There was a line to get into the store. Since its a small space they only allow few people to cone inside. They have a variety of body jewelry to choose from. I wanted a new Daith ring for my ear. The associate who helped me was fantastic! She was friendly, patient with me and gave me plenty of time to choose my jewelry. I wanted purple ball on my ring and she made one for me. I love it. Cant wait to wear it. There prices are very reasonable.

Have gotten every single one of my piercings (5) here and so has my sister (3), adore each one of the staff and piercers! Super clean, great prices, very fun staff, right on the head with their wait times as well. Alex is super chill and is the go to. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

My experience here was great I got septum there in 2020 and they were great. Got a nose piercing this week and she finished in less than 2 minutes and we talked for like 5 minutes. Love it

I got one cartilage piercing and two lobe piercings two days ago. The guy who checked us in was so nice and understanding. We had several hiccups as I couldnt explain what I wanted clearly, but he was so nice. The wait time was pretty short: 20 minutes. When I was getting my ears pierced, the purple haired lady was so professional and explained the procedure in detail. In all, the piercing was super quick and I loved it!

The people who work here are so great! Mon-thurs they have a buy one piercing get one half off so i got both nostrils done at the same time. The person who did mine was very thorough in making sure they were even and where i wanted.

I’ve gotten 2 piercings at this place and I love it! My most recent piercing which is my tongue was done by this lovely lady named Alia! She was fantastic! Everything was clean and well taken care of. I was a little nervous for my piercing but alias beautiful energy got me through it. She hyped me up and made sure I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend this going to the body jewel at the mall at Fairfield Commons.

I got my very first professional piercing here. I wanted an Industrial piercing and they told me that there was a 2 hour wait but ended up getting me a hour and 20 minutes early. They took me back and talked to me about the piercing itself and the lady was very joyful and told me that I was badass for wanting my industrial pierced first. We got it all done and she was very surprised and proud that i took it so well! Very recommended :)

The process was simple and quick. The lady who peirce me was really nice and patient with me. She ran me through the process before hand and let me hug her. Now I have septum and helix piercings.

The layout and design of the store gives you lots of selection at and options to consider. The are up front and informative regarding requirements and any questions you have. Your piercing is in a private room and their sterilization and COVID protocols were complete and adhered to. My piercer was friendly yet professional and supportive of any questions or changes. My place to go for any future piercings!

Been there 3 times in a week and was told 30 mins, waited an 1hr and they never gave us paper until 1hr of waiting then put two people in front us. As soon as they walked in, they got paper work and waited for 20 mins. After almost 2 hrs we still were waiting . Left and never came back . Were black btw. 😉

Everything was clean, the staff was very helpful, everything was great. Got my 5 yr olds ears pierced and they were so helpful talking to her thru the whole process so she wasnt scared.

Great experience all the way through. When I called to see if I had to make an appointment, the gentleman informed me that they did walk-ins only, and he was very kind and helpful! Alia was our piercer and she was a delight! She made my daughter feel calm, followed proper sanitary protocols, and did an overall excellent job taking care of us. Will be back.

I’ve had multiple piercings done here but the change in the way the shop is run, as well as management and who they’ve hired has really gone down hill. Their piercers are horrible and should not be allowed to do what they’re doing.

Called ahead to find out the cut off time was told 5:30 maybe 6 at the latest. Drove about 40 mins to get there, arrived at 5 and was told they cut off early . They dont allow appointments so it is impossible to go unless u go really early

The hours advertised are false. I came in 2 hours before closing and they had a sign up saying that due to the wait for piercings they no longer are accepting clients for the day. However, there was no wait and the associates were just standing around talking. They were extremely unprofessional. I’ve gotten several piercings here and I am extremely disappointed in how much they have went downhill. I’d suggest updating the hours to close the shop if you aren’t going to do any business.

It is the best place to get a piercing!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this shop today. I had gone in for an eyebrow piercing and left with that as well as snake bites! I had felt a bit lightheaded after so the piercer had gave me water, a cold towel, and fanned me. After I had gone to leave I lost all vision and sat down outside their store. A very very wonderful person came out and helped me up and took me back in to sit down somewhere safe and had took care of me again. I greatly appreciate their compassion and piercing abilities. This is the only place I will go for piercings. I felt horrible causing them trouble afterwards but they were extremely reassuring and compassionate. I cannot thank these workers enough for the help they provided me today.

I almost passed out after getting my piercings and the piercer was very accommodating, informative, and understanding. She gave me as much time as I needed to lay down and feel better, provided me with water and a glucose tablet, and helped me understand what was happening to me and why. I highly recommend going to Body Jewel, especially if you’re afraid of needles. The staff will make sure your experience is as stress-free as possible. (And my piercings look great!)

The folks at Body Jewel are amazing. From the moment I walked in I felt welcome and at home. The gentleman that did my nose piercing, Ryan I believe, made me feel super comfortable and talked with me like were old friends. The two best experiences I’ve had in a piercing or tattoo studio have both been here. I’ll be returning in a few weeks for more work.

My 10 yo daughter got her ears pierced here for her birthday. The staff did a great job making her feel comfortable and confident. They took their time, keep everything very clean, and safe. My wife also got an additional ear piercing, and was impressed with the experience. Very clean, professional, and took the event seriously. Highly recommend.

Our experience was wonderful. I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Tyler was the piercer and he was excellent with my little girl. He spoke to her kindly and explained everything he was going to do before he did it. He was patient and redrew the markings for the piercing twice to get them exactly right. I would definitely recommend Body Jewel for piercings.

These people were rude and gave false Information everyday there schedule changes to a different time they want to close. The manager Wendy was horrible. They had A-line and I stood in it for 40 minutes and finally at my turn they told me that they would not Pierce because it was after 5 oclock and they decided that day that they were gonna cut it off the time And I called earlier in the day and they told me they wouldnt cut off until 630

Somaya pierced my seconds and Alex pierced my nieces cartilage. At body jewel they did an amazing job, quick and easy. Definitely worth the price and wait time!

Pre-Covid I couldnt sing their praises enough. We had gone here a bunch of times. But in the last year.... their prices have gone up and in some cases doubled and there is ALWAYS a huge line. We have walked away more than we have actually gone in and been helped.Today I went to simply buy earrings, no piercing, and was told I still had to wait in the line of 20+ people. Hard pass. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Great experience every time I’ve been here (5) to be exact. The staff is always kind and professional. They have a duty to provide their professional opinions about piercings based on your body’s anatomy and although my daughter was denied for a piercing because of this I highly appreciate their recommendation and being honest about how the body can reject the piercing. Yesterday Tyler was our piercer and he did a wonderful job on both my daughter and I ! Thank you to the staff for offering a clean and caring environment. They do require an appointment and mask to enter which is understandable given the BS with COVID. They may be limited on items due to supply and demand right now so people need to understand this.

I got my ear lobes done here and they were so patient and amazing. I recommend going here if youre a bit nervous/anxious. They dont use a piercing gun and all of their tools are clean and sterilized. It was quick and easy and they do walk ins. There was a bit of a wait when I went but they were making sure everyone was in and out while being socially distanced. Would definitely recommend!

They were very helpful and informative. Explained how after care would work for my piercing and explained the anatomical requirements for a belly button piercing. Greatly explained how the piercing size works and also was able to share piercing experience which helped everything seem less anxious and scary. Made sure I was comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I definitely for sure would definitely come back for more piercings! Got my septum pierced tonight by Alia. She did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable. I was so afraid of the pain and it hardly hurt at all. The piercing is straight and she was quick! She explained everything she was doing as well as aftercare. Made sure I didnt have any questions before leaving and was super friendly. The place is clean, they sterilize everything right before they pierce you and have a wide variety of jewelry to choose from once healed! Got pierced at 6 and streteched to 4 immediately, not for everyone but they were great! Had to come back for some help cleaning things up after and they took care of me right away no charge. Very clean and professional. If you go get large piercings make sure you ate and take some cold water, it helps a lot.

I recently went to get a dermal taken out and it was quick, she didnt do anything without telling me first and was extremely helpful with aftercare and helping me through the process. I absolutely love them, Ive been going to them for my piercings since I was 17 (with parental consent).

Patient, friendly, and kind, they answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and showed they really care about what they do and who they help. Somaya did my piercing at the Fairfield location, and it was by-far one of the best piercings Ive ever gotten.It was clean, quick, and hardly any pain during the process. She was awesome, and did a great job! The whole shop was super nice, and next day, still no pain coming from my ears and only small discomfort when brushed against them. Which NEVER happens with me. I got helix piercings in both ears. 10/10

Super awesome experience. Got my piercing done about 2 months ago and has healed beautifully. The girl the helped us at the counter was super friendly. She actually looked at our ears and gave her opinions on what would look best for our ear structure which really gave us a custom and personal experience. Overall I have absolutely zero complaints.

DO NOT GO HERE JUST GO TO AN ACTUAL PIERCING PLACE. They don’t know what they’re doing. They pierced my nose with a hoop. I was unaware that you should do a stud for the healing process. They told me a hoop would be fine. 2 months later and my nose is still infected. I now have a huge blister and have to seek medical help. Save yourself the trouble.

I initially wasnt thrilled to go into Body Jewel because the employees at the Dayton Mall location are always extremely rude & dismissive. Happy that this location is the opposite! Even though they were full of customers the employee took the time to greet me & help me with exactly what I needed. I am so happy with my new jewelry & will make the longer drive to only go to this location here on out.

I’d definitely recommend going to Body Jewel at the Fairfield commons mall. Every time I’ve been, they treated me with great customer service. Their very informative if you don’t completely know everything about the piercing your getting or earring your buying. Their also always very nice and friendly.

Service was amazing, they were so polite and patient with every question. They offered to taper my tongue because I was getting it pierced for the second time. I watched my girlfriend get her nose pierced here too. 10/10 would recommend.

I went back to get a new top for my stud. I asked which ones is which and was pointed to a section. I chose one and wasn’t able to see the back of it until after I paid. They had sold me a screw, which is uncomfortable to wear for me, so I asked if I could simply exchange it (hadn’t even left the building yet) and their reply was “she showed you the wrong section” and I could not get a new one
