I was there with my daughter. She was upgrading her phone. The sales lady Lindsay was very helpful. She explained everything and related information about the upgrade. She answered every question my daughter had and helped her with everything. It was great.
Waste of time and money! Im being overcharged despite that I have in writing a different price from their online reps. Nothing but arguing and fighting for what I was told Id get. Ill be moving to Verizon shortly. What a disaster!

So I bought a phone here that needed to be shipped to my house as it wasnt in stock. She told me this case would fit my phone. Only to find out it most definitely did not. Now I have been at this store for well over half an hour waiting to return the case! Extremely annoyed and not okay.

We have been having really high bills and after calling 611 to talk to customer service it didnt seem to help much. The rep I spoke with over the phone agreed to lower our plan but she didnt make us aware that she would be reducing the amount of data we could use. After going to another location and realizing they couldnt help us either, I saw on fb that the Beaver Dam location was a corp office so we tried that. Oh my what a difference! The entire staff is so friendly and very helpful. We met with Renee who not only helped us with our current phone plan, but she also helped us with the previous phone plan. Our current bill will make it so much more affordable and will make me less crabby! She went over everything in detail with us and also informed us of other useful products that US Cellular is putting out. I really want to thank Renee for her professionalism and her customer service! She never seemed bothered or irritated for us asking questions while she was already multi tasking! She took her time with us and made sure we understood everything she was doing and was eager to please us! THANK YOU RENEE!! You sure made our weekend! Thank you so much!!
The staff always have a smile on their faces and are happy to help me with my phone issues. The staff have helped me without the need to sell me something along with solving my problem. I appreciate that they go out of their way to help.
Sorry to say I have to give a one star based on customer service or in this case lack of it. Visited the store looking for a specific cable for my cell phone. They had it but the problem was nobody could ring me up. The store was busy at the time which was no ones fault. But you would think they would have a way just to break away and ring someone up to take your money. The strange thing of it is, a lady came around to see if we were on the list and I told her I just needed to pay for this cable. Nope, that wasnt possible and we needed to wait. Had to walk out at that point. Never heard of a place that wouldnt take your cash.
I like that Brandi is very willing to help. Very patient. She goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. She is always happy and makes everything very easy to comprehend which makes for a less stressful and wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to work with the lovely and wonderful staff at U.S. Cellular in Beaver dam.
I stopped in to check on the availability of an accessory. Not a single other customer to be found. Yet as I approached the staff I was stopped mid sentence & told that someone would be with me in a minute. 3 staff members available, 1 relaxing with her feet up, the other 2 sitting.
Alex is very well versed in the phones she sell. She is very nice and has a great personality. I w see her again should I want to change anything on my services.
I came in about 45 minutes before close and thought that would be enough time for my issue and it wasn’t. I was there an hour after close and the staff was beyond helpful and did not seem agitated at all. I felt horrible for making them stay. I can’t say enough about the customer service, great job!
If you want to be lied to and ripped off go here. The people that work at the us cellular by Walmart are scum of the earth especially Patrice THEIR MANAGER. They are like used car salesman and will lie to you to get a sale. They dont care what happens later to you cause they will get to keep the money they made off your sale no matter how bad they screw up your account. Save yourself the time of waiting 2 hours in line to be SCAMMED !!!!

When I went to us cellular upset about issues I was having, Alyssa was very helpful in assisting me with every question I had and provided excellent service. I left very happy and will continue to ask for Alyssa when I go back.
Not very happy. Waited 1/2 hour, was finally asked to be put on a waiting list with 1 person ahead of us. We finally left and went home, I guess Ill have to take care of what I wanted to another day...

The service was great. It took a little long but everything got done. All the employees were very nice.
Only one star the agents are good but the store manager could really use a lesson in customer service.. had to call corporate to get my problem resolved.. we were treated like crap from him and made a formal complaint. If u can go to a different store please DO!

If i could rate this store a -8 i would. The wait time was redickulas. Than after 45 min with a rep who basicly told us he couldnt tell us s**t about what was pulling over 15 gigs of data from a phone that is constantly conected to wifi. Than the manager came out who assured us he knew what he was talking about because he use to be a tech there blamed charter because sometimes our phone might say its on wifi and its not. Than procceded to blame my wife for having data rich apps that he explained that even thou the cellular data is turned off can still magicly pull data. So basicly we waited forever to be insulted by a kid who was sent to a two day class to become a phone tech and left the store with no answer.
Wasnt understanding, didnt care about other peoples feelings, thoughts or concerns. Only wanted to help when it meant spending more money in the store.
