be prompt because our love ones need them. This company doesn’t see the importance of this! If you can use someone else please do so!!!

Does not have a company to take care of their oxygen patient’s needs when they are closed due to emergency.Patient had to call EMT to service him. Told by After hours (Taylor Oxygen) they had to evacuate due to Hurricane..can’t help and he was very very rude. My problem is Taylor Oxygen has store in Houston that could have brought out Oxygen to Patient. Patient is 3 weeks out of hospital double bypass with complications of asbestosis in lungs. On high oxygen.Oxygen dropped to 84. We live in Liberty County Texas and we are in rolling black outs of electricity. Our generator failed. And so did Taylor Oxygen

They are so nice! Went out of their way to meet my needs the same same fast. The delivery guy showed me how to use my equipment! The staff went above and beyond to take care of me. They were very polite and attentive! Would

Would advise everyone to use them! They went above and beyond to meet my needs in the same day! As polite and attentive! The delivery person went out of his way to show me how to work my equipment he took his time and made sure i understood!! Very pleased with their services!

Slow and cant get their act together. I want my dad to go somewhere else. If I could I would have made it a negative number. We have made 5 trips in a months time to get his supplies.
