I am so grateful that I switched CPAP providers and went with Norco in Beaverton. They really took the time to make sure that all of my questions were answered.Marcellus was professional, courteous and exceedingly thorough. He took the time needed to know that I was comfortable using my new machine and different headgear. It was a totally different experience than I have had in the past at a different company.
Kathleen, Heather, and Somsuda. Have been amazingly helpful. My CPAP machine broke the night before my sleep study with a new medical provider. They got me a new machine as soon as possible. They even stayed late to allow me to pick up my new machine.
I have been dealing with norco for 6 months. They were great in person. Corporately they tell me they me and my insurance that they don’t know how much my CPAP cost. My insurance will not pay until they tell them. Norco billing tells me that only the local norco knows the cost. They do not answer when I call. My insurance will not pay until norco tells them the full cost. Norco will only provide a partial quote. Now norco is threatening to send my bill to collections.I regret ever getting involved with norco.
Taught me things about my sleep products I wish I knew before. very knowledgeable and helpful. friendly and patient with those of us who are not medical professionals and dont know the lingo. I highly recommend Beaverton Norco
They stayed after hours to help my husband who was coming home from hospital and they made me feel important and informed! Love their service.
Keith helped fit me up with a CPAP machine and walked me through the process with professionalism, patience, and humor. I would recommend Norco and Keith very highly for their services.
I cannot thank the staff enough for their help. Somsuda Johnson was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I will be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you all again.
Does not answer phone currently on hold for 25 min and counting
I appreciate the manager who investigated my claim and resolved my issue. Thank you Norco managers for your attention to proper customer service!
Excellent customer service.I needed a knee scooter for my torn calf muscle. They were able to provide a high quality one for rent. A lot easier than crutches!
LOVE that their is now a Norco closer to us. Kim and Brittany were very professional, courteous and helpful. Being a new facility to the Beaverton area, their C-Pap supplies inventory is not fully stocked so had to order one of my items. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I look forward to buying our medical supplies from them in the future.
This is not a rental place for medical equipment. Google pulled it up as if it is. But they only sell supplies here.
This office and staff are amazing! Brand new facility that has so much to offer in terms of medical equipment. Got my cpac machine from Respiratory Therapist Kim and she was awesome! Very down to earth and encouraged us to call or email her anytime with questions & feedback. Very accessible which not often found in the medical community!!! The front office ladies were so welcoming and happy!!! They made my otherwise boring appointment fun and easy!!! A+++
They helped my mother get a sleep machine. They are very helpful and kind people. They set her up and answered all of our questions and also took the time to have a class for her and few others to learn just how to use her new sleep machine. We also have support once we leave here if we have any questions and I love that. They have a lot of supplys in store as while. The workers treat you like family and wanna make sure you happy. :)
Beaverton Norco is AMAZING! They have a very nice and helpful staff. Somsuda and Kathleen are incredible! They provide excellent customer service and get out orders in a very timely manor. I have never had any issues or complaints about Norco. Definitely a great place to order from!
My CPAP failed last week and I had a neighbor who used Norco so I went to their local store in Beaverton Oregon. I was helped by a very nice lady by the name of Som Johnson. She took my information and processed my replacement order in only 5 days. That was EXCELLENT service and I really appreciated the quality and speed of service I received. I would recommend NORCO Medical to anyone who has an emergency situation. They truly gave me excellent service and support.
Norco is such a nightmare that Im about to buy a new wheelchair without using my insurance because Id rather pay out of pocket than spend another few years dealing with them. Youd think that timeliness would be a priority for a company that provides things some people cant move without, but everything takes forever. I see from other reviews that they can handle CPAP customers, but for wheelchairs, I have had a terrible time every step of the way except for the part where I bought the thing.Whats worse, though, is the employees. There are a few good ones Ive dealt with in the rehab department, but the general reps and customer service people are truly awful. Every time I go in for a repair on my $3,000 wheelchair that I bought through them, I have to go through at least two people looking at me like Im an alien until someone acknowledges that they do in fact sell that brand. Then, they refuse to understand what Im asking (which is usually that they fix whatever the thing is ASAP and let me pay out of pocket) until Ive repeated myself several times. Although at least in Beaverton they acknowledge you when you approach the counters. In Portland, Ive waited for several minutes before someone looked at me asks bothered to say a basic Be right with you.Im a reasonably intelligent person whose default setting is to be very friendly to retail and customer service workers because I know what its like. I dont start these interactions in a hostile way. Yet no matter how small the issue, I end up leaving either in tears or ready to scream because I just want to escape the experience and never think about Norco again.Today was the final experience Ill have with them. I called in the morning and asked, Do you do repairs at your Beaverton location, or just Portland? Ignoring my question, the phone rep gave me a bunch of information about insurance and contacting the manufacturer for parts and whatever, so I assumed that meant that yes, they do. Because all I needed was a new ball bearing for a wheel, I figured I could go in and either pay them them do it or buy the bearing from them and do it myself. So I arrive at the Beaverton store, finally find the single employee there who has heard of the major wheelchair brand that makes my chair, wait while they continue to talk over me (totally ignoring, as usual, that I said I had a very standard repair that did not require an OEM part), and finally telling me they dont actually do repairs or have any parts at the Beaverton store. Great. Could have been avoided if the person on the phone this morning had listened to my question instead of hearing the word repairs and turning into a malfunctioning robot, but whatever. I call the Portland location to try to make an appointment, wait on hold for 30 minutes (!!) before giving up, and then finally traverse Home Depot in my broken chair to try to diy it. Which I did. Thanks for nothing, Norco, as usual.I am not an idiot. I am a person who needs a wheelchair that works and does not require condescending pseudo-assistance from people who seem to be perpetually on their first day with the company. I made an appointment today to pick out a new chair from another local medical supplier, and I hope I never have to roll into a Norco again.
Somsudas knowledge and customer service is A++++ . My dad loves the wheelchair and it made him feel more mobile and independent. As we get older time is a most precious commodity so its important to spend time with my parents and build memories. We cannot thank you enough for helping to make traveling easier for our dad and us. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and superior product-knowledge!
I want to give a shout-out to Som Johnson who is 5-stars PLUS in helping serve our patients at the OHSU Parkinson Center and getting them specialized DME. Som has been our go-to person for years, and I cant say enough about her commitment to excellent customer service. If we ever have a question or problem, she jumps in and solves it quickly, efficiently, and positively. Honestly I dont know where we and our patients would be without her assistance. Thank you, Som!
I am so pleased to have found this location! I worked with Brittany this morning and she gave me her undivided attention. She walked me through, step by step, on the usage of a CPap cleaning machine. I feel confident that if I have any issues, I can depend on the staff at Norco to help me. I highly recommend this place.
On vacation, my husband forgot the mask and hose for his CPAP machine at home. The ladies here took care of us expediently and professionally, with smiles on their faces! Saved the day, saved the vacation! THANK YOU!
The respiratory therapist Kim was very informative! She was very personable and patient with all the questions about the new C PAP machine. The office staff was also very professional and helpful. Somsuda helped me with a confusing Insurance issue and had it figured out in no time. Overall my experience at the Norco Beaverton office was super comfortable and informative. I highly recommend visiting the Staff at the Beaverton Norco office for any medical supplies!!
The store is clean and organized, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. They took a long time with me to thoroughly answer all of my questions and concerns. I would feel very comfortable recommending Norco to a friend.
Omg so helpful. Quick easy friendly. I will continue to visit this location for any further needs. Youll find a great staff assistance
Great people! Excellent service! The team at Norco sincerely cares about their customers and provides an efficient experience at every point. No need to go elsewhere - you’ve found your provider here! Brittney and Somsuda have been my main points of contact and I look forward to working with them both in the future!
I had to go in and get a knee stroller for my son who just broke his foot the day before. Thanks to some excellent service and some special effort by Somsuda, I was able to go home with the stroller I needed. Thanks much!!!
It has been a great experience. I was surprised at how much supplies are available and how clean the store is and how helpful everybody is! I would recommend this location and the company as a whole.
Worst customer service known to man. Doctor faxed them a prescription 4 times before they could find it... This took weeks of me calling them back and forth. Turns out they require an updated sleep study EVERY YEAR for you to get a dam tube for your cpap machine. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE NORCO. They will call you every month trying to get you to buy random stuff you do not need. You wont be able to get the equipment you need when you need it. They have the most rude secretarys, one even put me down for my condition.
I Worked with kathleen Elmquist today to get a hospital bed delivered. She provided excellent customer service.
I have been working with NORCO Beaverton since it opened and the staff are so wonderful. I work for an insurance company and the employees are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure that my members orders are filled in a hurry. I would like to give a special shout out to Somsuda for being so amazing! Thanks for all of your hard work!!!
I have consistently received fast and friendly service with Norco. Whenever I do encounter a particular problem, Som - now in the new Beaverton location, helps me with a clear resolution. She has a thorough working knowledge of their products, processes and procedures; and I know I can always count on her.
I was in the 2 hour class learning how to use the CPAP machine on 8/29/18. The staff did a great job instructing and answering all questions. Came home, put my machine together with no problems!
The staff has been very helpful always. We have mainly worked with Brittany, but all of the staff is friendly and helpful.
Amazing customer service, excellent response-time and genuine people helping a much-needed population. Thank you for all your help! Extra star for Somsuda and Kathleen for always going above and beyond for our patients. :)
I couldnt figure out why I would need a 2 hour class to use a cpap machine. Well now I know! Kim explained, in great detail, everything we needed to know about using the machine successfully. We did every step of the setup and use, and even got to wear the mask for several minutes to make sure it was adjusted properly. Ive had frustrating dealings with other DME companies, and I feel very well taken care of with Norco. Brittney and Kathleen are also very helpful and willing to answer questions.
Today I was in a desperate search for a CPAP mask and headgear that was on back order with my Sleep Dr. So, I googled and found Norco who I had heard of and they are in my home town! I called and spoke with Somsuda who was very professional and knowledgeable about the product I needed and it was in stock!Well, to make a long but successful story shorter I was treated with kid gloves; they have very fair pricing, there were models to try on, the store is brand new and stocked full of supplies. I was also able to work with others on the team who were also very knowledgeable onevery possible medical durable item made. I am a customer for life, thank you Norco!
Very professional office and worked greatly with my insurance to meet my medical needs. The new office in Beaverton is amazing. Very happy with my new medical supply partner.
The class with Kim was excellent! Also, Brittany in customer service was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this company.
These people are fabulous. My wife and I have been Norco customers for 8 years and the Beaverton office is a real blessing. Go in and see Somsuda, Kathleen, Brittney, and Keith!
This location is convenient and has lots of parking. Staff are friendly. The respiratory therapist we met is knowledgeable, kind, and sensitive to the specific medical issues that we asked about.
Having Norco in Beaverton is a blessing. Both my husband and I are now on CPAP machines. We have received wonderful Customer Service, great Mail order as well.I had my sleep test and COAP tracing here in Beaverton! We appreciate Norco and the staff 😀
If negative numbers were possible - they’d get one from me. Broken equipment, incomplete equipment, poor to insulting customer service. Have a problem and need a manager- ha! They never call you back. Go anywhere for equipment but here.
Ive only been to this Beaverton location twice, but both times were fantastic. You usually dont think of the word fantastic when youre in a medical supply store. After all, theres something medically wrong with you and thats no fun. But Kathleen and Brittany we just amazing. Their customer service is tops--they jumped through some hoops to get me a better price on some needed items, and also went the extra mile to get me some equipment that was delayed. Plus, its a new store and the way they have the customer service reps situated, someone is always available to help you the second you walk in the door. I was going to find another supplier because it was too difficult to go to the Norco in NE Portland. But now that this location is open, I am a forever customer.
Great training for cpap. Willing to exchange mask and make sure everything works well for me.
Very detailed information giving me what I needed to use my cpap machine. Chris and Brittaney were great!
After some very frustrating phone calls about my CPAP equipment from a non helpful company. I went to the Beaverton Norco store. Everyone was extremely courteous, and more importantly helpful. They solved my confusing problems with patience and understanding. These people provide an excellent and much needed service. However, they should also provide the non plastic bags that Portland demands.
Thanks for the Memories - of a great first visit and class! Youll definitely be seeing me again.
Somsuda and Brittney have been extremely helpful in transitioning my account into Beaverton Norco. I look forward to their continued guidance and excellent customer service.
Great service. Very informative CPAP class. All setup and ready to go!
They were very very helpful and arranged for me to puck up my equipment within a couple hours.
So glad Norco opened a store in Beaverton. Som was a fantastic help on my short notice needs. If you have to use Portland Norco ask for Jordan!
I would like to publicly praise and recommend Norco Medical in Beaverton, and especially Somsuda Johnson. I am scheduled for total knee replacement surgery soon, and I have been shuffled -- by my doctors office and several pharmacies/equipment supliers -- from one company to another trying to find one place that will provide all of the equipment I need and bill efficiently to Medicare. Seems simple enough in theory, apparently not so.In my search, I found that places that used to bill medicare dont anymore, or others that do required apparently unnecessary face-to-face notes and statements from my surgeon confirming that a walker would assist with my ADLs (whatever those are). I would have thought that the actual surgery would be the most stressful part of this experience, but trying to find medical supplies and have them billed to Medicare have been almost as stressful, not to mention time consuming. Then I walked into Norco Medical Supply on Cedar Hills in Beaverton. There I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful employee named Somsuda Johnson. She turned out to be an angel in disguise. She assured me that she could easily cut through all the red tape with one phone call and a form or two that needed my signature, and have me out the door -- with everything I needed -- in no time. And thats exactly what she was able to do for me.I was so relieved of my stress and supported by her friendliness, efficiency, and especially her making sure I was well taken care of. When she was finished and I was leaving, she wished me good luck with my surgery. Im not a demonstrative person but I asked if I could give her a hug before I left. And I did!
Picking up a breast pump. Excellent service from Somsuda Johnson and the other staff. She definitely went the extra mile. Will reccomend this office to others.
Kim did an amazing job giving instructions for new and existing CPAP users. The office staff was cordial and very helpful.
A huge part of my job is getting medical equipment for my patients. I have had to work with every medical supply company in the area I am sure. I absolutely dread having to work with any company outside of my health system other than Norco. Especially the Cedar Hills location. Somsuda has been amazing. I am so happy when she answers the phone. My patients are taken care of and I am never frustrated. Every other company should have to follow Norco Beavertons Business model. Other companies blame the insurance or Medicare for the hang ups. Norco has proven that good customer service can help overcome those hurdles. Thank you Somsuda and the rest of the team for being DME rock stars!
SO helpful and knowledgeable about ways to help us with our CPAP and wheelchair rental after my husband’s surgery. Easy location to find and there’s parking right by the door if you have a handicap parking permit.
Very convenient location. Friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent customer service with a smile. Knowledge of team is great

Norco is always very helpful and can do things in a very efficient manner. Thank you, I really appreciate you folks.
As a first time Cpap user, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kim and Brittany were so kind and patient explaining how to use the machine and the accessories that come with.
They were very kind and helpful while i was learning how to use my cpap machine.
Excellent training and I feel ready to use the equipment now.
Ive been looking at buying my husband a CPAP cleaner for a while. Brittney was very helpful in providing me with information on the product, maintenance and warranty.

I have been withNorco in Portland Oregon for 34 years I always went to The Portland store by Lloyd center. Somsuda Johnson worked at The Portland store for years and now she is out of Norco”s Beaverton store instead of going to The Portland store I will now travel all the way from Gresham to Beaverton to be taken care of by Somsuda Johnson and her coworkers anytime I need assistance with my medical supply needs. See you soon Somsuda

Friendly staff. Respiratory specialist Kim is awesome
I need cpap parts and I try to get help but leave messages that are not returned. Called the head office in Boise and get promised a shipment is on the way to no avail. Right now if something does not change dramatically I will find a way to take my business elsewhere. Can this be the only negative review?
