We just had a Kamado Joe delivered. Service in the store was wonderful and delivery team was phenomenal getting the grill delivered, setup and a tutorial. We cannot wait to use it. We will be returning often as they have a wonderful selection of bbq accessories and products.

Just picked up our new Traeger from Grillworks. The three employees working were incredibly nice and helpful! I placed my order online and called to see if same day pick up was available. My order was ready in 2 hours and the guys loaded it up in my car. Also received the holiday bundle as part of my order and we were able to switch out the pellets to a blend we preferred. Wonderful customer service and they had some great beginner tips for us. Highly recommend these guys!

I purchased a Napoleon Prestige Pro 825 grill from Grillworks and had it delivered and set up yesterday. I had an incredible experience at Grillworks! It is by far the best BBQ and grilling store in the state. The selection of grills, accessories, spices, rubs, etc is literally unmatched anywhere in the region. Their expertise is also unparalleled. Chris was incredible in walking through my research process with me - and he was patient while I did my due diligence before purchasing. I looked at 10-12 different grills, some at Grillworks and some at other dealers - but I kept coming back to the huge Napoleon Prestige Pro 825. Chris answered all my detailed questions quickly and completely. This grill is massive - so Rob (the owner) and Chris delivered it in a large truck with a lift gate. The evening of the day it was delivered I discovered a couple of items on the grill that weren’t working correctly. Chris quickly figured out what needed to be done based on my description and came back to my house and completely took care of it the very next day! I am very pleased with my experience at Grillworks and I will refer all of my friends to them! I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a new grill! They will help you make the best decision for your needs!

This place is really great! They stock all the grilling gadgets you would need to up your game, and are pretty knowledgeable about their stock. They have tons of rubs and flavorings. Cheapest place to buy pellets as well, as far as I have seen.

Terrible communication. Gave them $5,000 back in April and they don’t return calls or emails. I was told to expect 6-8 weeks for delivery it’s been over 3 months no products delivered and every time I call they say they will call back and don’t. Buyer beware. I understand COVID is slowing things down but there is no excuse for lack of communication and empty promises. Very disappointed.

Waiting 10 months for my Napoleon part that I paid for. No contact for months. On the bright side, I have purchased a pizza oven and a treager that are fantastic. Just buy what is in stock.

So my bike broke down and I waited over 4 hours for AAA to get me. The crew at Grillworks were kind enough to let me hang out with them while I wait. They have a huge supply of bbq equipment tools and sauces. I kearned a lot about bbq I never knew. Did not buy anything (I was on a motorcycle) but I will be back!

Went in just to browse but left with a new Green Mountain smoker. The reps are impressively knowledgeable about their products, are not pushy on sales, and are very nice and easy to work with. I was comparing the Weber Genesis and Napoleon Prestige 500. Online articles and reviews are great (Amazing Ribs, America’s Test Kitchen, BBQGuys) but I needed to see them in person. Chris wheeled out both of them, went through all the key features (practically disassembled them for me) and did a great job explaining the pros/cons. Price was fair, service was solid and it felt great to talk shop with actual BBQ guys. Ended up with the Napoleon and would absolutely go back for more gear in the future. Thanks Chris!

I have been on the hunt for a pellet grill. I have watched videos and called multiple stores. You cant beat the customer service at this store. I spoke with Robert and he was more than happy to answer all my questions, make recommendations and made sure that I knew I could call back any time for any questions. The grill I wanted is out of stock at this location. Its the same price at another location and in stock, but the other place just couldnt even come close to the level of customer service I experienced with Robert. I was so impressed that I made the decision to preorder my grill from Grillworks because I wanted my purchase to reflect my appreciation. I contacted Grillworks just to see if they had the grill I wanted in stock. They contacted me very quickly to let me know that they did have them on display in the store, in stock and on sale. Typically when you get this good if a deal, you immediately assume that something is wrong but, that wasnt the case. I made plans to purchase the grill later that day. When I arrived, he already had the box waiting on a dolly with some of the accessories ready as well. I took a look around the store while he provided me information about my grill and also some of the other products. Its a really nice store with a fantastic range of products from entry level all the way up to full gourmet outdoor kitchens. I am super impressed with Rob and his Store. I wont hesitate to return for anything else I need for my outdoor cooking needs. Rob seems like a great guy and he seems like he really knows his stuff. Im so happy that I decided to give him a call instead of going with the big box store.

Do not shop here. I installed a grill from this store that was over $5k. It was missing parts. When I called in to the store they gave me a customer service number for the manufacturer and told me to call them. After long hold times I went to the store and spoke to the owner Rob. He also gave me the same phone number. I asked if they could take care of it and I was told just to call the manufacturer myself. All told I spent a half day of my time getting a part that was missing when the grill was purchased. I dont see any reason to buy at this store as there is no customer service. If you can get a better price online you might as well just buy it online.

Great staff and customer service! Bought a new grill and grill cart. When I went to put the cart together I discovered a part was missing (through no fault of Grillworks). I called Grillworks and they sent someone to my house within 30 minutes with the missing part so I could finish the assembly.

I had been thinking about purchasing a pellet grill for a few months. I went out to Grillworks on Father’s Day and spoke with Noah Cheek. He was out grilling some food to share with customers and treated me and my family like we were the most important people in the store. He introduced us to the various team members, walked me through the different types of pellet grills, and made recommendations based on what he had learned about my interests in using the grill for. We spent a few hours there because I had a difficult time deciding on what I wanted. Noah was patient with me the entire time. Ultimately, I walked away with a grill I couldn’t be happier about and loyalty to this store because of the connection to the welcoming environment they have created. My wife and I came across this store through the Traeger Grills website. They are a PLATINUM dealer and we wanted to go in and see what they had! It made so much sense to see the grills in person. We ended up walking out of there with a voucher to pick up a Traeger Pro 22. Yes, you dont get the grills at this location, they have a warehouse down in Tualatin and a very very nice employees there to help load it in. The person in the store was very knowledgeable and helped us with all the questions we had. They had a great selection of grills from all different companies! Grillworks also had pellets and all the accessories one might need and a lot of grills to dream about eventually owning. Very satisfied. Prices were competitive and comparable to everywhere else too. No need to wait for a roadshow and hope they have a configuration you want. Go get it, the way you want, and today!

I just bought a Traeger timberline from them. I have experienced the big box retailers and buying a cheap grill and vowed never to do it again. The staff at Grillworks was very knowledgeable and patient as I searched different options. I ultimately bought the more expensive ‘cadillac’ of Traegers not because of any pressure to buy that, but it had the highest perceived value based on the knowledge that Grillworks shared with me. I would recommend them to anyone!
