Super helpful and friendly - the staff helped me find exactly what I needed. They were very knowledgeable about the products available and the one product I was considering that they weren’t sure would do what I wanted they looked up for me rather than just guessing. I left with everything I needed and confident as well as excited about my purchases.
I had a great experience at Sallys. Im loving the refreshed look and the friendly reps. I have been going there for supplies for years and it is fretty much my go to place for my professional beauty product and equipment.

When they had an emergency with a water damage we showed up in the middle of the night and started the process of drying it out. Now 90 days later and they dont even return our calls?I will keep posting until we get some kind of response
They just have a sign that says “temporarily closed” so I assumed it was smoke air quality concerns last night. I called every store in the area this morning with no answer. There’s no message in their menu about being temporarily closed. Super annoying and inconvenient- at least get the message out.

I am COMPLETELY unsurprised to see that this Sally’s location has bad reviews- especially for their customer service! If I could give 0 stars, I would. But alas I have to award them 1 star they really don’t deserve.Last night I found out my best friend had her waxing appointment cancelled last minute due to a family emergency. She completely understood, but her wedding rehearsal was the next night and she would no longer have the time to find a new salon/appointment time before her rehearsal dinner. I offered to do it for her since I do my own legs during the summer. She agreed, so off to Sally’s I went.The employee very RUDILY informed me upon walking in that they closed in 15 minutes. I understood, apologized and said it was an emergency. The employee rolled her eyes and went back to chatting with her coworker. NEITHER of them asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. (You’d think they would since they so clearly want to close up shop)So I walked up and down the aisles looking for wax until I finally found it. I couldn’t remember the brand I used for my eyebrows so I was looking it up on my phone, so I could buy the same brand of wax for my friend. The employee steps into the aisle and says “my register is closing in 1 minute whether you’re ready to check out or not.”UM EXCUSE ME?!First off- why not offer to assist me since I’ve been standing in this aisle for 10 minutes.Second off- WOW. What a quick way to lose a customer. If it wasn’t an emergency, I would have immediately walked out without buying anything.Thirdly- who in the HELL taught you customer service? You need to work on it, but honestly you should just be fired because you suck at your job.I asked for the employees name after she rang me up, and she asked why. I said because I’m going to leave a review. She gave me a dirty look and said “Stephanie.” I have a feeling she lied, but if not- STEPHANIE, you suck at your job. I will never come to this Sally’s again. I plan to call corporate, because you’re losing a customer here and hopefully they’ll look into the matter since I will continue to trash this store to my friend’s and family to warn them to never come in.
I went in as to buy my extensions yesterday and it was ladies working that I had never seen before turns out these were the coolest ladies ever. Awesome attitudes just a great crew. I got exactly what I was looking for as well as another item. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I will always return and recommend this location
Both girls were so friendly and helpful today. Many times my experience at this particular store are quite unpleasant. Today was a joy!

I have gone to Sally Beauty Supply since I was in high school. They have all the stuff I need. I love it there. I also dye my own hair and MOST of the time if I have any questions about mixing they are super knowledgeable
They dont carry Big Sexy Hair dry shampoo which I swear by because my hair is thin, but I got amazing ammonia free plum hair color and the staff was wonderful and very helpful!
I love Sallys! They have everything you need to get your hair done. The service is amazing and they seem to know what theyre talking about :-) I go here every time when I need to add more color to my hair.
The Sallys in Beaverton was excellent. Ive been going to Sallys for years, (Im from out of state) and I got more sage information from the little gal at the Beaverton store than I have in all the years Ive frequented Sallys. Wish I could rememver her name. She just recently graduated from Beauty School and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Kudos Missy. Wish we had you in Nampa, Idaho.
Two words: red tags. Friendly and knowledgeable employees, good selection and prices, great sales. The interior is a little claustrophobic, so I took off a star.

I have seen on here that some people have said there is terrible staffing. I am not one to complain, but I am right now. First of all, one if the girls that have been helping me was very rude, acted like she hated her job and as if she was irritated that I was even asking her for help. I wasted $40 on a hair product that she told me to use COMPLETELY different than what the box said, therefore I had to go back the next day and got it again. Tried it the way the box said and it worked perfectly. Because she mislead me so badly, my long thick curly black hair is now dry, ruined, damaged, is breaking off. She was rude, and informative. The other girl was great and helpful though!
I went in twice today to purchase hair dye, recieving great advice both times. I am absoultely in love with the way my hair turned out and couldnt have done it with the help of the associates. If you have any questions about hair color or need any color products definitely stop here first.
Was attempting to use my Sally Card that is a forever card & the guy/girl didnt know how to code it. He/she called his/her mgr a the mgr didnt know what to do. I use this card all the time in Boise. So, I helped this person out & called the Boise Sallys & she explained that this is a forever card & provided instructions on how to use it. The Beaverton employee just didnt get it. Then he said they are required to obtain my email. I gave up & told him/her my business will go elsewhere. They NEED more training!!!! Oie vie😩
Lucy was so knowledgeable and sweet!Like every Sallys Ive been to, it felt a little unorganized and like all of the isles were way too close together, but it had everything I needed.
I dont normally take time to write bad reviews and I love Sallys but this is the worst Sallys Ive ever been too and it is only because of one employee, the manager. I cant remember his name but, I do know that not once in the three years since Ive made this my go-to Sallys have I been treated decently by him. He also makes my husband feel uncomfortable when his stops in there for me. He is always rude and a bit pushy and he has the habit of spouting bull s**t when you inconvenience him with things like wanting him to do what he is paid to do.The only reason I will continue to shop at this location is because after the last visit to sallys my husband had another employee told him better days to come in when he is less likey to be in. I generally have no issues with other employees at this Sallys or any other locations to be honest, all other employees at this location are helpful and fairly friendly for the most part, the only person that is consistently rude and completely unhelpful is the manager.
Horrible customer service. the lady who works here has a really bad attitude problem and when you ask for help they act as if they dont care. Ive been in here a couple times this week and each time no one greeted me once I asked a question it seemed like it was a burden for them to try to help me. Very unfriendly hostile environment. If it wasnt for a fact that there are no other local beauty supply stores I would never shop here again.
Cashier rude and condescending and rushing
Ive been coming to this location for a year now and every single time, every employee is very rude and knows nothing about anything. The females here are snotty and usually care more about talking to their coworkers about inappropriate things and act as if customers are getting in their way. The men here know nothing about the products and have given me wrong advice many times. These people are uneducated and have terrible customer service skills. I am no longer going to shop here. I would rather drive 20 miles to another location than 5 mins to get to this one.
Worst customer service ever! I just spent my whole lunch dealing with people there that dont know how to check out and use the deals that they are sending me via email and on top of that they give major attitude. Im never going back here again I rather just drive a little bit further to shop at ULTA! Oh by the way Claudia was the person who was helping me

Staff know the inside of their store. My friend had pick up some hair color from one part of the store which was misplaced they were able to direct her back to the correct area where she pulled it from so she can get some more of it.
Great customer service, as soon as I walked in the store I was well greeted, and got help right away. I was unaware of the product to buy however they helped me decide which product would be best for me.
Ive had an okay experience. I never really pay any attention to other people when Im focused on buying the right product. But if they were to act in those disrespectful manners Id be complaining to management.
I generally dont love going to any Sallys - Ive dealt with a ton of snobbery there. From one girl commenting Youre always in here buying makeup... but you never wear any - yeah, I shop on my DOWN TIME. And just an overall unwillingness to be helpful. Every so often there are people working who act normal but often times they act like youre bugging them if you need something.The last time I was there I hear a voice behind me screech I JUST TOTALLY SAW YOU PUT ALL THOSE NAIL POLISHES IN YOUR PURSE and turned around to realize the girl who worked there was yelling at the girl next to me who also turned around. The next words out of her mouth were HA JUST KIDDING. I THOUGHT YOU WERE PUTTING THEM IN YOUR PURSE I GUESS THATS YOUR SHOPPING BASKET. Heart attack! haha in this totally abrasive tone. Yeah, shoppers LOVE to be accused of stealing stuff, thats awesome. Wonder if it had anything to do with the girl wearing a head scarf honestly... cause I have weird hair for a girl and get more snottatude at Sallys than other people seem to..Its an unpleasant place to shop but Ill go there if they have something I need and I dont know where else to get it.

I was passed by several employees without asking if i needed assistance. None of the employees were friendly. The cashier acted like she was doing me a huge favor by ringing up my order. They were out of stock on several items also.
I will never go here again. I was mistreated by a racist sales associate.
