EDR Performance is the GO TO place for any of your motorcycle maintenance/upgrade needs. They have good rates and I always get my bike back in better condition than when I dropped it off. Eric has been working on bikes for over two decades and is extremely knowledgeable. He also assembled an outstanding staff that anyone would be proud to have as part of their business.

I recently had EDR Performance flash my 2014 899 Panigale Ecu. They did a fantastic job!! The bike is much much happier, engine spools up faster, pulls much harder and runs cooler. They set my fans to come on at 185 which is a huge help here in Arizona. Super fast turn around, great service very reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them.

These guys are the real deal if you want to get your bike sorted. So glad I’ve also had both of my bikes reflashed by EDR after getting the exhaust work put on. They run much better than stock now with a cooler engine and smoother power delivery. I’ll only go to EDR!

Iv been taking my r6 to EDR Performance from day one, and the only shop ill take it too. Recently had full exhaust installed ECU flash/dyno tune with quickshifter/blipper... I have been a customer of EDR PERFORMANCE for 15 years. This last year we decide to make a go of racing for the podium and acquire enough points to try Moto America. I dont know if I can accurately capture the level of professionalism, integrity, or absolute badassery of this place, but Ill do my best. I made an appointment with them a month or so in advance to get my VFR dyno-tuned. They dont typically offer a tune while you wait service, but they made an exception for my buddy and I, as we were riding from NorCal to get it done.I assumed that they agreed to the dyno service reluctantly, but upon arrival to the shop, we were greeted with sincerity, and it almost seemed as if they were excited to see us. They asked us about our trip, and seemed genuinely interested in hearing about it.Once they took our info, and checked us in to the computer, they took a look at the bikes before bringing them back, and expressed their concern with my rear tire. I had already planned on going to get another after we left their shop, as I knew it was pretty worn. Eric (the owner) went and found a take-off tire (brand new from a project bike) and made me a deal I couldnt pass up on it. Clearly they were more worried about the safety of their customer than they were about making money. So we made a deal, and the bikes went to the dyno.Eric emerged from the dyno room a couple times throughout the process, explaining things to us, almost as if they were performing a procedure on our children. He also made adjustments to our chain tensions, lubricated them, and adjusted our tire pressures. Any other shop wouldve either ignored these things, or charged an additional fee for it. After the bikes were done, they asked that we ride them around the block a time or two to make sure that everything was cool, and that we were happy with the changes made.Once we were all paid, and ready to hit the road, Eric came out and suggested a couple of good rides for us, since we were unfamiliar with the area. We all shook hands, and went on our separate ways.Service like that does not happen very often. This shop is INCREDIBLY busy, with over 100 bikes/projects in the queue, I imagined they would be quick to get us out the door, but they really made the service more of an experience, and a good one at that. From the moment we walked in the door, we could tell that this shop is so much more than a place that services motorcycles, and sells parts. This is a place that truly SERVES the motorcycle community, and is staffed with incredibly professional people that are genuine motorcycle enthusiasts.I cant say enough good things about the shop and the experience they provided my friend and I. Thank you Eric, Chris, Hayden, and the gentleman whose name I cannot remember (Im so sorry). You guys are awesome.

I had a S1000RR motor built at edr in 2020. I was on my 4th track day on this motor, maybe 10hrs on Motor. 2 exaust port valves and 2 intake valves hit the top of my pistons, alot of damage. Had the timing checked, the intake was good, the exaust cam was 5 degrees off.!! I contacted edr by email. No response. Ill never use edr again. Especially when I have put 15k plus into this motor... beware..

The gentleman that picked up the bike were great. They treated the bike like was there own. Service kept me informed on the progress. The absolute PINNACLE in the business. I sent my cylinder head all the way from Maryland based purely on the reputation EDR carries, and I was not disappointed. I’ve heard the ZX10RR can be finicky with head work so I wanted the best, and I think that’s exactly what I got. Communication the entire process was next level, they always kept me updated with emails, answered all of the questions I had, and everyone I spoke to at every point along the way was very kind, and absolutely on the ball. Even after their job with the cylinder head was done, they still kept in contact to make sure I was satisfied, answered the few extra questions I had, and provided some extra Info/tune help that was way above and beyond what they had to do for my job. Any future engine work will hands down be sent their way, and to be frank they’re the only shop I’ve dealt with so far that I could honestly feel comfortable dropping my bike off to and have no question about the work being done right. Purchased a full set of 2020 RR oem fairings from them. Since they were 5 separated ebay listings I contacted them and we agreed on a good deal for everything. Paid with paypal. I had several specific shipping requests and they managed to do them all. After my motor spun a rod bearing with less than 5k miles. EDR was more than willing to help get it rebuilt. Living in the Bay Area, CA they worked with me to pick up and deliver my moto at THill saving me 10 hours of driving each way.Even during their busy off season time, my motor was completely rebuilt, put back and broken in on their dyno in a decent time frame.Communication to me is key and anytime I called to get an update they were more than willing to update me on the status.Overall I’m very happy with all the work that was done to my R1s. Eric and everyone EDR is top notch and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone I know looking to get work on their Moto.

Online ordering was a no-go. They weren’t able to fulfill an order even after a month of trying to work why them. Glad to hear that others had a positive experience - wish there was something better to report. Ultimately had to go through the credit card co for a refund since they just continued to hold onto the funds and after I requested a refund. Update: After not hearing from then about the refund for a while and finally getting a confirmation from them that it was done, the founder send me a nasty email lashing out

I never left a review for all of the times I have used this shop. I was so amazed with their customer service and professionalism when I crashed my bike and chose their shop. Even if I find a place that is cheaper I wont ever leave this place. They have a loyal customer. Its impossible to beat how knowledgeable, professional, and polite this shop is and how quick their service is. Id give them 10 out of 5 stars if I could.

I have not met an “out of state” shop that treats me better than had I physically walked into the store. They were quick at responding to my emails, getting my ecu flashed, and although some unforeseen challenges came up they took care of me as if I was the most important customer ever. Had some issues purchasing and ECU back in 2017. They ended flashing my current ECU instead, had some more issues too but they did a great job on flashing the ECU and customer service was great, easy to communicate with and fast responses. Would love to purchase from them again.

I bought some new tires online for a Suzuki Gsxr 750 and I found out that nobody will put the tires on if you dont buy them from their shop and EDR was one of the only shops I could find that would put them on and check everything for me! Come to find out the forks were blown and the front brakes were gone! They did all the work for a great price and in speedy time! I was super happy! My super snobby friends only recommend this bike shop! I definitely recommend this shop too! They saved us! Feels good to have a shop that really cares!

Updating my review after a few recent visits. Again, these guys never disappoint. Ive taken my cbr1000rr here a bunch of times and every time, theyve done quality work. Not only do they do good work, theyre extremely friendly and I genuinely feel like they care about you and your motorcycle. Ashton and Eric definitely go above and beyond, and they have exceeded my expectations every time. The 40 minute commute is totally worth it to me as I always know these guys do top notch work. There are a bunch of shops much closer to me but these guys have been my go-to shop for a while. Huge thanks to to the crew here, I really appreciate all the work theyve put into my bike.

Confused by hours, Google says they open at 9 on Saturdays. Their door sign says they open at 9:30 on Saturdays and when you call there phone, the message says they open at 10.Edit: They did adjust the Google times since this review. Unfortunately if you dont have social media you wont know if theyre closed on holiday weekends or other events. Maybe they should have a sign on their door to let people know when theyre closed on off days.

EDR was awesome! I know they usually work on race bikes so I took my FJR in thinking they might not touch it. However, they didnt blink an eye, took my bike in and not quite a week later they were done! New tires, rebuilt forks, some oil and filters later and my bike rides better than new! I bought a 2016 Yamaha FZ09 and while the motor is good, the bike needed a lot of help. The guys at EDR Performance have been there to help me turn that bike into a finely tuned machine tailored to the way I ride. Just last month I was talking to Eric, letting him know how I wanted more initial bite with my breaks. He checked things out for me and recommended a certain type of pad. Worked like a charm. This is my 3rd bike and I have been coming here for years. Great people and great service.

Brought some new tires in, and they got them mounted on my rims not only faster than expected, but for a very fair price as well. They took the time to talk to me on the phone about the tires, about pricing, and even their social media! They also took the time to look for a metal ring that fell out of one of my wheels, and found it! I highly recommend these guys and will be going to them in the future for all my motorcycle repair needs.

Im writing this on behalf of my parents - but Ive seen their work and completely agree...EDR is fantastic! Theyve worked on all of my parents bikes - Yamaha, Suzuki, BMW and Ducati - and they keep bringing bikes back to EDR for a reason: The quality of service.After the warranties were up on their current bikes my parents wanted to continue to support the staff from their dealership, but were constantly running into long waits and unanswered questions regarding repairs and services - so they came back to EDR. They are yet again impressed by their level of care and detail, not to mention the friendliness of their staff. They will be bringing their motorcycles back for years to come.

The shop isn’t just to get your bike worked on it’s a place to come in and talk about bikes. It’s really fun! I suggest going there with your bike.

Let me start by saying Eric a.k.a. the weasel has nothing but give me runaround for the last two years I’ve spent over $20,000 and it’s one excuse after another, they’ve done no wrong according to them and it’s just us apparently. I have pictures and videos and all the phone messages and phone calls were recorded over voice over IP so will be held in court I just want everyone to know the weasel is who he is. I will be posting video of EDR’s exceptional motor rebuild that’s sounds like someone put the bearings in backwards. This company is a joke if you want a real company that will help with EDR’s motor mess ups I highly recommend Two Wheel Dyno.

This is what I call a full stack one stop shop for motorcycle everything. EDR has rebuilt 2 R6 track bikes of mine and made them perfect. I crashed one and destroyed it, EDR made it rise from the ashes beautifully. I still own a very nice bored out 250 built by EDR. Great people, great service, excellent results. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my motorcycle repairs, builds, overhaul, anything needs!

EDR built my R6 race bike over the last off-season. There is none better in the business. They kept me up to date through the winter, handled my change orders without issue, and delivered a fantastic race bike. My bike will be back again this off-season for a refresh. Called about new tires and oil change...was quoted for what I was thinking I wanted..then was guided through the process of picking the right tires for the right reasons...long story short...I lef with new tires that are better than I thought I wanted...and were way less expensive...and upon my ride home I discovered that they (without my input) had adjusted the play out of my throttle!...YAY!..and not even tried to take credit for a good deed. Not just a race shop. These guys can make any bike perform better. Simple tune ups, oil changes, or full super bike builds. I’ve done all with them and they always do it right. Check with them before going to the dealer.

I dropped off my 2006 Ducati SC1K for a dyno tune and a few days later she was done, even during the whole COVID-19 pandemic! With the DP chip & Termi pipes she was running lean in one cylinder and very rich in the other and throttle response was a tad twitchy. Now she burns evenly & cleanly on both cylinders and throttle response is smooth! So much easier to ride yet a quick twist of the throttle will still bring the front tire off the pavement. Came with hp/torque graph. Thanks so much, Im loving it!

I didnt understand why until I set foot inside the shop myself and saw how impressive their entire operation was in person. Do yourself a favor sometime and go visit EDR. The crew here is excellent. I can ask questions to the staff and they will give me an honest, unbiased answer. They will give you easy to understand explanations for complex situations and explain all of your options. This is the only shop I will personally use and recommend for service and tuning because I know that they will treat you with a level of respect that is hard to find anywhere.

Best service from the most knowledgeable motorcycle shop Ive ever been to. That was my review 6 months ago.WOW! Just read a 1 off review from a Luke B.? complaining about response time and supposed bad advice. Seems to me that Luke may be the problem. EDR has 14 reviews and a 4.5 rating (probably a 5.0 without Lukes input). I have dealt with EDR for the last 9 years and NEVER once had anything but a GREAT experience. I have always been treated with the same respect as the numerous professional racers that they support. I have never received any advice that wasnt spot on and never have I felt that I was being talked into any purchase. Actually, quite often Ive been directed towards less expensive options that I wasnt even aware of but would achieve the same goal. I have sent many friends to EDR and heard nothing but appreciation from them in response. I will continue to comfortable do so.
