I can always find shoes that I love and fit me! When I got my newest addition they had a buy 1 get 1 on certain sets. Went in for 1 pair left with 3!

The staff was very nice. They helped when we needed it.

This is the worst store I have ever shopped. I had a defective shoe and they would not take it back even though I had only worn the shoes a few times after a few weeks. They said that I had to have the box and receipt. So, if you EVER have a problem with the shoes that they sell, they will not take them back. You might as well just throw your money away. The staff could not have been more rude, arrogant and condescending.

There were lots of shoes to choose from but no one ever came to see if we needed help with anything. The girls working stood up by the register talking to each other.There were no other customers in the store. We would have appreciated a little more attention to what we were looking for.

Love the shoes and the prices here. Just need more size 11 or 12 in womans.

Selection of New Balance models and sizes was extremely slim, settled for a different model than what I was looking.Staff was friendly.Not many customers so no wait to check out.

I’ve gotten most of my shoes here for the past many years. Most of the time it’s been fine and I’ve found shoes and left. This time, I couldn’t find this particular size for this shoe I really liked. I ended up having to order it and got an ETA of 3 days later (Ordered on Sunday, ETA on Wednesday) Wednesday comes around, nothing. ETA is changed to Thursday. Guess what, NOTHING. Then it’s changed to Saturday and you guessed it, not here. Then it was finally changed to Today (Monday) A full week after it was ordered and 5 days after its first ETA... Its still not here. So it’s been 8 days and counting for my shoes to arrive. Another thing, it’s been in Ohio since Wednesday.

Even though they were pretty busy a wonderful sales lady offered me assistance and found me exactly what I was looking for.

Its like a Payless...with less. Very small variety at this location. I found the style of hiking shoes I was looking for next door at Kohls on clearance for $30.

Great selection and fair prices. I knock them on the fact that there are racks in which the shoes are not ordered by size or any other way that would seem to make sense. Of course, it is in the clearance section, but that shouldnt matter. Staff 8s pretty friendly, but not really eager to help (if you have questions). Very eager to help you find stuff though.

Katie was super helpful and friendly. I got two pairs of shoes and one was supposed to be on clearance but didnt ring up correctly. I wouldnt have noticed if she hadnt stopped the transaction with the young man who was initially ringing me out. She was just passing by, but her attention to detail saved me over $30.

I will be visiting and purchasing more merchandise from Shoe Carnival.i asked about inserts for shoes and they had them. I had my dog, Abby with me, and she was welcomed.

First time there and they have the exact brand I usually have to drive 60mi to get for work shoes and while there I noticed that you can get a second pair half off most other shoes so I also bought a pair of Nike walking shoes. Great place to shop for name brand shoes at a decent price.

I have shopped this Shoe Carnival several times for both dress and casual shoes. I am always able to find shoes I like in my size. They carry several shoe brands that I prefer. The prices compare very favorably to other shoe stores.

I bought five pairs of shoes not knowing if I would have bought a six pair I could have just caught that half off as well I could have got the 6th one for half off. Wheres the cashier what is said something cuz I really wanted to six pair but I didnt have the money for the full price

I think this was my first time at shoe carnival. The store was well kept and the staff on duty greeted me as I walked in and checked on my progress which I thought was helpful. I took advantage of the BOGO 1/2 off deal and got some new work shoes and a pair of Sperrys. So far so good on the work shoes but I havent worn the Sperrys yet but Im sure theyll be great for when I do.

Worse service ever. We couldnt find anyone but then realized they were all the their back room eating. Then someone aggressively started helping us but then said the shoes were out there and we could find them ourselves. At checkout the associate told the cashier that he helped us and the cashier said he wasnt next in the list. I then said he really didnt help us so it didnt matter anyway. The cashier proceeded to make fun of the other associate. The manager Lady there is also nasty and rude and smelled like smoke real bad. Store was also to hot.

I dont really have much to say about the place. Prices are high for sale and clearance. The employees just seem so so..customer service isnt what it used to be. In the old days of retail you made customer feel welcome. If they tried to use an expired coupon we were taught not to let that customer leave without a purchase. Offer a small coupin or discount to get that sale. Now you hardly get a dang smile and if you use a 10 dollar off coupon and its a couple cents away from spending min trust me ya will not get the discount. I have yet to spin that wheel. The place is convenient this is why i go. Also only my opinion

I went looking for a specific shoe which the website had as in stock at this store. After looking for 15 minutes with no help offered, we asked a guy at the counter where they were and he claims that their stores dont carry them in adult sizes. I told him that the website showed 3 pair in my size (11.5) and he shrugged it off and said that I mustve read it wrong. I offered to show him the site, but he was adamant about a mistake. I did hear him yell his female coworker that this store was the 5th or 6th in Ohio hed worked at, and my guess is that hell probably be sent to another one soon. He wasnt very knowledgeable about the Iraq main product.

I generally like shopping at shoe carnival. And I actually really like this location. However... I went in and purchased shoes for my son and had them order myself a pair that they didnt have in my size, no big deal, i wear the most common size in womens shoes. This was on the 15th of August... it is now the 3rd of September and I still dont have my shoes. Every time I check to see what the status of my shipment is its been pushed back another few more days. My original ETA was August 27th... now its September 5th... When they were shipped on the 16th of August. I get it... I didnt pay for shipping... but this is unacceptable.I will also add that I contacted customer service on line and all they did was send me a link to track my package. Which I already had.Update Sept 17: Still havent recieved my shoes or any contact from shoe carnival since they sent me a tracking number. My delivery date continues to be pushed back over and over again. I did end up calling FedEx and they had informed me that the shipping label had been damaged and they had to recreate a new one. This was 2 weeks ago. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of support from Shoe Carnival and will not continue to do business with them.
