I bought over 10 Windows & a sliding glass door. Professional installation & customer service is great too. I had a couple of minor issues & they took care of it in a timely manner. Would recommend & will use them again.

From the salesman to the installers, everyone we dealt with from this company was professional, knowledgeable, and skilled.They honor their guarantee and the folks in the office are also willing to make sure your order is processed and installed ASAP.

We paid half down on our windows in Oct. and were told they would be installed in January after not hearing anything in January we were told they were there but no one could tell us when they would be installed. We called back in February and after a heated conversation about why could they not understand why at a time when money is tight we were upset with having money tied up in a product no one could tell us when we would have it. We were rudely told I’ll put you in front of other people. They were installed in March and our custom window looks anything but custom. They sent the contractor back and he wore his shoes up our carpeted steps and left mud and grass. We were in our kitchen and assumed they would remove or cover their shoes. There should be a way to post pictures with the reviews so potential customers can see the unprofessional job we received.

Outstanding service! Installation was painless and the people are so nice!

I had windows put in about 6 years ago by Window World. Today, I was taking up my carpet to put new flooring in & the window has been installed incorrectly so the wall & floor around the bottom of the window are ruined. The windows had leaked, without me knowing, & over the course of 6 years had absolutely RUINED my dry wall, studs, insulation, & subfloor.So, today, after finding this out, I called window world because this was obviously their doing. I thought the process would be simple because this was obviously a defect of the window & the warranty is a lifetime warranty. Boy was I WRONG. The first person I spoke to was nice & pleasant & made it sound like I was going to get help! I was pleased. I was waiting for a call back from the general manager.When the general manager called back it was a completely different story. Not only was he RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL (Ronnie, for anyone who would like to know), but he over talked me, kept interrupting, & was all over probably one of the worst people I could have spoken with. He told me that “it wasn’t their fault that the window leaked” & I would have to pay someone $75 to come & assess the damage to deem whether or not it was their fault. I chose not to take the route because he already had stated that it wasn’t their fault & I knew I would be paying $75 for lies. He told me the only other option would be to reinstall the window which would cost $250 because the warranty wouldn’t cover it. $250 for something that is THEIR fault. I think not.So overall, my recommendation is PLEASE do not waste the thousands of dollars that you will spend with this company just to have to spend more because of THEIR screw up. And as for a general manager, I think Window World could do much better. 10/10 do not recommend. Y’all have a nice day now!

Great people to work with. Very friendly and helpful. I Replaced all my windows 12 years ago with ones from Window World. Today I notice two have discoloration and in less than two minutes i have two new ones ordered under warrantee.Update:I picked up the window today. Whole process from calling to pickup took about 4 weeks. Super friendly folks at the Beckley Window World.

Had windows and siding installed. Jeff done the install, and did a great job! Genuinely a nice guy, worked in 24* weather, and answered questions. He also cleaned up his trash well. Window world is top notch in my opinion! Lifetime warranty on windows and siding! If they expanded their work like fencing, I would call them first

When I got my windows in July of last year, I was pleased with the quick installation of my windows. I have a window that will not stay up, called today and was told under new management and in January of this year there is a charge for someone to come out and fix this window. Life time warranty! Would not recommend this place for windows. Say one thing but now that I need my window fixed it’s a charge. What are they trying to pull?

Windows look great. Installation went smoothly. Friendly employees. Only reason not 5 stars is the scheduling of the appts was a little rough. Appts made and not kept, took a little longer than expected to get the windows installed. Would recommend Window Word to anyone.

Poor window construction, even less in customer service. If I heard the words your window was a cash and carry like it was the dirtiest of transactions one more time. Customer service I am assuming is only for an installation customer. My money, evidently, was unimportant to this organization. First and last time I will deal with this company.
