You wouldn’t think that I would write a review about a gas station. But it’s the gas station attendant that made my day. His name is Tay. I was running low on gas looking for a place where I could get cheap gas so I could fill up. I had money on my Safeway card and even when I go to the Safeway pumps they can’t seem to get it right. I usually tip the gas station attendants and I didn’t have a single dime on me. None of the gas station attendants I’ve been to so far have been worth the tip either. I hope that the manager sees this and notices that this man went above and beyond his job to make sure that not only did I get the correct price for gas but that everything was satisfactory. In this day and age where Covid it has become an excuse for bad service, it’s nice to know some people actually put something into their work. Thank you Tay. Thanks Chevron for hiring this man.

Closed randomly overnight. Staff consistently is undertrained. Avoid.

Service is always good and the staff is always very friendly. Nice convenience store inside. Fuel prices are a bit high in comparison to the competition right down the road but its easy in and easy out.

Not sure why theres only 3.4 stars here, staff was quick, helpful, and friendly. Refilled my propane tank with ease.

I wouldnt normally bother to review a gas station, but I was surprised by the courteous nature of the attendant who pumped my gas at the Canyon Rd location. I dont expect anything from the attendants, except to not be jerks and not scuff up my car. The fellow working last night was polite, careful with my car, and cleaned both front and rear windows. Hire more of him, Chevron.

It’s a good store but the employees aren’t so nice. I was trying to help the employee when the ebt thing wasn’t working. I told her I Saw another working fix it this way and she gave me attitude and said “ well it isn’t working sorry “ with a nasty tone. And gave me my card back. Remember this day so when the bosses see this it was 2/26/17 at night.

Happened today the worker that helped me was so nice even when a rude customer came blaring about something with another employee that happened yesterday and went to get the 89 cent beverages and she gave us discount and only paid for one. To whomever did that thank you.

Unable to fill a propane tank. Nobody trained to use the equipment and the workers had no idea when someone would be available to help fill up a propane tank. Dont waste your time with this place.

This USED to be my go to everyday gas station. After today it no longer is. I just finished working a 12 hour shift and saw I needed gas when I got to the gas station no one came to my window to ask what kind of gas I wanted and how much, when I was curious as to what was happening I looked around and saw a heavier-set philipino lady standing by the pump on the opposite side of my car. She was staring at me expecting me to get out or to pump my own gas? She told me to roll down my window on the other side of my car, I told her it was broken she told me to come around, mind you if I had a leg injury I wouldnt have been able to do this what then? I thought this was customer service? I got out of the car and asked her why she couldnt come to my window she replied that they dont do that here. I looked at her in shock, I couldnt believe what I was hearing. In frustration I asked her who she was and she replied Im the manager here. I couldnt believe my ears, I customer service manager was refusing to provide me with service. I told her to put my gas cap back on because I was going somewhere else, she said okay no problem with me bye and I spend off to the chevron down the road where I told them what happened and that I wasnt the first one to have this happen to them by the same person. Later I find out that this womens name is Tracy and she is indeed the manager at this particular chevron.I will NEVER be returning to this gas station until I know that this same undeserving person is not still employed here. Regional and district managers WILL be contacted.

I suppose its better during the day, but theyre supposedly 24 hrs. I learned you just cant go there and expect to get served gas after 11 pm or so. They just blankly ignore you. Have had the cashier look at me on several visits....but still waited and waited. Usually leave after 4 mins. They never alert the gas attendant youre there. Really crappy, incoherent service

I just paid $8 for a carwash. My car is no cleaner than before I went through :( pretty irritating to say the least. Its all automated with no one around. Grrrr

92 octane and free air for your tires.

I know it is kinda expected at a gas station, but its also extremely unprofessional to be at work while being THAT high.
