Westside florist will always be my go-to florist!Unfortunately I had to unexpectedly put my dog down and thanks to Westside Florist and loved ones, a gorgeous flower arrangement of a dog (I wish I could post a picture) showed up the next day!I have always been so pleased with their work! The flowers always last weeks and they always deliver on time!!!Thank you Westside Florist!!!

This place is a scam and the people are very rude.I ordered some expensive flowers for Valentine’s Day, I understand the delay because of the ice and storm but when they finally arrived they were old, starting to go brown and wilted.Not professional at all, I would rather go to Safeway for 5 dollar roses than this place..do not go here..your better off finding a new place, they have no pride or integrity in what they do and the pictures make what you receive 10 times better..

We lost a loved one in our family and received flowers. They didnt make it very long maybe 12 hours and they are wilted and look awful. I tried to trim the ends and put fresh water in hoping that will help but so far no such luck. I wouldnt recommend ordering flowers unless you need them to look okay for 12 hours or less. EDIT: We did contact the store and they delivered a replacement.

I used Westside Florist for our wedding and Kathy and the rest of the team did not disappoint. Our flowers were absolutely stunning and very well put together! We got so many compliments. Definitely recommend! Thank you again!!

I was lucky enough to receive two deliveries on Mothers Day. Both arrangements and Vases were beautiful. Not your average clear glass vase they were pottery type vases. I am ordering from them now for a anniversary delivery for friends during this pandemic. Support you local businesses!!

Sister ordered flowers (deluxe order) and they sent a puny arrangement with a rose and some ugly ivy was comparable to an arrangement 1/4 the size and value. When we send picture to my sister she was shocked and agreed it was the worst arrangement she’d ever seen.Regardless of COVID-18 I know of several other florists in the area that do far, far better. Sister complained and they sent the same dang crummy arrangement a second time.Never use this florist!

I live in Honolulu Hawaii and I’m from the island of Oahu and my beautiful girlfriend is from Portland Oregon in the town of Aloha. Customer service was severely lacking. The women in the florist seemed bothered to help me. I ordered a courage for Prom. I was specific with colors. I was not asked many questions. When I picked up the corsage it was 3 small white roses, some silk leaves, and a ribbon. The roses were hot-glued to the silk leaves and ribbons with BROWN hot-glue which you could see. Not only was the value poor for the cost, the product was cheap and put together very generic. There were multiple corsages awaiting pick up that looked EXACTLY like the one I purchased. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I was recommended by a few people - not sure why.

I ordered these through 1-800-flowers. The entire experience was a disappointment. Ruined a nice birthday surprise :(

Update: My grandmother received a fresh replacement arrangement from them that has lasted beautifully for a week.My grandma received a bouquet and within a day the flowers were horribly wilted. The card they sent even said they only have a 24hr guarantee. What a joke most florists work last 4 to 7 days.

Do not use - unreliable. Ordered flowers through FTD and they used Westside to fulfill. Ordered 2 days in advance but on the day of delivery I received an email from FTD that the order would be delayed due to the florist. I had specifically stayed home that day to take delivery. The next day I got home from work around 3pm to find a voice message from Westside asking when Id be home to accept delivery. I called and said I was home now but was told it was too late for a delivery today (really, at 3pm, since they claim they deliver until 9pm??). They asked when they could deliver the next day and I told them that I was going out of town but my wife would be home after 6pm and they said great. At 3pm the next day, I got email from FTD claiming the flowers had been delivered. Not true since no one was home. Long story short, the flowers were never delivered, I never got another call or email from them. FTD refunded my money. They lied to FTD about the status of the order and never delivered.

The day before Mothers Day, an hour before they closed I called Westside Florist to put in a flower order. I gave them my price, and the color scheme, and they helped me put together the most beautiful arrangement for my mom, which included roses. This bouquet was huge! I have never seen such a gorgeous bouquet in that price point. Westside florist went above and beyond to give a generous amount of flowers. I will only use them! They delivered them on Mothers Day, even though I called so late. I am so grateful, they made me look like the best daughter :)

Walked into the shop. Bought what I thought was a dozen read roses for my wedding anniversary. Got them home to find there were only 11! Wish I had ordered something from the internet website rather than the shop. Bouquets on the website look much better value than the one I was given.Felt the lady in the shop was just happy to get rid of the roses she handed me.The shop had great after care service which includes a voucher for money off from a future order.

After a frustrating mixup, the florist delivered an upgraded version of the product I ordered.

My mother send me flowers for Veterans day. The flowers that were delivered were not the ones she ordered. The arrangement look like a child had picked them and put them in a vase. When my mother called to complain, the women who she talked to was rude and refused to make it right. The women stated it would cost too much money to replace. Sad that you are more worried about getting your money but not worried about the client getting what they ordered and paid good money for.

Highly disappointing! My Husband order flowers for nearly $70 dollars and they although the few I received were pretty the arrangement was VERY small. So small in fact that entire arrangement fit in my cup holder in my car. I would expect much more for that price.

Paid an additional 30% to guarantee that flowers were delivered at a certain time for valentines day to surprise my girlfriend that morning with flowers. Delivery guy gets there 30min early, then doesnt have the patience to wait 20 seconds for someone to answer the door. Instead yells through the door that hes delivering flowers and leaves them. I tried calling florist to handle this through them, but after filing two formal complaints Ive still received no word from them.

Ordered 1-800-flowers. On 1/23/18 to be delivered on MONDAY 2-5-18. They went through Westside Florest 20455 SW Tualatin Valley hwy. Beaverton, Or. My daughter finally got them WEDNESDAY 2-7-18.I CALLED ON THE 5TH. They said they would deliver them on Tuesday the 6th. That didnt happen. Called again said they were being delivered as I spoke to customer service. Lie after lie. I went in online and sent a note to customer service. Told them they could keep their flowers and ISSUE me a credit. The SURPRISE for my daughter was ruined. They did deliver the flower arrangement, 2 days late. A very small replica of what I had ordered. I like 1 800 flowers but will request they dont use this florist.

They posted a stuffed toy we couldnt find anywhere all the way to New Jersey, they also followed up with a phone call to ensure everything was ok, top service and I cant thank them enough.

Westside florist produced floral arrangements for my entire gala and executed my vision perfectly. They also delivered and dropped off all the arrangements.

Very great and fast service knew exactly what i wanted.

Sad to see so many mixed reviews...making me think my order will be a hit or miss and since I am ordering from California I cannot take my chance. Not making people happy in the end will hurt ANY business ;-(

EXPENSIVE!!! Not very friendly. The initial cashier was on a phone call and kept turning her back on me. Wont return.
