We come here all the time. Our kids grow SO FAST! It is great for bikes, lacrosse equipment, softball stuff, we got a stationary bike, rental ski equipment- then bought ski equipment, and our show-shoes! The people work here are so helpful & knowledgeable.

Large selection.I was looking to buying an exercise bike.There was 3 to chose from. Two was great quality just out of my price range.The third was a sit on the floor model. Compact. But the seat would not stay firmly in place. And no way to adjust it.There was two guys at the counter and three times I had to yell across the room for help. They could careless to come over and help me or talk with me.When I approached the counter I said I would buy the floor model if they could fix the seat. I was told they could not fix the seat lots of people have looked at it.Poor service.

Truly amazing service, reasonable prices, and knowledgeable staff. Was looking for a pair of skiing boots to use with some skiis I got at goodwill and they helped me adjust the bindings on my skiis to make sure the boots would work for me. Definitely coming here for used gear first in the future!

Nice store. Home gym items are wiped.out and that was what I was looking for. Understandably due to Covid19, and knew that driving over, thought there would be a small chance of finding dumbells. Wish there was one on the east side!

Great place overall. I liked the nice help from the staff. I worked with a young lad named Colin, he was very nice and helpful. I recently followed their Instagram page and I know it is adjacent to the ice rink. I think putting on some of the hockey gear and going on the ice would be a cool post! Maybe Colin could do it.

I called beforehand to check the driver selection and was answered by Sophia, who was very friendly and patient with all my questions. I got to the store at 7:45PM (just before it closed). Beth and Sophia were still very patient with me as I was trading in multiple things at once and buying my new driver. I kept the girls past when they were suppose to be closed and they were still very friendly. I am very appreciative of these two girls. GREAT customer service!

Over priced- because they didn’t have what I was looking for used, only new- which was more expensive then Amazon and Dicks. The young girl working was pleasant and helpful. The younger boy didn’t seem like he wanted to be there, or help anyone.The store was organized and defiantly smelled like used sporting equipment.Really would give them 3.5 stars. Not a terrible experience but certainly not a 5 star sports store.

This is a great place for bike repairs. I wanted to add a basket to my moms cruiser. They did it in a timely manner and only charged $5! Great service.

This place is clean, well lit, and organized. I purchased a cardio machine from this location and everything went smooth. The interactions I had over the phone, in person, and during the delivery were professional and polite. Had the Play it Again Sports where I grew up been this well run I would have frequented them more often. I’ll be back to this location.

Great prices for gently used sport gear! I went in recently to pick up in-line skates for my commute and got a chance to joke with the owner and his kids (accidentally bladed in front of his kids camera shots, twice!) before checking out with an astoundingly low price. The checkout counter had a free box of holiday oranges and a good quarter of the store overlooks the gorgeous next door ice skating rink! Would recommend for any sportsman (either winter or otherwise) in need of affordable gear.

I came in here to buy my first set of golf clubs, looking for something that wasn’t too expensive and also great quality...that is exactly what I got! The employees helped me out by pointing me in the right direction and giving me lots of info about the different clubs. I felt welcomed and comfortable shopping in the environment, I will definitely be coming back for any other sporting goods I need!

Nice selection of varied gear at a fair price.We frequent Play it again sports while travelling, and this is the best I we have found by far. The management took the time to follow up with us about an obscure hockey jersey we found.Support these guys, they do a good job.

Usually has a good selection of new cast iron kettlebells, but if youre interested in used ones that weigh the same and cost less, its hit or miss. But definitely worth the time to check it out.

Their used gear section I think is primarily for youth, they never seem to have gear that will fit grown adults. Thats the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5, aside from that, its a great store with a lot of selection and willing to buy stuff off of you at a decent rate. Always friendly employees too.

This needs to be your first stop for all things sports related. Its a sweet deal that they give you credit on your old used gear that you dont need anymore to get upgraded equipment. The staff that works here is great. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me get exactly what I needed plus more for an excellent deal. Its the biggest Play it Again Sports store Ive ever been in. It seems they have everything you may need for every sport. Highly recommended!

The customer service at this new/used sporting goods store is outstanding. They have a wide variety of apparel and sports gear for discounted prices and a good selection of golf discs. As a bonus, theres a birds eye view of the local indoor ice rink. My daughter stands enthralled watching people float across the ice.

I get all my softball gear here. Its just as nice as any new stuff, but wayyyy less expensive. I love this place so much.

I was told to bring the equipment in, that they were definitely interested. I drove almost an hour to get there and arrived at 7:32. As I walk in i noticed the two women behind the counter were talking with some guy in front of the counter and I obviously interrupted them because before I could even get through the door with my board they all stopped and stared at me. No hello, No Welcome to Play it Again Sports, No Hi, how can we help you. .Feeling a little awkward I walked up to the counter and said Hello, I spoke with a guy on the phone about selling my snowboard or putting it on consignment They did not look happy, the looked at each other and then the clock and one of them said Oh, we stop buying stuff at 7:30. I looked at the clock and said Really, you cant even do consignment for me? I spoke with someone on the phone before I came and I have driven quite some time to get here. The other one said, yeah, we already shut down this register...(pointing to one of two registers side by side).. Sorry. Needless to say I was pretty upset leaving this place and Ive decided I would rather use my old equipment for fire kindling then return to that horrible place. The guy on the phone was really nice but the two twenty something women working the counter this evening need to go! What a waste of my time/gas/energy. Just had to get that out, thanks for reading.

Great for second-hand equipment

This place is a great shop on the Westside to get Sporting Goods, new and used. They also have a growing disc golf selection, which is much needed on this side of town. Great prices too!

They had a friendly and helpful staff able to answer all my questions. Prices are generally a lot cheaper here compared to Dicks or Fred Meyers. They have pretty much everything your looking for when it comes to sporting goods, shoes and work out equipment. Give them a try next time your in the need for some new gear before you check out Dicks (the Walmart of sporting goods).

Definitly one of the best sporting stores i have been to. They had a wide variety of ski and snow gear along with disc golf discs and more.

I Came here with high hopes to sell tennis rackets donated to me by my boss. The owner denied to buy them simply because my explanation where I got them was “ too good to be true “ and it “ raised a red flag”If your a Mexican selling tennis rackets dont bother to come in .

Their merchandise selection is a little smaller for some items than other stores Ive been in, but it still works and the prices are reasonable.

I put a very expensive stationary bike in excellent condition up for consignment sale through this store. They never gave me any updates, when I called they said that there had been no interest, although when I went back into the store the bike was gone and had obviously been sold.This store is not to be trusted and they totally stole from me. I would advise avoiding this store.

Theyve got lots of alpine ski and snowboard equipment, ice skates, exercise machines and weights, tennis, golf, baseball, volleyball and hockey gear. Some stuff is newish, other is used hard but still functional. Some is dirt cheap, other costs a little more but still way cheaper than retail. Good spot for the active local person to check before throwing down bigger bucks. Folks that work there are cool too. Only reason for no 5th star: they didnt have anything I was looking for (ski gloves, telemark boots, elbow pads good for ww kayaking, etc).

Hit and miss selection on things. Some stuff has reasonable prices, other stuff is outrageous. Staff also varies on helpfulness.

I work at Hillcrest Sports in Gresham, Oregon. Were primarily a ski shop that sells new gear. Recently we had a bunch of boots stolen from us and neither us nor the police was able to do anything about it. It turns out the people who stole the boots tried to sell it to Tim and the folks at Play It Again Sports. Realizing that something was up with these boots, the owner Tim started calling ski shops in the area. He eventually called us and we ended up getting almost all of our boots back! Tim went way out of his way and helped us out big time and just flat out did the right thing. Its nice to see people doing that, and we truly appreciate it!-Staff of Hillcrest Sports
