Nice place service was great

Absolutely HORRIFIC experience. Got gas fill up for $70.00 & went inside for a nice cup of hot cappuccino. Therein lies the problem. The WORST DESIGN coffee, beverage & snack area Ive ever seen. HOT beverages are dangerously in the main aisle adjacent to cashier with no room. Also, the entire right middle of the store is completely dysfunctional. Nothing is near the accompanying things you need. Lids for hot coffee had to be hunted for 15 away & just a general Bal of confusion. Whomsover designed this layout should be assigned the bathroom clean-ups. (Dont even get me started with that disgusting issue)

This particular Speedway Gas Station is awful and here is why: The employees are extremely slow while they are working with the customer, some of the employees display behaviors that tell you that they should not be working with people.

Poor manager service

This Speedway used to be pretty decent. There have been (at least) two Supervisor changes in the past year and it’s been down hill ever since, with the most recent change in management being the absolute worst. The customer service has gone to pot altogether, particularly with the young man who is working there right now (May 10, 2019, 7:30 pm). The store is also nowhere near as clean as it used to be. The floor is constantly grimy now. It’s a shame what has happened to this Speedway. One year ago, it was one of the best.

This is by far the worse Speedway’s that I have ever walked into. I Came in Sunday 6:15pm To Get My Free ice cream bar and icee. The store was a MESS. Floor Was Sticky And counter Were DIRTY. No fresh Coffee. No Food on the roller grill. Employees Were rude Was Helpless.

This is marked as a speedway but the speedway is across the street from here. If you’re looking for the speedway gas station, try the other speedway you see on the map that’s across from here. Traffic in this area can be hectic at times so I just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Clean

Take some pride in your store. There more than one person working so there shouldn’t be any reason why someone can’t pickUp trash that literally covering the parking lot and over flowing from EVERY trash can

The only thing good about Bedford Heights. The lady with the taper who works there is super sweet.
