Excellent atmospere, friendly employees, and good selection.

Was told they would hold an issue for me, got a call less than 15 minutes later and advised all the issues were the owners. Ill be spending my money at Lost Legion or online. I try to support local, but I wont spend another dime here. Good luck staying afloat when all your product goes to the owner.

The staff were helpful and friendly when I came in the store. I enjoyed their cats and dogs they had with them. That is a nice addition to the atmosphere if this comic book store. If you like comics, this is definitely a place you should check out when youre in downtown Beckley!

This place is the best gaming shop in the area! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere is very laid back. They host a variety of gaming platforms, and they have staff and customers who are willing to teach newbies new games in a patient way. I love this place.

I have been dealing with the Dragons Den for several months. I like the family atmosphere that is apparent as soon as you walk through the door.When I need or want something that they do not have in stock (which is rare), they are always happy to order it for me. The prices are wonderful as they do not try to get rich off of each sale.I have found that the employees have great attitudes and are always willing to help with anything that they can.I highly recommend taking a trip to this store and having a look around. They have a lot of different items and as stated before are always willing to help you attain that which you want or desire.

Ill be honest I only looked this place back up or thought about it again because I had to know if the customer service experience I had yesterday when visiting for my first, and last, time was the usual. The store was empty and when we walked in we werent greeted at all the person behind the counter just sat there we browsed a bit but it was awkward being silently watched by someone who never acknowledged you coming into their store. After a few minutes of this I tried to make small talk while continuing to browse and I felt as though every response was forced and laced with an insult Ive been a nerd my whole life but Ive never felt more out of place and even unwanted in a game shop in my life. I probably wont return.

My home this is. I love this place They have good nerd food. Good card trade in values fair and honest prices. Good selection of books, food, drinks, figures, used magic and Yu-Gi-Oh Cards. A slight smattering of comic books both new and used. Magic(friday) and Yu-Gi-Oh(Wednesday) tournaments regular and illregular d&d and table top games. A selection of table top games in the back to demo in the back. The staff is good and knowledgable. All of the customers are nice and cut across a wide variety fandoms and nerdoms. Almost always someone worth talking to or playing a game with. Oh I almost forgot the three cats all are loving and are big furbabies GREAT for stress release relief.

The owner is a great friendly personality and I go there every Friday for Magic the Gathering they offer great cards especially Shock Lands or Alpha Tap Lands. I would suggest them to anyone who’s new or old players of Magic, Warhammer, and Dungeons & Dragons.
