If you are a sewing aficionado then this is the best stop fabric wise. There is a wide selection of materials and designs. They carry fabrics ranging from traditional cotton all the way to faux fur. They even include furniture fabrics as well. Though there is more sold here than just fabric, some of their prices on certain goods are a bit much. However, if you catch them holding a sale. Then it would be a crafters nirvana.

Very friendly, helpful to locate wanted items for both sewing and crafts. Special items wanted. One item that they do not have,they gave me some information on where I might find what I needed.

Very enjoyable store. Lots of stuff to choose from, lots of sales and as of the Covid-19, they done excellent on that matter. The only thing that I noticed that I could complain about was there was a lot of shelves that was empty for some strange reason. Maybe due to Christmas time and they sold more items than they ordered to bring in to fill them. I dont know.

This store repeatedly tries to cheat customers. They overstate yardage on remnant pieces, dont calculate discount percentages correctly, and add unstated exclusions when one tries to use a coupon or redeem rewards. They have good merchandise and a large selection but customer service is lacking.

There is a large selection of supplies for arts and crafts, including tools needed, like knitting needles, crochet hooks, leather working tools, and other crafting tools. A good selection of fabrics and sewing supplies. There is a seasonal section for the holiday at hand.

Great store for all your material and crafting needs. Wife picked up some beautiful material on sale.

Very disappointed that employees are not required to wear state mandated mask or shield...will not be back unrile their policy changes...it is disrespectful to the customer when a face shield at least could not be worn!!! Service was great...selection of cotton material is poor...I only asked for help from employees wearing masks😷

Good selection and decent prices. Staff is not very helpful and treats you like a bother if you ask a question or where something is located. Worth the trip if you have a coupon or two. Inn my opinion, the Charleston location is much better even though it is smaller.

One person knew how to cut fabric. I waited for 40 minutes and left my 6 bolts in cart, paid for my patterns and left. Staff was nice, but not prepared for more than 3 customers. Good thing I was just passing through.

Disappointing. Out of stock on many things. Although this store is in a smaller community than some others I expected better selection of merchandise and better displays.

Some very helpful associates, some not so friendly. I go there to take my elderly mother and she is not treated very well sometimes. But she goes for all of her quilting needs, so she puts up with it.

Its a nice place to shop but you buy stuff and get a $5.00 coupon to use after a certain date and the only thing you can use it on is regular price items. No door busters or % off items. That is not fair I bought products two different days in order to get the coupon and then I cant use it on anything that is not full price. Makes me not want to waste my time shopping there.

Normally this store has super friendly and helpful staff. Today there were two customers in the whole store and I couldn’t get any of the three associates to assist me. These were not the normal people I see in the store either.

Great store, found everything that we needed for multiple craft projects.

Lots of stuff here and their floral was on sale! Which was a big plus for us, as that is what we went for!

Im so happy with the new joann store. Its so large. They offer so much more than before. It has a nice class room area and nice checkout. There are always employees available to help and great friendly service. Use your coupons!!

Went there on Sunday about an hour before closing. Walked around the entire store looking for mesh fabric, couldnt find it. Then I went looking for someone to help me, other than cashier who was either assisting people check out or not making eye contact (even though I was patiently waiting for him to finish with his customers) there wasnt anyone on the floor. Not the first time I have had either no help or rude help at this store. From now on, Ill stick to Hobby Lobby for all my crafting needs.

Stood in line for 15 minutes while employee was on the phone with another customer. When she got off the phone she told us to hold on and she would be back in a minute and walked away. Im not an impatient person but felt I had waited patiently long enough. My business will be with Hobby Lobby from here on out.

This is a new, large, clean store. Staff is super chipper, friendly, helpful and patient. Parking lot is very spacious. Located between Harbor Freight, Olive Garden, and Dunham Sports. Wheelchair accessible.

I love this store but the smell hits you as soon as you walk in. I would have stayed longer but I felt like I couldnt breathe for the overwhelming scents. Allergy and asthma sufferers beware.
