Called two dealerships before calling Carr,. The others were very rude and unhelpful, Carr took care everything, tow loan, and will have my transmission replaced under extended warranty at no cost in less then a week.

We recently purchased a 2021 Outback from Carr Subaru. Unfortunately, it had an issue with the drivers side window. The service department got us right in to get it fixed. Eric Gonzalez, called and set up an appointment to get our car in. Eric and Adam Gates worked it out to come get my car and give us a loaner. Thankfully it was a quick fix and soon we were able to pick up our car. We want to thank Eric Gonzalez for working with us, and Adam Gates for delivering our car. When it comes to quality service, and customer service, Carr Subaru and their Service Department is second to none! Parts ship quickly, i have never had any problems with my orders!Understanding there part diagrams can be a little tuff. All in all, a great experience.

We had an unexpected repair that needed to be done along with the 120,000 mile service plus new tires. I feel like the service techs kept my best interest in mind and helped workout an agreeable price. I bought my Outback at Carr Subaru back in 2009 and have done all my services there since and will continue to do so because of the service I get.
