I recently photographed a wedding at Dayton Arcade in Dayton Ohio. Beavercreek Florist was there and they were awesome. Their arrangements were beautiful, and the two ladies were so nice and fun. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with them. I needed flowers delivered to my wife at the hospital where she worked and they went through hoops to find what section she was in and made sure she got them. Great people especially Joy who I spoke to on the phone. Great customer service, keep it up

The flowers were beautifulInitially I had a less than satisfactory experience with this company. After contacting them with the issue they were incredibly apologetic and immediately refunded us and completely settled the situation. Will be going through them again in the future. Some companies still know how business is done

This place has always delivered the best flowers. They often have flowers that no one else does and it makes for beautiful bouquets. I ordered from another florist today and was underwhelmed. Reminded me how much I appreciate Beavercreek Florists. They made the most elegant arrangement I’ve seen. These folks are the best!!

I called ahead looking for rose petals for a wedding. They informed me they had several and even told me the colors they had (white, purple, and yellow). They said they were closing within a hour so I dropped what I was doing and drove the half hour to get there. When I get there they tell me they didnt have any petals in their shop and it was a miscommunication. I dont know how you miscommunicate no we dont have any to yes we have these exact colors. That is a hour of my day gone and I still have to shop around. Needless to say, not very pleased with this place.

We discovered Beavercreek Florist when visiting Dayton for the birth of our first grandchild. So when it was time to order flowers again we knew we didnt need to look any further. What a wonderful experience ordering flowers for our daughters first Mothers Day! Though we waited too long to order in time for Mothers Day, my husband was assured that flowers could be delivered to her on Monday, May 10. She was very surprised and delighted to receive such a beautiful and very large arrangement, extending her special day a bit. Thank you for being so helpful and accommodating on such short notice. I ordered flowers for my wife for our 30th anniversary and they turned out great. Its been 10 days and they are just now starting to look a little wilted. Weve never had flowers last this long. All twelve roses opened fully within a few days and stayed fresh for more than a week. I know where to buy flowers from now on! Great job on the arrangement, too!

I ordered flowers online for delivery from out of state for my grandma on Mother’s Day and they were absolutely beautiful and she loved them! I definitely recommend finding local florists instead of buying from a big online flower company that have given bad experiences. Highly recommended!

We had the BEST experience with Beavercreek Florist! We gave Rich the freedom to design our bouquets and centerpieces however he liked and were SO pleased with how everything turned out! The flowers were never delivered and I was home, no one ever rang my doorbell. later in the day my husband found a card that was thrown on the porch that said call us. So I called and got an answering machine saying you were closed until Monday. I would like you to reimburse my son the full amount for the flowers and extra for him being totally upset that the delivery did not happen and he was never notified that they never delivered. I was not contacted neither was he. You just took his money and never delivered the flowers.

If I could give more stars I would! I requested a Mothers Day hanging basket be sent to my grandmother who had been kinda down to the virus. I added a little request that the driver do a little dance when delivering. Apparently that was accomplished! Thats all shes talking about!!! Going on 2 days now! I called Beavercreek Florist to have arrangements sent to a friend that recently moved to the area. I spoke to Joy and Tom and they were fantastic to work with. Joy had taken my original order over the phone and was so wonderful at listening and understanding what it was I was looking for. After my friend had received the flowers, she sent me a photo and they were gorgeous. The designers were amazing!! I will look forward to calling them again.

My aunt recently passed and we were not able to fly from Arizona for her service. We were late getting flowers out and Tom was absolutly wonderful helping us send our sympathies. Beavercreek Florist created a bridal bouquet and centerpiece, they were beautiful. The designer asked me what i wanted, showed me pictures of specific flower types, suggested nice additions. The end product was beautiful and lasted for a long time. I would use them again!

The arrangement I received was pretty, but the roses were already fully open and thus werent going to last long. I called and asked for six replacement roses of any color. To my amazement, within just a few hours six red long-stemmed roses arrived! I was impressed by how quickly they remedied the situation!

I ordered a Valentine arrangement with chocolate to be delivered to my girlfriend and so requested a delivery before 12:00 PM. Delivery was on time, she was ecstatic with them. Sent me a photo which was actually prettier than the add. Oustanding job. I live in Kentucky so I was buying sight on seen. Id give you 10 stars but 5 is the most on here. I ordered flowers from Beavercreek Florist for my nephews funeral service. Not being from Ohio, I knew nothing about this place of business but, I needed something to send. The person who took my order was so professional and made sure every small detail was attended to as if it was his own personal arrangement being sent. For the price I paid I didnt figure on a very large arrangement, even though the florist said, For this price, I can make you something fabulous. I thought maybe something in a small vase, but when I saw it at the funeral home, it was actually the largest and most beautiful of all the arrangements. I cant thank Beavercreek Florist enough for putting a little bit of happiness into one of the saddest days for my family.

Rich and his team did a great job for my wedding. During the consultation I felt like he understood the vision I had for that day. After that, I let him handle it. Everything was a surprise when I got to the venue and I couldn’t have been happier.

If you dont know much about flowers or ordering flowers, dont go here. The staff are clearly knowledgeable about floral arrangements, but were rude and disrespectful. I have relatively little experience ordering flowers, so I had a lot of questions and possibly needed a little extra assistance than the average person. I received condescending responses to every single question I asked and my experience was overall very stressful!

😢Extremly disappointed with the sympathy flowers sent on Feb. 13th 2019 for my grandmothers funeral service. Flowers wilted, torn and discolored. By far the worst looking arrangment at her service. 😢 Spoke to Tom today 2/18/19 about the arrangement for my grandmothers service . He has gone above and beyond to address the issue quickly. I got my flowers for my wedding from here. I was very specific that I did not want purple flowers and very few greenery in my bouqet because my colors were hot pink and silver. I was assured there would not be any purple and very little greenery. I was also told my flower girl would have a similar bouqet to mine. The day of my wedding, they showed up with purple flowers in my bouqet and red flowers in my flower girls bouquet!!!! I was very upset. I didnt even use that bouqet because it didnt match anything! I do not recommend them to anyone especially for such an important event!

After spending much time ordering an arrangement with special additions,it arrived without the spray glitter and wrong color butterflies.I was first told i couldnt see it,then certain flowers couldnt be sprayed.When asked why i wasnt told this when i ordered,the reply was you should have been.Thats it.No partial refund,no discount on another order.Nothing.These flowers were not cheap and i wont waste my money at Beavercreek Florist again.
