I went to Batteries Plus to recycle my long tube florescent lights for just under a buck a piece. Lowes and Home Depot no longer accept them. I have purchased computer and watch batteries at this store as well. The staff is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable.

Less expensive than the dealership by $150.00 (not a typographical error.. Really $150.00 difference!) to get a key fob replacement! Also? we got 2! (Not just 1, like the dealership!)

Salesperson Ben was very helpful with a battery issue that turned out to be not an issue. The dealership was trying to pull a fast one!

Customer Service is outstanding. These guys are amazing. They replaced a cell battery that ended up not working out and replaced free of charge quickly. They are very busy serving many customers efficiently. Really impressed with their operation.

Went to recycle as bunch of old batteries. I think what they charge for recycling is robbery. I didnt need any batteries or light bulbs, but the cashier made me feel like they were doing me a favor by charging as much as they did.

They have all up to date high tech light fixtures for outside security and monitor. They recycle bulbs and batteries which I love. Electric bulbs and some others cost a small fee but I glad to pay it to keep the earth cleared of such bad garbage.

The gentleman working behind the desk was friendly and helpful. I have mixed feelings about how expensive it is to recycle here. I wish it didnt cost so much, but its better than throwing toxic stuff in our landfills.

Brought my watch in for a new battery turns out while fitting a new battery my watch actually has something wrong with it because the new battery wasnt working. Told me I could keep the new battery he put in at no charge! Impressive.

Recycle batteries and light bulbs, buy some more. They used to recycle without a purchase but lately we have been told $5 min. Purchase to recycle batteries. Prices on bulbs can be ok with sales and its quicker than Home Depot. There are usually other shoppers and there are usually a couple of clerks so waiting is minimal. I almost picked up a few old fashioned wooden toys as well!

I am in Customer Service so my reviews for any business will be based on how I would treat my customers.The service was impeccable! I used curbside and my communications with the staff were great. However, I know I chose the correct batteries online before going to the store, but the product sold to me was incorrect. The batteries were too skinny and short for my needs. I made sure and confirmed the model # of the battery and the product sold to me was different. It was my fault for not confirming the model number upon delivery. My recommendation is to provide a level of confirmation in the email, showing the battery they chose as satisfying the customers request and asking if this is the battery needed. This would save the customer a trip to the store.

The service was incredible. I appreciate they have a process for online order and curbside pickup. After looking at several retailers, Batteries Plus was the only place that had a battery for my car. I was able to pick it up same day and curbside. While I was being helped by someone, I overheard the conversation next to me. They Service Representative made a point to ask if the customer is a veteran so they could apply the discount. I appreciate the attention to detail and kindness.

Needed new battery in iphone-6s. Cost was same as apple store, but no hassle with appointments. Said it would take an hour, and it took just a bit less, and everything works great new.

I cant/wont comment on the battery I bought as it is still new. It will be 4 or 5 years before I can give a good review about the item itself but I can comment on my experience. Ordered a new AGM battery online for pickup in store. Used an online only 20% off coupon to save some cash. When I arrived at the store I was pretty much greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Staff was super friendly, got my paperwork ready right away, and even carried the battery out for me when I was obviously capable of doing so. Carried my core in, refunded the charge, and I was good to go.Having never been in one of these stores before I was shocked how much stuff there was. Had them give me a quote on a new key for my vehicle. Talked flashlights a little. Did a quick walk through just to look. Store was clean and organized. Very very presentable.I do not anticipate any problems with the battery I purchased but if needed I suspect they will take care of the warranty side of things without issue. At this point I wouldnt hesitate to buy another battery from them. Price was pretty good and service was outstanding.

Complete lack of customer service. I called ahead to verify they do indeed have my battery. After being told I would get a 15% discount for carry out, I told them I have a 10% off ordering online. He agreed that would be applied. When I arrived after driving over, they failed to honor the 10% online.So should I install my battery, drive back in, order to save the 10% online then make THEM install it?Needless to say, they just lost a customer over $10. It’s not the $$ that I’m upset with, it is the fact I was TOLD over the phone this would be honored and they failed to honor their employer’s word.

I booked online (you get $10 off when you do this!) and the whole process was completely painless. I had a bad experience at another batteries plus store- got my iPhone battery replaced and the other store put a bad battery in my phone- Garrett was honest and made sure my phone was working before I left- unlike the other store who had my phone for 3 hours. Although there wasn’t much he could do he gave me the names and store phone numbers I needed to contact to make right the hour round trip I had to take to his store after getting home from work and finding out my phone still didn’t work.Kudos to a great employee to knows how to give customer service - even when he can’t do much to remedy the situation.
