Been with Culligan for 6 months and service was good ... decent customer service, on-time delivery, friendly drivers, perfect billing ... up until April 2021. Thats when everything came to a grinding halt. Literally.Water delivery just stopped. Customer service isnt taking or returning any calls. All you get is the answering service person saying they can take and pass along a message to the office who will call you back. They dont call you back. Weve left at least 10 messages over the last 6 weeks, and ... absolute crickets. Nothing. At. All. No one has contacted us.One answering service person told us the company was undergoing some sort of transition and this was the unfortunate fallout. Whatever the reason, it would be nice if someone had simply called or sent out a letter letting customers know there would be a disruption in service.The best thing I can say now is that they have not continued to charge us. All billing has ceased. So now we just need someone to come pick up the bottles so we can move on to another company.Two stars only because service was really good for 6 months.
I highly recommend Culligan. I have a well with a high amount of iron. The taste and the stains it causes are completely gone and water tastes really good. I think they are reasonably priced with excellent terms if needed. The office staff are very nice and eager to take care of you. I also have the maintenance program for a reasonable cost and don’t have to worry about anything. Love it!
Tim has been our delivery driver most consistently, he anticipates our needs, has always been courteous and professional.
I was with Culligan a few years ago and the service and deliveries were amazing. I couldn’t think of a single negative thing to say about them at the time. I ended up having to end service with them bc I moved out of their area - well I moved back and started service back up in March, assuming it would be just as amazing as it usedTo be …. Well - that was completely wrong. It has been nothing been a HORRIBLE experience.The time the first delivery was supposed to happen, it didn’t show up…. Called and they promised it would be delivered that day, again it didn’t show up. I sympathize and understand this happens, but it didn’t end there. It was 4 additional calls and 3 more empty promises of Delivery before I finally spoke to someone who was somewhat helpful - she ended up having one of the mangers, Ray, deliver but it shouldn’t have taken that many times. Specially for my FIRST delivery!They apologized for the inconvenience and said it wouldn’t happen again - however- this was another lie. It’s been the same thing every time. Everyone I speak to on the phone is either rude or doesn’t call back when they say they will.I canceled last week and have again had to call 5 times with no returned calls - finally spoke with the Albany office and was provided the number to the gentleman who handles the scheduling. Gave him a call and he was probably the rudest person I have ever spoken with - this company has gone completely down hill and has obviously expanded way to quickly that they can’t keep up.Excellent Customer service and quality service does not exist with them anymore - it’s the poorest I’ve ever experienced unfortunately. If this was a one time thing, not a big deal things happen. But I don’t foresee them correcting any of these issues for a very long time.I won’t even get into the billing issues… that is a whole other story and I was way over charged for deliveries charges by about $50! Serious DO NOT RECOMMEND.I would stay far far away from them. I highly recommend H2O Oregon!
Absolutely sub par customer service. I dont know if they are understaffed, or just incompetent, but I would be very hesitant to start service with Culligan. Our machine had not been serviced for over 3 years!! We reached out to Culligan to figure out why they hadnt come and the response that was given was We have no idea. Upon request of service they finally came to our office on July 5th 2021; our machine was broken and had to be taken for repairs.. It has now been almost 2 months and they have no information on how the machine was broken, what parts they are waiting for or ETA on when they will be bringing it back. I have called and spoken with Tori, Liberty, Jarrod and Brian on numerous occasions only to get the same response every time of We will have to get back to you or that is someone else that handles that and surprise, surprise, no one ever gets back to us. I would highly recommend choosing a different company as a lack of knowledge and communication have made it very unpleasant in dealing with this company.
Once Culligan switched from Koldkist Water, I have yet to receive replacement water and its been close to a month. I was supposed to recieve an order of water on the 14th of June (after not having it for close to a month) and I never recieved the delivery. I phoned the company the next day and they let me know they wont have a delivery in my area until the end of the month. But theyd try their best to come out sooner.Very frustrating!!
Culligan Water companyI ordered an in house filter to treat a hard water issue. Everyone was very helpful from customer service to the installer. Very good service. I i just got the filter but so far it is working really well.
Just thought I would drop you a note to express how pleased we are with the maintenance service provided by Andy on our Sulpher Cleer unit. His work was excellent and professional. He explained the system better than anyone has, in layman terms, and adjusted it as necessary. Thoroughly cleaned up after his work was completed as well.Please see to it Andy receives the recognition he deserves for a job well done.This was the first time we ever had a Culligan product. I like the water but every time on my way home theres a big truck taking up more space than needed at the work site so I cant get by and its a safety hazard. I have called before and last night I asked the driver Steve the driver if he would move the truck closer to edge and he responded very rudely (No!) with no reason as to why? If thats how you will be represented I feel for customers getting the service.
We really enjoy the feel of the water from our Culligan water softener. This is our second water system. We had it installed some years back in our other house but when we had our new home built it was a must have. We also have the reverse osmosis for our drinking and cooking. It’s WONDERFUL!
Delivery is timely and regular. Drivers are friendly and courteous and deliver product where easily retrieved from. Great service to date.Just wish there was an integrated web portal for additional ordering, account management, and online bill management.
I have been using Culligan for 7 years. They are always responsive and courteous. My orders are shipped immediately and I get them within a few days from ordering.

EDIT: After a few years of service we got a new driver who just couldnt get it together. Our delivery never occurred on the date it was scheduled. The first time was no big deal, but it started becoming a monthly habit. I contacted customer service who made excuses and just suggested I leave the bottles out each day until he came. Really? That doesnt seem like a good solution to the problem. After dealing with random unexpected deliveries for 6 months with no solutions provided, we finally cancelled our service. If you cant provide consistent service, I cant provide consistent patronage.Ive been a Culligan customer since 12/2015 after 10+ years of being a Sierra Springs customer. Culligan has better prices, MUCH better customer service, they deliver when they say they are going to and their water tastes great! The only thing I wish they had was bottom load water coolers but thats such a minor point. Yay for Culligan!

As a former team lead sierra spring water cooler repair i do wish this place one open a area in there building where they can repair cooler and washing cooler then send back out to the customer because sierra spring is fall apart here in Portland so this place can make more money then sierra spring

This company sent a service man out to service my water system & 3 days later my laundry room flooded they charged me 350.00 came back out blamed it on another part charged me another 260.00 & shut the system down & tells me I need new water system guy comes out tells me 3800.00 more for new system are you kidding me, I am getting new water system 2200.00 just not with these guys very poor customer service would not recommend,
