Such an amazing experience! Bought my first car had Cory h help me, if you get Cory your extremely lucky, took me through all the steps was extremely patient with me asked me questions that I thought would be dumb to ask, amazing guy. Checked up on me everyday for a couple weeks after I purchased the car asked me if everything was going good and if I had any questions.I suggest asking for Cory h any time coming to Kia you won’t be let down!!! Dropped off my car after my maintenance light turned on and my door was making weird noise, I had an appointment but I was told it could take a few days so decided I would bring my car back later in the week... as I was leaving Devin said the maintenance light just needed to be reset and he could quickly do that if I gave him a minute. He immediately noticed the door and fixed that by quickly tightening up the door bolt! That is good service, very thankful for Devin!!!! YOURE THE BEST DEVIN!

This was my first time purchasing a car and Sam and Roz made the process very easy and stress free. I wasn’t anticipating buying a car at this point in time, but my old one died and forced my hand. It was a pretty quick process as well considering I came in having browsed the used car selection a little online, but didn’t have anything super specific in mind. I initially started my car search with a different Kia dealer, but quickly left when they kept trying to sell me a car I didn’t want and tried to do the four square sales tactic when negotiating the price. I ended up going to Beaverton Kia and had a vastly different experience with Derrick! He was very nice to work with. He listened to what I wanted and when they didn’t have it on the lot, worked with me to acquire exactly the car I wanted and communicated clearly with me about the cost. The process of buying a car was pretty easy. Rachel was my sales person and she guided my husband and I through the entire process, stayed in contact with us and answered all our questions. Rachel’s manager was always there to greet us with Rachel and made sure to let us know if we had any issues to let him know. They made what could have been a stressful process easy and enjoyable. I purchased my car on line and could not be more pleased with the experience. I did not receive any pushy or nagging sales communication and in fact all communication was professional and to the point. We were able to sign papers remotely and even register the car in a different state. My son lives nearby and he gratuitously volunteered to deliver the car to us. DMV forms needed ink signatures and those were overnighted with paid return postage. Overall an excellent experience.My granddaughter absolutely loves the car!

Could not be happier with my experience at beaverton Kia. My sales person Kristen stayed in great communication with me even on her days off and knew how important a certain color was to Me and reached out the day it showed up ! Other dealerships tried to push me to a different color & even a different model. My financing was a little tricky due to being furloughed 2 months of 2021 from a covid shut down. Beaverton Kia were so accommodating when I was looking at upgrading from my old car. I showed up looking to check out one of their used Kia Fortes and ended up leaving that day with a brand new 2021 Kia Forte for the same price! The whole team there were very pleasant to work with and were very patient. I was able to test drive a few different vehicles and when I wasnt sure if I wanted to buy they didnt push me. They were very transparent the whole process through and checked frequently to make sure that I understood what I was looking at. Very annoying experience.Was lied to and told that with a good credit score and negative equity I would be helped to finding the perfect fit for my car. Waited 2 hours in the sotore for a response only to be lied to and told that the banks systems were “down”. So we ended up leaving and was told we would receive a call back in regards to the approval. Received no call at all whatsoever. Not in response to if I was approved or denied. We were handed off from an export eve manager to someone new - you would think someone with EXPERIENCE would be the one to help - except we were helped buy some guy who could barely help us and was in the same situation as I am in with negative equity. I would never refer anyone who is in a low situation to go to this KIA. It was a waste of time and was extremely unprofessional. I will never ever be coming back again. It was also a waste of time because they ran my credit, lowered it more and told me they could help me. But was completely ghosted and not one rep called to follow up with the approval over the phone. I ended up calling and they blamed it on “systems being down” it was the worst car sales experience in my life. The commercials and ads are completely wrong and it’s definitely not a place for people with negative equity. Moral of the story is- quit lying to your customers running their credit and sending them off with no information at all. A denial straight to the face is preferred over being ghosted for a week and no hearing of ANY results. I even was trying to remove my co-signer off of my loan and they couldn’t be any help for that as well. 0/10 stars if i could

Rachel was excellent and able to offer information and suggestions without applying any pressure to the sale. We never felt rushed or pushed in any direction. I went in to look at a used SUV they had on their lot. During the test drive the check engine light came on. The sales guy tried brushing it off. When we got back he asked what I thought. I did like the vehicle overall but wanted to know what was going on with check engine warning. He said they would have it looked at and would call me the next day. Two weeks have gone by, I never heard back from him. That vehicle is still listed on their inventory today. I guarantee they cleared the code and are just trying to sell it to the next person that comes to look at it.

He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and most important - HONEST. I didn’t feel like I was getting tricked into anything and I felt like he really had my best interests in mind. My salesman Sam was great. He asked me what I was looking for and knew exactly where the car was and he brought it over to a overhang in the shade to show me my new beauty. He explained all the function of the car and went into some detail on the more advanced functions. The only thing that I had a problem with is when sitting down with the Financeperson, they write in a $3500 maintenance plan and gap insurance...obviously they didnt write up the paperwork before showing you what they did. I politely told them I dont want those things and to take them off....and they did without any hassle. I had a great experience.

This review is based solely on a phone call for some basic information about my Kia I just purchased. I just had a simple question: A squirrel had apparently got into the a/c vent system and shredded the cabin air filter which was binding up the blower motor. I cleaned it out but the vents are not all blowing strong air. I figure theres blockages caused by the squirrel. My simple question was: Can I stick something like a wire down the dash vents and push any obstruction down to where the blower is, or will that not work?. Talked to no less than 3 people and the last guy said. were not able to give advice over the phone told me to go to Kias website then hung up on me I literally said Hello?..Hello? He had hung up on me. Great customer service. Oldest in the nation huh? Apparently not the wisest. Glad I dont live in Beaverton.

We knew we wanted to drive off the lot in a new car so with that expectation came the additional understanding that we might be at the dealership for at least 2 hours. We were unfortunately there for 5-5.5 but it was a busy Saturday.Outside of the time investment, the staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I researched the value of my vehicle through several resources, and all of them were within reasonable ranges. So, I went to several dealerships to obtain offers, and as of today, Beaverton Kia takes the crown as the greatest low ballers of any dealership in a 30 mile radius ($13,000 below trade-in value)!However, I am not writing this review because they’re low ballers; rather, I am writing this review because they had the gall to call me back and insult me with sarcastic replies and not provide any real offers. Had a really bad expensive at Kia Beaverton while purchasing a car, especially with Alex, who was very rude, aggressive and stubborn while dealing with us.Salesman John was very patient and welcoming and showed us good cars. But during financial negotiation we dealt with Alex, who was very aggressive and rude. He was not listening to us, constantly cutting us off while we were talking, and was not very helpful. When I bough the car it was very easy, very fun and db positive experience. That said, ever since then, I have had to take my brand new car to the service department for racks that didn’t fit my car, while having to argue with some employees about the deal I made when buying the car! I have come from mcminnville to Beaverton 4 times already just so they can try to fit the racks on the top and then never working and saying it was my fault even though it’s a mechanical issue! Then when they told me they would order me new ones last Thursday, turns out they never did when I called parts and said they don’t see a order number! Best experience buying the car, worst experience trying to get help and work on the car!

Summary: 5 stars go to Rob, the service manager, and negative 1 star goes to whomever told me on the phone that my car was still under warranty.A couple weeks ago, windshield washer fluid was leaking under the car, and the dashboard indicator lit up saying fluid was low. A quick web search revealed that this is a common problem and it is easily repaired. My Sorento being a 2016, could still be covered under warranty (it is Mar 2021 now). So I set up an appointment online, requesting warranty service. Someone calls me back, and we talk about scheduling, having the replacement part in-stock, and making sure the whole thing is covered under my 5 yr warranty. That person said YES it is covered.I bring my car in for the appointment, sign the document for the diagnostic fee, confident in the information given to me over the phone that this would be covered under warranty. An hour later, Carlos tells me that the warranty expired two month ago. I go in to the service area, telling my story to Carlos, who REPEATEDLY interrupts me while I spoke, and Rob was there to hear the conversation. After some spirited discussion, Rob goes to his office, and appears to speak to someone on the phone. He later returns, and waives the diagnostic fee. Bravo, Rob! You are an excellent service manager, clearly understand facts, and truly look out for your customers satisfaction.I hope that whomever I spoke with over the phone gets appropriate re-training, so that a mix-up like this wont happen again to other customers.

So, I visited their website and found a car I was interested in—noted the inventory number and price advertised. I emailed and asked to verify that the car was in stock and the price. The response did not answer my question. But I decided to drive (from downtown PDX) to the dealership. I asked the salesman to verify the car was in stock; he looked it up, verified it was and confirmed the price. A more expensive car was brought around for me to test drive; salesperson couldnt find the car I was inquiring about. I wasnt interested in the more expensive car. I asked for the final price of the car advertised, including the floor mats I wanted to add and the licensing and fees; the salesperson came back to tell me that the car wasnt actually there and was expected around the 11th (which is past the advertised good till date on their website). This is a perfect example of advertising a lower priced vehicle to bate you and once youre in to up sale you! Is there an honest and transparent car dealership anywhere?! No wonder folks hate the car-buying experience!

We met with Cory H. who was so patient and worked with us to find us the best deal. It was all super low pressure, which is great for someone as anxious as I was, and he took the time to explain things to me thoroughly (a first time buyer) and was very honest throughout the process. He also gave us a great food truck recommendation and we drove there in our new car right after. Also, kudos to Bill “the fixer” for making sure we drove out of there in a new car. Would definitely go back and buy from Beaverton Kia.

The staff is very friendly here, and it didn’t feel like a high pressure experience. The sales person, Trevon, took their time with me and worked with me to evaluate and choose a vehicle, explained all of my financing and purchasing options, and followed up several times after the sale to make sure I was happy. They even gave me a great deal on my trade-in. A very pleasant experience. Also very happy with my new Kia vehicle!
