I brought in a tapestry, an image on papyrus, and a sand painting on fabric, not sure how best to frame these items. TJ met me as I walked in, and instantly helped guide me through the process. His enthusiasm was evident and he had a great sense of design and ideas for how to address things I had not thought of with the unusual mediums. An example is how the mat was cut to allow a tiny gap to catch any fallen pieces of sand so they did not fall against the glass. He suggested mounting the papyrus to raise it slightly from the back, allowing the rough edges and transparency to be appreciated. I was also surprised at how quickly we moved through decisions, though I never felt influenced or rushed. It felt like TJ and I were collaborators. And the tapestry: you wont even believe how gorgeous it turned out. On the day I picked them up I was astounded at how stunningly beautiful each was. My photos wont do it justice. TJ was just as excited as me that day. He unwrapped them one at a time and we pored over them, then he carefully wrapped them up back up so they would be protected on the ride home.

I recently had some family heirloom photos and old documents professionally framed at Frame Central Bethany. These folks know what they are doing. The old adage, you get what you pay for applies here. Services arent cheap, but they do an outstanding job and I know my framing will last for future generations. I would highly recommend using their services and would not hesitate to go back again!

I didn’t exactly know what I wanted and they were able to guide me in picking out the best frame and matte for my print. I just hung it at home and am so pleased with the finished product. I thought I’d be overwhelmed with all the options but their guidance made it easy! I highly recommend!

Excellent service, value and location. I went in with a picture and the employee at the front let me know which side frame to get since it was an unusual size. She was able to get a frame and custom cut the matte for the picture. She was very helpful and friendly. I will be back again :-)

I had aluminum prints made of graphical artwork and the results were more than satisfactory. The price was reasonable and the prints were done sooner than expected. The products were packaged well. I definitely will be going back there again.

Very helpful people. Something they had framed years ago slipped in the frame - went in to inquire what could be done, they asked that I leave it for a few days, then left a message it was ready (as promised) - their work was perfect, the large piece was wrapped safely for me to take home and the people in the store were very pleasant and efficient. Because they had done the original framing there was no charge for the repair despite the long time passed. Would highly recommend.

The guy working on Sunday afternoon who helped me select frames and mattes was super friendly, and had a great eye for what would look good with my art. The experience was easy and fun, and he always gave me a few good options to choose from. The finished pieces look even better than I imagined they would. I look forward to getting more work done here.

I brought my artwork to Frame Central Bethany after another framer had held onto it for over 2 months without working on it and then went out of business. The folks at Frame Central were very professional, their pricing was in line with what I expected and I was notified that the finished piece was ready early. I had an unusual set of items to include in one frame, and I basically threw myself on the wisdom of the framer. She worked really hard to create a wonderful montage including all the elements Id given her, including being able to access one of the pieces from the frame. Reasonable price, rapid turnaround time and outstanding service.

I recently ordered a Chroma Print form Frame Central Bethany and the experience was amazing. Their service and attention to detail is incredible. There was an issue with the original print and they sent it back to be redone without question. They didnt even let me see it first. The finished product was perfect and delivered within the timeframe they quoted me. I will go here again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to a friend.

Frame Central is such a great place. They really take the time to help you design the best way to put together your project and dont force their own ideas on you. They listen to what the customer wants and needs and help to figure out the best way to make it happen.

Very attentive staff, hip and very cool, but without an air of pretension. They match your item with the proper frame very well. The turn around time is within the time frame( pun intended!) given.As long as I reside in the vicinity and they continue to deliver top notch service, they will be my go to.

Great service! Very helpful, friendly, and worked with me to make the project affordable. I brought in an already framed picture I found at Goodwill for a gift for my husband, it was a medieval style ink print. I didnt want to spend more than $100 getting it reframed. The employee at Frame Central (wish I could remember her name), had great suggestions and helped find a frame that was affordable and fit the medieval style. By reusing the matte, she managed to get the price to $99. It was even ready 4 days before she estimated it would be. I will definitely come back with an future framing projects!

I had a wonderful experience with Frame Central Bethany! I have a rather large antique piece of artwork from 1935. The cigarette cards used in this piece had been coming loose for several years and the backing paper was torn in spots after many moves. Had never used Frame Central before, but took it in to see what they could do. Oh my goodness, did they ever go above and beyond with the repair work that was needed! They suggested different options with mats and said he could replace the backing paper, but wasnt sure about a couple notes written on the back. When I went in to pick up the artwork (which was done earlier than promised), I was really surprised that he was able to salvage the notes and put them on the new backing paper for me!!! The artwork looks wonderful with the new mat color I picked out and I am well pleased with Frame Central. I certainly will use Frame Central Bethany for any future framing needs I might have. Thanks again, Frame Central!

Frame Central Bethany did a terrific job for us on two very different projects - a poster mounted beautifully on a laminate board and a coconut fiber fish mounted in a terrific shadow box. The staff at Frame Central Bethany was very knowledgeable and exceedingly helpful.

I had a large poster framed here nearly 3 years ago. I had used this shop before w/o problems, but I will NEVER go back again now. I had hand carried this art print home from Paris, and it had a very slight amount of bending/crease marks, so the framer recommended that it be glued to the backing to flatten it . NEVER glue to the backing! The print came out with horrible bubbles and warps that are easily seen in any angled light. It was hideously expensive, it represented a special investment of time, effort & money for a unique & irreplaceable gift for my husband, (when will I be back in Paris?!) and I am just sick every time I look at it.

Their customer service has always been second to none and theyve always made sure that I was completely satisfied with the final product. Ive always appreciated their attention to detail and their patience with me, primarily because Im pretty picky on certain details.

The finished product exceeded my expectations. They did a beautiful job. I will be back with future projects

Everyone here is just AWESOME. I completely underestimated a framing project (cost wise). I ended up having to piece things together. I went back here for the matting. Turns out even just putting it together nicely involves alot more than I was aware of. You can pay to have them frame it, but I chose not to because of the budget.I tried puting this together at their location. It was nice enough that they gave me space and let me. When they could see that I was struggling, they basically professionally put this together for me. They put paper backing on the finished product and even added a wire hanger. They refused to take any fee for the work.They are awesome here. If you need anything framed... you need to go here.

Super helpful and resourceful. Sean and Kiera (sp?) and gang worked to come up with a clever solution to my unusual framing challenge. I had a very special, long and narrow print by a Cuban artist that Id hoped could be framed to keep the back visible, too. Very tricky! First ideas for that were crazy expensive and I couldnt go there. Then I went back, wanting to just get it framed even if back couldnt show, and Sean came up with a great solution that was more affordable and I said yes. Then the plexi for the back didnt come in on time, and instead of passively waiting for it to be reordered they picked it up and got it finished -- which I really appreciated! Im so happy to have the print protected and hanging in my house now.
