STOP! Do not use this company. They will not fix mistakes, they do not stand behind their workmanship! LOOK at my $6000 quartz countertop, they totally ruined it! Cooktop cut-out is crooked, huge seams at farm sink have broken for the third time since installation and all the want to do is to keep coming back every six months to refill cracks. PLEASE look at photos!

This review is specific to Bert and Matt - the installers. Great guys who worked efficiently and timely. They were polite and very friendly. I recommend people ask for them specifically for installation.

I had my whole kitchen done a couple of weeks ago by Loui and Bardhi from stoneworks.They where very professional and clean.They did an amazing job.I highly recommend Loui and Bardhi .If you want your house to look amazing ask for them.You wont be disappointed.

It took over a month for Crafted to install my granite countertops, and it was a battle the entire way to get what I paid for. They tacked on close to $600 just to cut three curves in the granite, and the plumber stole as much as he could get away with while working in my kitchen. If it wasnt for my ring camera, they would have never admitted to taking anything. The granite counters were not measured correctly because the fella who came out to do it had a machine that was broken. I had to work with him an hour to get the measurements. He said that management would not replace it. That should have been my first clue that this was going to be a mess. When they came out to install the granite, Burt incorrectly measured the hole for the sink, and tried to get me to accept it! I couldnt even turn the water on the entire way because the faucet was too close to the backsplash. He said that they were being timed and he had to get to the next job, which is why he didnt have time to check the measurement before drilling. He also mentioned that they had a gps tracker on their vehicle. He left in a hurry both times he came out, without caulking one entire side or sealing the granite (although he said he had done so). It was a mess. However, instead of accepting the mistakes and taking ownership, I had to battle the entire way to get it corrected. Dan came out the last day to put the backsplash on and he sealed the granite, but there is still a big chunk out of one area, and another isnt measured properly. The backsplash had to be cut down, so that I could turn the faucet on, and it kept crumbling, so they had to cut it into three pieces. Never an apology for any of it. This company is dishonest, overcharges, and doesnt take pride in their work.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service that I have received from Stoneworks. We had our granite installed about a three weeks ago, and when it was installed, the installer drilled completely through the back of our sink and placed the the faucet so close to the sink that is was barely able to be installed. To make sure it was able to be installed we had pay our plumber additional fees to be able to do this. Steve, the manager of installations at Stoneworks came to our home to look at the damage/installation on 6/9/17 and asked what we wanted done. I gave him two options and he said he would get back with me. I have left him several messages and tried to reach him several times since then and he has ignored me. I have called the store and I have been hung-up on, left, messages, sent e-mails and still no response. I would NEVER order a thing through them again as their customer service is horrible. They returned all calls when we were picking out/buying the granite but the min. something is wrong they are responsible for the will avoid you at all costs.

The countertop looked great but when I went to install the spigot it would not seat in the opening because the hole drilled in the granite did not line up with the sink spigot opening.  The installers should have checked this before they left.  I had friends coming over the next day and I needed a functioning sink, Crafted Surface was already closed so I used my own drill and bits to remove the misaligned stainless steel so the spigot would fit.  Stainless Steel is very difficult to drill through and file.  I broke one Titanium bit and wore 4 others out in removing the excesses material.  Got the job done Friday evening and the sink spigot installed and connected.  I called Crafted Surface and Stone to see if they would replace my drill bits since they misaligned the sink and countertop, they refused because I did not call and ask them to fix the issue. I explained that I needed the sink that weekend and they were already closed when I went to install the spigot.   This did not matter to them, they still refused, I asked to speak with a manager and they said someone would call me, which did not happen.  Have been unable to reach anyone when I have called, have left a few messages and still no call back.  Very poor customer service, would strongly recommend not using them, if you have an issue forget about getting any type of resolution.

Buyer Beware! This company keeps changing names to try to out run negative reviews. My terrible experience was when they were called Upscape in 2020.

My sink/cooktop were scheduled for reinstall the next day. Put us between rock/hard place to sign off on poor work. One installer said to cover the gap with toe molding you use @ the baseboard! The template guy should have been able to ‘read’ this. Neither StoneWorks nor Home Depot have responded since 2/10/18. We definitely should’ve been given a heads up so some other choice could’ve been made. The entire job, 5/8” gap that will hold a 3/4” dowel rod ( not a bead of caulk) where counter & splash meet.April 12th Gary, Austin & James finished the job. This is the A team 🙌🏻. They had to hand trim the material on site for proper fit with a very short time allotted. Skilled craftsman & very customer oriented. Great job!

I was happy with the countertops but completely dissatisfied with the service. The countertops were installed on Tuesday morning and as of today Sunday I have yet to receive an installation date for the hole for my faucet to be installed. I have been without use of my sink and dishwasher since then.

They took a week to template. Then tried to scam us out of $1200, and when they acknowledged the mistake our remodel was a week delayed. On the day they were supposed to call to give a window of time for installation for the following day, I happened to catch an email stating they need to change the placement of the seam in the countertop. I had to drive to thier office and, again, do the math for myself and tell them how to properly lay it out, which happened to be exactly as the agreed initial design!! So we are now another week delayed. I do urge any shoppers to find another company for any services needed.

Very pleased with Bert and Matts knowledge and professionalism. They were very helpful, answering all our questions while installing our new quartz countertop. Cleanup after the installation was very good too. Finally, based on the results, I would recommend Crafted Surface and Stone to anyone desiring to upgrade their kitchen. Oh, dont forget to ask for Bert and Matt to do the installation.

We had a fantastic experience purchasing our granite through Stoneworks! The showroom has a great selection of samples. Our consultant, Marcy, was knowledgeable and helpful. She answered questions and returned emails promptly. The gentleman that did the measurements was pleasant and professional. The installers did an amazing job (seam is hardly noticeable!!!). To top it off, the pricing we received was very competitive. We highly recommend working with Stoneworks. We cannot say enough about our experience there!!!

Customer service was horrible. No one wanted to take the time to even ask me about the project that I was working on and they didnt even have many customers inside. One woman told me that they were not moving slabs that day and to look outside (by myself) in their remnant slab yard. I understand that it was cold and snow was on the ground, but most companies will still send a customer service rep with you when searching for granite. When my husband and I (by ourselves) did find a nice piece that we wanted to inquire about, I went back inside to ask about pricing. The young womans tone and demeanor made me feel as though she felt like I was not a serious buyer. Perhaps that was also why the first customer service rep sent me outside by myself. She even asked ME if I MEASURED THEIR slab in a rude way. Why is it even my job to measure and push other slabs out of the way (in the cold and snow) to make my own measurements? I told her no, and I simply tried to get the conversation back to inquiring about how remnant slabs were priced, regardless of whether or not this one particular slab was large enough for my project. The customer service experience alone was poor enough to make me not ever want to waste my time at Stoneworks again.

Stoneworks just completed three different counter tops for us. The customer service we received form Kayla and her team was exceptional -- very professional and accommodating, especially with one extra large counter that we though we would not be able to do in one piece . We live in another state and are renovating a house in Cleveland and we did all this long distance which is in itself a feat. The installation team was superb. The guys were professional, had some great ideas for last minute surprises that one can encounter in renovations and the counters came out beautiful. Thank you to the entire team. I will recommend this company 100% and hope to be able to work with them again in the two more projects I have coming up.

I had a good experience all around with Stoneworks. I went out to the store where the process was explained to me. I was able to see and approve the material I chose and coordinate the install. Lou and Bardhi did the install quickly, politely and professionally leaving my the work site clean. Im very happy with them.

The installers were professional and quick. they checked everything (like the level of the cabinets and cuts for the sink) before installing. They confirmed how we were going to have our sink and faucets done to ensure we had enough holes cut and understood how to install. They even waited for me to install my faucet before they installed the sink to make my life easier. they educated me on maintenance of my granite and up keep and answered all of my questions. 100% professional. thank you Scott and Austin. would recommend this company to friends and family.

Poor quality work and terrible customer service. I had problems with the quality of the finish on the countertop and my calls and emails were ignored. Once they have your money, you will never hear from them again. It is amazing that Lowes would hire a company like this. Based on the other Google reviews, they probably wont be doing business with Lowes much longer. If my issues are not resolved soon I am going to tear out the countertops and bring them back to the store.

Crafted stone completed work for my home (kitchen) contracted by Home Depot. I requested granite tile to replace my kitchen countertops. From the beginning, they failed to follow up and follow through on the placement and delivery of services. I personally had to call granite tile company to track the status of my project. The work was completed however it is very poorly done. There are holes left in my kitchen dry wall bigger than my hand. The installers also failed to caulk the area in my kitchen. When Home Depot approached them they said that this is to be expected. No one pays $7k for sloppiness and wholes in their wall. There is a vast difference between normal vs. pure sloppiness and lack of accountability. Ownership has changed at this company and this is definitely a buyer beware situation. DO NOT let HOME DEPOT contract through this company. You will be surely disappointed.

Be aware that home Depot in the Cleveland Ohio area uses this company. They were at my house this past FridayThe guy was there for almost an hour measuring and trying to make a template with this new fangled electronic thing. Why not just take the dimensions and just do the math? Then I have a counter that is 116 inches. I was told that a seam is necessary in an ugly spot. I dont want a seam. I have called and left message over weekendAlso Contact us on the website. This has to be fixed or history. The guy who came over waited to tell me at end about the seamDidnt ask too many question. No seam.it would be a thorn in my side.

I usually dont review service however we ordered four granite counter tops from Stoneworks in Cleveland. From the visit to the store to the installation it was first rate. We built a new home and were apprehensive about the process. When Stoneworks arrived to install Lewis Y and his helper put me at ease and their professionalism and quality of work was outstanding. I would recommend Stoneworks to anyone. 5 stars

Went In to look to replace my counter tops. Spoke with Ashley. She was amazing and patient. Would definitely tell my friends.

This place should not be in business. If it was not for Home Depot which I got the countertop through, I would half to of been in a lawsuit. This company bought out another company that was formally Stone Works. From what I heard Stone Works had nothing but good quality. I bought my countertop which was 120 square-foot of granite before the company switched over. It took these people 11 months from the date I bought it and my countertop is still never right. They came out a total of four times to reinstall and a total of seven times in general. The first time they came they broke my counter and try to cover it with touchup silicone. It took him four months to get the second set cut out after I called and when they brought it because it took them so long, the countertops were miss matched and yet again they didn’t say anything. They came out again and I had to have the manager from Home Depot come out and as my countertop was messed up, in the process they broke my tile on my island, put a hole in my drywall, had to replace a backsplash because the receptacle was cut out too small and the second time they came out the receptacle was so big the outlet cover would not cover it. When they were taking out the backsplash where they chipped my tile, they drop the crowbar and put a tiny Nick on my finished edge of the countertop. They tried to come out again to replace the backsplash as their quality control manager said he was confident they were going to match it up. They sent a piece of granite in which did look like it matched. They took another three weeks to schedule because every time I called you can never get a hold of anyone as I shouldn’t even have to call because the situation is so messed up. They had to get a hold of the electrical company to come take my receptacles out which was another cluster. They finally go to come out and the backsplash is they cut we’re not even the same color of the one they sent me so they most likely didn’t even get that granite they said they did. So I had to wait two days to have nine receptacles and wires sticking out of my kitchen because the backsplash is didn’t even match. Home Depot and Stone Works had to give me thousands of dollars back. Crafted stone and services said they did not want to replace my countertops which I’m glad they didn’t because they probably would’ve broke something else. Home Depot was great through the whole thing but I advise anybody who is going through Home Depot if they are using crafted Stone and surfaces, run away as fast as you can. In general do not use this company. I even had employees that came to my house saying how bad the company was and that they were looking for new jobs. Was a complete disgrace and I’m just glad that I gave my money to a big corporation who had my back But at least I got my money back. And when you call them they literally don’t do anything half the time they send their calls to voicemail. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any trades company. I’m not saying this because I want to give them a bad name. If you look at the other reviews I’m not the only one that’s already had this problem. But I would hate to see somebody who’s going to spend thousands of dollars on the countertop get had like that. I asked to talk to the owner several times and was never allowed to talk to him. Just a terrible company.

I bought countertops from Home Depot hoping to improve my kitchen but it has turn out to be the worst purchase I have ever made. Crafted Surface and stone installed a countertop in my house and they did amazing job as far installation goes, but unfortunately there was an issue with the stone so it need replaced. This is where the problems started. The customer service with Crafted Surface and stone is horrible it is hard to get them to answer their phone and when they sent out the layout for the new stone showing where the seam was going to be I called and told them that we did not like it I was told that this was the only way it could be cut and felt pressured in to approving it. They never offer any other solution to the problem, knowing we where not happy with the layout. When the installers came out the seam looked even worse in person then in the picture of the layout. I voiced my dislike of the seam before it was completely installed and was told that it was cut and basically I had to live with it. So buyer beware if you are having countertops installed do not LET HOME DEPOT use Crafted Surface and Stone because they don’t seem to care about the customers satisfaction.

Today our granite counter-tops were installed. We purchased them from Stoneworks Ohio. The installed counter-tops are beautiful and the installers were top notch. I am happy and would recommend Stoneworks. Im impressed with the people that came to my house Lou, the guy that did the template was great and then they sent Loui and Bardhi for the installation, they are true craftsmen and were nice to be around. Thanks for the great job!

They installed before my deadline. The installers were precise, polite and punctual. I read the negative reviews and became nervous. Stoneworks talked me into sticking with them. Lauren is a pleasure to work with in all aspects, from picking out the correct cabinets, finish, & configuration, to the choice & types of countertops. She organized everything from order time to delivery time. Lauren was always prompt to return a phone call if she didnt answer when I called. Lauren also had a kids table & toys near her desk when we came in with our young grandchildren to keep them busy while we made our decisions.We did a kitchen and bathroom at the same time and Lauren was great. Steve and Zeus were also very good with the installation of the countertops.

Jen McAlister helped us with our kitchen cabinet design. We chose Wellborn maple shaker-style cabinets. Every piece arrived in perfect condition in the time that was promised with one exception that did not hold up our project. The cabinets are beautiful. Jen was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely fun to work with. We enjoyed working with her so much that when it came time to buy a bathroom vanity, we immediately called her. If you want excellent service, CALL JEN!Jen gets a 5-star rating. Stoneworks get a 1 for poor service and communication re: granite.

Dont you hate uncaring, irresponsible uncaring statements like that. THAT is really how they do not work professionally, in a nutshell.

The 2 installers were very professional and courteous did everything we asked and tried to fix a problem that we found with the quartz counter top. everything went very well. We were their last stop on Friday. Instead of being in a hurry to get done on a Friday they spent extra time with us.

This company is TERRIBLE! During my counter top install, they broke an 8 foot piece of granite and forgot another piece, then they wouldnt answer my calls (I had no kitchen for days), then instead of ordering a new piece of granite and matching it, they decided to cut the area that broke out of the scrap. Now after the second install, THEY CUT THE EDGES DIFFERENTLY!!!! Half of my kitchen has one edge style and the other half has a different one. Not to mention cutting the new pieces out of the scrap severely detracted from the aesthetics of the stone. I am in the process of taking this to the next level. Dont give these people a dime of your business.

Actually 0 stars would be more appropriate for this company. The company installed granite counter tops a few weeks ago in our kitchen. After installation, we noticed that they damaged our brand new appliances and pantry door frame. After several complaint calls to the company they finally sent someone out to look at the damage. The represent took pictures and wrote notes and said that someone with the company would be in contact with us. Needless to say, we were never contacted. I called again and left a message for both Kristin and Mike Visesl, Install Manager. Still no response. Extremely frustrated!

Delivered the countertops and they were warped. They said it was the cabinets were not level. Counters were level. Came back, same issue, then they realized it was warped. Got a call from the GM, he said the new material would be in on a Weds, install Fri or Saturday. Tuesday they arrived, unfortunately, the edges on the countertop sections were different. Back they went, now can not get a response from anyone. At this point, would prefer a full refund, we cannot delay this project much longer.

Wow, just noticed all the 5 star reviews recently with that review being the only other post that the so called reviewer has done, and all within the last week, how coincidental. The installers were professional when they finally came out. But it wasnt sealed properly and left dark spots anytime moisture touched the granite. I was finally able to contact a manager on the third try and he essentially blamed me for buying the type of granite that I did. So chalk that one up to being my fault I guess. They finally made things right and resealed it, but it took WAY more effort than it should have from the customer. Never again.

Overall satisfied with everything. Loui & Bardhi were very nice and did a great job installing my counter top. One issue i believe was a little disappointing was the lack of follow through from Ashley. I had changed sinks just before installing and called and emailed Ashley several times to be refunded the difference and no response. Its not so much about refunding me the money. Its about the customer service after the sale. It just seems like she blew me off. All she had to do was call me like i mattered and tell me we will drop it in the mail and thank you for your business. That goes a long way.

Elezer and Joe were very professional during the installation. They explained the installation and care of our new granite counter. They had everything cleaned up and even swept the kitchen floor before they left ;) I would recommend them to anyone.

Noe Torres and his assistant Jonathan installed my granite countertops on Friday with accuracy and precision. They were thorough and did a wonderful job. They were friendly, courteous, and professional.They left me no mess to clean up. Noe gave me simple, clear instructions for caring for my countertops and answered all my questions.
