Great customer service. Super fast and friendly. The classic ham sandwich was delicious. The split soup wasn’t as good as I remember, but the sandwich more than made up for it. I got my sandwich without cheese, but normally it comes with cheese.

They have the best Classic ham sandwiches. They will fix it the way you want it. I asked for all condiments on the side and they did it. I hate split pea soup, my daughter-in-law said I should try it & I did.Tthey havevery nice Employees. I will go back again!

I was really disgusted around the noon hour today. The table we sat at was clearly not cleaned!! Food debris was on the table and chair. More tables were closed than opened. I saw. Single woman on another table eat and finish her meal and left. A woman picked up her trash after about 15 minutes but she NEVER cleaned the table before another elderly couple sat at the same table. So much for cleanliness. 🤬😡🤬😡

We love Honey Baked Ham pocket sandwich and have for years. The last 2 times we have picked up our orders we have found that the ingredients (ham, lettuce and sauce) has been reduced substantially. The ingredients are now barely in the center with the side pocket corners entirely empty. The second time I ordered (we order 4 pocket sandwiches at a time) i explained how disappointed we were with the lack of ingredients we did get more sauce but about half the ingredients we got before. Since there are 4 of us eating them and each person is complaining about the change it would be interesting to know why and when will this be corrected.

Product is terrific, service is horrible! After placing order on line we thought we would pick up what we had paid for. They do not set your specific order aside when they receive the order and when you pick it up they feel free to substitute whatever they have still in stock. They blame everything on ‘Corporate’ and the man who did respond by phone was rude. So sorry such a great product is not being represented well by their franchises.

Asked for no pickles on the BBQ pulled pork sandwich, was given pickles anyway. Sandwiches were lukewarm (not hot) liked they had been pre made and sitting in a warming tray.

My lunch order was quickly prepared. And the large sandwich had thick-cut flavorful meat with their savory mayonnaise and mustard, which were a great touch. I took my order to go but in my few minutes of waiting for my sandwich, I found the seating area to be relaxing and quiet.

Always good quality, with great portions!! They keep things clean, and they are helpful, and cheerful. They make fabulous lunches, and are a staple for every Thanksgiving, and Christmas in my household throughout the years.

Ordered my ham for prepaid pick up the morning before thanksgiving, I arrived and there was at least 75 people in line social distanced. They’re weren’t any signs out but I walked to the front and let them know I prepaid and they let me walk right in. The whole experience was maybe 10 mins if that. For any major holidays I’d for sure recommended the prepaid pickup or you’ll be waiting outside forever

These sandwiches are even better than I remembered and I made their split pea soup and it was phenomenal. This place is just excellent

Honey Baked Hams food is always delicious, but they need to have a better system for the holiday pick ups. We were told to be in one line( waited an hour) only to be told to get in a different line and waited 2 hours 🤦🏽‍♀️ They lucky the ham is good ..

Had your monte cristo its really just a hot ham and turkey sandwich as it is definitely not a monte cristo was still a good sandwich just expected a monte cristo and not a hot ham turkey sandwich

Worst experience!!When we arrived to pick up our ham after calling twice we were told to go and wait at the white tent for our ham. Once we got helped there we were told no we had to go inside. My husband and I did not feel comfortable doing that and were told they was no other option. He went inside, where he was told we were a day early(we weren’t) and they could not find our order. I tried calling the manager at which time I was hung up on..They finally found our order. We are so disappointed in this service we probably won’t be back.

We pre-ordered a honey baked ham for curbside pick up for 5 pm got there at 5 because COVID we didnt want to be EARLY, because we hoped they were taking it seriously. They are not. We had to wait for 20 minutes in line just to find out they sold out of our prepaid ham. And we will have to wait another 45 minutes.TLDR: DO NOT PREORDER FROM HERE.

This place is pretty good and tasteful. I love coming here around Christmas time only because of the courthouse Square Christmas lights. The Establishment is very clean and the staff is really nice. Theres usually no line or wait for food. Its pretty empty. But the food is good and I will be back around Christmas time to eat a ham sandwich :-)

I still rate them a 4 out of 5 only because their pita pocket bread Ham Sandwiches are still very good. However, they have now dropped serving the dill pickles that usually come free with the sandwich! And before that they dropped serving the apple wedges and orange slices that used to come for free with the sandwich. What next? Will they drop the bread and ham as well?? Come on you guys!! These small differences are what sets you apart from the others!! Now you are just like all the rest. Ordinary!!

With the store closed recently, I suggest you place your order online, because the lines are long to enter the store, it is very fast to pick up when you do it online.

Would be 5 stars if they took Google Pay (who doesnt these days?). Everyone already knows how good honey baked is. YUM.

I havent been here in years, but two hands and three sandwiches. I was surprised at how good the sandwiches are they are delicious, just the right amount of mustard and sweetness. I brought some home for some contractors at my house and they were super excited and thought they were great.

Consistently great products. I will say, though, that I DO NOT like their new smashed potato salad - it has a odd texture and what I think is an unpleasant taste.

Ive often stopped in for soup and a sandwich which never failed to satisfy, however today our business owner ordered delivery for the company meeting from this location and to say everyone was pleased would be a gross understatement!

My husband requested some ham and bean soup for dinner one night this week so i went in to buy a bone in ham (I didnt realize you can just buy a ham bone). I requested a quarter ham, bone in, but a small one. Ashley helped me and her customer service (as well as the young man she was training) was great- friendly and professional. When we were getting ready to have the ham for dinner we saw that there was no bone in the ham. We were bummed because we specifically wanted the bone for soup. My husband called the next day (today) and the manager kindly offered to give us two bones free of charge to make things right. We really werent upset but we are so grateful for the appreciation for us. This is our 4th ham in the past year (we just really love the ham and bean soup so so much) and the only one without a bone. Thank you for making this right! We love your ham!!

I love this place! Such wonderful Christmas ham and sides. They staff up to make sure everyone is served as quickly as possible.

I got the 6 dollar BBQ Sandwich lunch special. Thats two sandwiches for 6 dollars. The way I look at it, you can by a sandwich from a fast food restaurant for this price OR buy 2 great quality sandwiches from HoneyBaked Ham.For me, its a no brainer. Go and give it a whirl sometime when youre thinking you want a quick bite to eat.

They gave us a good ham but when my mom couldn’t find a coupon for $10 off they didn’t give her the benefit of the doubt. During a time like this that’s complete bs.

Update: I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, who turned out to be the man whol helped me in the following report. He was courteous and sent me a voucher to reimburse me for the problems outlined below. In consideration of that, Im raising my star rating from 1 star to 2 stars, and will reserve further judgement until I see how my next visit goes. Hopefully, it will not be the disaster outlined here: The Beavertown Town Center location was okay (not great) during a couple of previous visits, but really fell flat this time. I went there to purchase a take-out lunch. Strike 1: out of potato salad. Substituted pasta salad that didnt look AT ALL like the photo. It was mostly the elbow macaroni and sweetened mayo, with very few slivers of veggies. Strike 2: I usually get a coupon for a discount on my next visit. Was told they were out, but might have them in another month. Suggested I check the web site. (I did, and there were no coupons for lunches). Strike 3: I feel certain I paid with a $20 bill, but only received change for a $10 bill. The cashier had put the bill in the drawer before making change (a terrible practice!), so there was no way to prove I was due another $10. As a senior citizen, on a fixed income, that really hurts. Strike 4: The ham sandwich had so much gristle that it was very unpleasant. Strike 5: Went to the web site, to contact the manager, and there is NO CONTACT info listed. BOOOO... I dont think Ill be back. There are plenty more good restaurants nearby, without wasting my time on this place. So disappointing, since it used to be good.
