I cant give them anymore than two because they dont earn it they delivered damaged furniture. which whoever shipped it knew about when they sent it. I have been trying to get it replaced for five days only to get the run around its a place where nobody knows anything or cant do anything . All I can say is be wear and be prepared.

I spent thousands of dollars less than a year ago. I called about my dining room table falling down. The company states I have a year warranty like most businesses. However, the owner states, no warranty whatsoever. Customer service is not a factor when it comes to private owners. Do not waste your money if you want dependability. I’m saddened by this situation because I thought this company was a reputable business.

I Purchased a Leather Couch/Loveseat, My husband picked it up, Our first time using the Loveseat Recliner, It didnt Recline bck, Instead of offering us a replacement they decided to fix it, It took 2-3wks to get it bck, It Was wrapped in plastic therefore we didnt test it when we received it, I truly believe it was a defective item, They believed we broke it mind u we never sat on it for 4 wks after bringing it 🏡 home, we dont hv children nor do we hv large animals, But they insist we did something to it, ....(SMDH)Id never Purchase another item from here again, Bad service IMO,IT WASNT BOXED ONLY IN PLASTC🙄I also believe these ppl sell the demos to costumers, thats why the product is defected, ...IMO

I drove 30 mins to get a sofa love seat that the website has displayed blue n black but the representative tells me that black on black is the color and not blue( sku #6250. )I could understand if they said hey we dont have that color left. But the fact that they said its blue instead of black wen Im not color blind upset me a bit. now hopefully I can post the pic to show thats its clearly a blue/teal. The guy in the store agreed but the people above him said its black

I needed a box spring for my spare bedroom I had visitors coming, my friend picked it up and I was given a full size box spring as opposed to a queen as I purchased, I called the next morning and Margo had the right size delivered within 25 minutes I appreciated her willingness to right the wrong very fast. I will go back if I need something, customer service is 90%of the reason.

Prices are outrages and there are stains on mattress. They openly admitted to buying on Amazon. Water from the ceiling kept dripping on me no matter where I went in the store. The lady was nice and patient.
