Great Target. Newly updated/remodeled! Has an upscale/department-store-vibe in the make-up and hair sections. LOVE the children’s clothes (especially More Than Magic and Art Class!) Love the new Disney area, sometimes a Disney movie will be playing. 🎥 🍿🥰

Forgot to put an item in my bag at 7:40 am, went back at 4:30 pm and they had brought it to guest services to make sure if I came in it was up there for me. Thank you so much. Awesome training and team.

Target pick up is so easy. The employees are very quick and always polite. They share important information with you, like the upcoming bag-less policy, which I appreciate.

We went to another target earlier in the day but our purchases were packed incorrectly. A bottle of cleaner leaked out damaging some electronics and bed sets.Sales associate Shane at the exchanges counter was incredibly kind and helpful. He explained all of our options, double checked stocking of items and helped us get them replaced. He made the frustrating situation simple and easy to remedy.

Target has a good quality products and great customer service. Also the Drive Up and Pick up is such a convenience and the process was so easy and quick!

Amazing experience!! LOVE this store to death I didn’t catch the employees name but he had on a blue jacket and glasses. Kind hearted soul the layout of this store is so easy to follow. The variety of pancake mixes you guys have is incredible, a beautiful makeup section laid out like a Sephora. Absolutely incredible store security was on the lookout, workers were nice and attentive. Highly recommend you shop here whenever you can. Whoever is the stores manager should be proud he or she has the most beautiful target ever. 10/10

I bought a pull up bar and it was not able to be put together b/c the way the holes were punched. I was worried it would not get taken back because of the marks, but there were no questions asked. Love this Target and thankful for the return policy!

I do not like to shop in Target because the store is laid out in sections like a MAZE, which is rather disorienting to the customer, leading them to stay longer and BUY MORE. It all makes me feel CRAZY & I cant think clearly.Every wall looks the same. Despite my excellent sense of direction, my navigational abilities are completely assaulted by Targets overly BRIGHT LIGHTS and GARISH COLOURS, along with the overpowering aroma of greasy POPCORN — all intended to OVERSTIMULATE customers senses to BUY MORE.Like any other Target, it has a lot of stuff that most mainstream people want; its the same in every city. This one was clean and the customer service people were very friendly and helpful.Its just all too much.......Now I have to leave.

This Target is my favorite Target! The employees are all super nice and helpful, I’ve never had a bad experience here, and they have everything I’d want to find in a Target! They have a good size game section with stuff for kids and adults.

It’s got great prices and a variety of items.

Full disclosure I am a former employee. One of the better Targets in the area. Staff are genuine and seem to care about their job and neighborhood. Loss prevention is on top of things and general management is competent however sometimes dismissive of their employees concerns and needs. I have been scapegoated a couple times due to poor understanding of order forecasting and an overworked logistics team and chose to transfer to another store. A lot of drug activity also happens in this store but AFAIK the staff monitor this as closely as they can. One of the better Targets. Mike is super nice and helped me during an episode of PTSD.

Target is a family store. It has just about everything you could ask for. This store has exclusive parking for guest /visitors, etc.

My go to Target, despite being a decently far away store (I have two closer to me). Love the new remodel. Plenty of amazing employees. I do the surveys whenever I can to let their corporate know how many awesome employees they have. I dont remember all their names but the electronics department, and customer service both have great people working at both!

They have the best in children’s brands such as Cat and Jack and their books and electronics section hold the most current/up to date merchandise

I love this store so much!, they have the most chips! The tall lady saffire in electronics was amazing! She helped me find headphones for my phish to listen to fish!

I generally go to this Target to go to the pharmacy. The staff in this pharmacy is always wonderful and very helpful, I have actually suggested many of my loved ones switch pharmacies to this CVS for that reason. Plus they have the option to have your prescriptions delivered, which has been very nice during this time.The times I have gone to shop the staff has been helpful and the store has been well stocked (at least in the things Ive needed), and clean. Though Ive had fairly minimal interaction with the Target non-pharmacy staff, they have been helpful when I have had to ask questions or needed assistance in the past.

I scored a 10 because Target is my go to store and all of the good things I get from there really makes me happy and I know it would make the next person happy as well.

I really like the prodcuts, selection & prices. Plus its so fun to browse. :)BUT BE CAREFUL IN GROCERIES. Even single time I get food there, at least 1 item rings up higher than the price clearly posted on the shelf. Every time? I find this unconscionable. This has been going on a few years without any fix so clearly this is intentional.And if I dont notice the upcharge during checkput, I have to take my time to go to returns to fix it. Not good.Saying this here because no other complaints - to local store managers or corporate online have reaped any results whatsoever.

Being my local target, I’m happy I can walk over and just pick up my order instead of waking around the store (I’m lazy I know). The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable about what I’m looking at and have good suggestions on what I’m looking for.

This is a pretty typical Target. The weekends are really busy and parking can be a bear. So, come during the week days if you can. The associates are super friendly and helpful. Theyve got a good selection of items. I love that they have a grocery section, too, so you can just make one stop after work.

Absolutely no social distancing protocols in place. All floor decals and traffic indicators have been removed. No one was high touch cleaning counters or self checkout lanes. Customers were standing right on top of each other at checkout with no distancing signage in place.

Well I am african american and let me tell you I was so treated with disrespect the security treated me as if I robbed the store and it was first and last visit there the security watched every move I made in the check out line that he made the associate that was helping nervous and very uncomfortably and noticable nervous down right pathetic

HORRIBLE customer service. You would expect that with the price gouging, Target would provide better service. I called to ask if this store carried anti anti-tick spray containing Permethrin, and a very rude employee refused to look up this information for me and then hung up. I called back and no one picked up again. Not giving this abhorrent company ANY of my hard earned money!

Great store to shop at. I go here when I new clothes every time. I shop here a lot so I know the lay out of the store so I know where everything is. I also have brought things online, which is super easy to use.

To the manger of this place: is it normal to search for products you supposed to have on your shelves and not find them for over TWO MONTHS????????!!!!!!!! apparently someone is slacking and not doing his job right or else the shelves and even refrigerators wouldnt be this empty for months, or maybe the place is out of products and in this case you may as well consider closing and spare peoples time, as you may very well know we came to shop NECESSITIES not to window shop on EMPTY SHELVES and the simple thing you can do is to keep your shelves packed and thats a basic for a retail store

5 stars to Jacob in customer service today, 11/5 at 3:30pm, who is literally running around to grab customer pick ups and doing returns with a smile. Just wanted to make sure he knows that his hard work is noticed. Seemed like a great guy and was very sweet helping me with my return. Great job Jacob, you rock!

This Target is like every Target: cheap and nothing more. Its organised and the people are nice, but theres nothing more to say. Their clothes selections are decent, their snack food is decent, everything is decent. This is the place you go if you want something cheap and fast. Its a good place but nothing exists to put it above the thousand other cheap and fast stores that America has to offer.

Had a few questions on products I was interested in (instant film). Even when very busy, the staff was friendly and helpful. Natalie at the help desk was very knowledgeable about, not only the product I was looking for but, additional products that would pair well. Thanks Natalie!

Overall good store. A little disappointed that you have no pride stuff in the guys clothing. I was hoping to get a new Free Dad Hugs shirt or something.

I love shopping at Target - but these days not a good idea. So being able to order and pay for items I need online instead of doing the shopping physically was very nice and very easy.

Quality friendly fair priced store for all your shopping needs

I did like the ease of the website, and navigation. Very simple. I was disappointed that 2 of the items that I really needed (that is why I ordered them) were not in my order, due to being out of stock. These are every day items that I know were in stock so I am not sure why they were not in my order. Other than that snafu, it is convenient and I would order again.

I found employee Ryan Jung to be outstanding! Helpful, courteous and a memory like a steel trap! When I shared my sentiments with him, he was humble yet gracious. Target should get a pat on the back for finding employees like him that truly exemplify customer service!

Not the nicest of staff but generally a better stocked target

Produce prices are misleading. The price is set per item for produce that is normally priced by the pound at any other grocery store, but it doesnt specify this anywhere. So when you see a sign that just says $1.79 over some rather unimpressive honeycrisp apples you naturally think $1.79 per pound is a pretty good deal for honeycrisp -- must be because their so small when in fact youll be paying $1.79 EACH for those tiny apples. Upon realizing this at the register I noted my surprise and the checker explained it is because they dont even have scales at their registers. Thats outrageous!Target, if you want to get into the grocery business, please do it right.

Went to check out the Christmas clearance. Not much left.. was a little surprised. I was disappointed there were NO Chinese take-out style boxes (with Christmas themed) for putting your own baked items in as presents or Christmas tins. Also the other stores are doing 70% of not 50.....sad!

Security guard with a power trip told me to not take pictures of the empty childrens clothing section when I was only there for diapers and clothes that I needed (order online delayed). He decided to scold a mother alone in the diaper section. Really really unnecessary to be rude when all I was doing was taking a picture for my husband to explain Id be making multiple stops unplanned while in a pandemic. Unbelievable.

Don’t place a pick up order at this store. “Ready in 4 hours” means ready the next day. My dog didn’t eat tonight thanks to good ol target. Covid or not, don’t over promise and under achieve. If you say you can get it the same day, that’s what people expect. Waited 5+ hours for an order. Again covid or not don’t over promise something you can’t commit to actually doing.

I love the new design roll out that Target is doing right now, so many trendy cute things to look at and buy. I always walk out with more than I came in for. Theyve also quit playing elevator music and livened up the tunes. I catch myself dancing and humming while I shop now.

Ive received unfriendly and poor service on multiple visits to this location. Good luck price matching anything at this Target. I showed an associate at the customer service desk a competitors price. They match this store according to their policy. I was able to bring the price up on my computer at home before driving to the store and on my cell phone at the store. The associate told me that he had to be able to search for the product on the Target tablet (which looked like it was from the early 2000s). He was unable to find it. I asked if there was an actual computer he could use to check and he said no. He made no attempt to try and didnt ask a manager despite me asking politely for other options. I find it hard to believe that the store doesnt have a computer with Internet access even in the back. The associate wouldnt allow me to show him the website up on my phone and insisted that it had to be on the tablet only. I would recommend avoiding this location if you value good or even average customer service.

Technically 3.5 stars. The staff, though ample, was not very helpful or attentive. They could have opened another register as the lines became long. They have self-checkout which I like, but if youre buying a gift you cant scan the registry. (I ended up going online to update it later.) However the layout and size of the store is great.

Great staff, always willing to stop and help you find something. Good location right near 217. Im not fond of their early morning policy of forcing you to check out your own purchases but they have people around to help if you have an issue

Target spammed me. Had to sign up online to make a purchase then got ads in the mail. I never signed up for ads and actually pay a company to stop this type of spam, somehow this one snuck through. I had to stay on the phone for 23 minutes to get off the lists.

Ive been four times in the past 24 hours, having moved from the east coast. So far, so good! Clean, nice staff, selection is pretty good, and parking is well laid out.

Great staff but I wont shop there again until you make masks mandatory.too many people without masks handling the merchandise.

I love target

I found what I was looking for and at the price I was expecting and lower than other stores in the area.

Went in trying to find an auxiliary cable. Took forever to even find the electronics section, and when I did, no one knew where the aux cables were. They didnt even know what an aux cable was. They called over a manager, who got snippy with me when I told her her employees dont know what an aux cable is.

All 5 stars for this store. I love to order on line and pick up in store but I recently had an issue. I went in to p/u Christmas presents and one item was missing. The workers told me to hang while they called a manager.... you know the drill. Not this time, a manager appeared instantly and made my day. They didnt have the item in stock so they upgraded me from the 19.99 frame to the next more expensive frame in stock, a 39.99 frame for no charge. Just a smile and an apology for the stress caused. Thanks again Don and crew.

Its not the biggest Target and theyre missing a lot of items if Im looking for something specific. But they are always clean and the staff is super friendly. Parking has never been an issue, although getting out of the lot and onto Hall can be tricky. The prices are average for Target. Food is sold, but again, not a large variety. I only do groceries there if I am already at Target for some reason and need to grab a few things.

My curbside pickup experience has been excellent!

Horrible customer service. i went in to pick up an item that didn’t allow for shipping or order pickup from store, and it was listed as in stock at this location. the item wasn’t in the correct aisle so i reached out to an employee and they said it was in stock but it was in the back which was “a really big space”. she was either unable or unwilling to go and locate the item. i have worked in retail for 5 years, and if a customer comes into the store needing an item that you know is in the store, you find it.

Its too warm inside and you need to fill the refrigerators with pantry market ice cream which is always missing in your store bring more of it we love it thanks.

Im at this store right now. Asked an employee where the baby car seats were, she just shrug her shoulders.... Asked another one, she said in the baby section . I finally found it, picked one up from the shelf (the only one) and took it to the register where the cashier told me that I cant buy it because its a display. I asked them to bring me one that is not a display so that I can finally purchase it. They told me to go take this one back and find something....Im still here waiting for the car seat.....

Nice place to shop around. Good if they can have more deal items in apparel section.

I am not one to write a review on a place like Target, I mean theyre all the same!I do want to say that this target is one of the nicer ones. Quite frequently my wife and myself stop here, get some Starbucks that is located conveniently inside, then we look at all the glorious things that target has to offer. They have great deals, and a nice staff. They are never around when I need them, but they are very easy to find, and there are a lot of them. They have everything you need for the most part, and their prices are competitive. The environment is nice, and I have never had a bad experience in this location.

Its a Target - like Walmart but more expensive and sometimes better quality. It does the job, but doesnt have anything special to recommend it. There is an in-store Starbucks, though.
