I wont be taking any of my business to this dealership Ive been dealing with them for years and theyre not even the dealership I brought my bike from. I had a workorder while my bike was in storage picked my bike up in the Spring Had to take it back because they never performed the work So I take my bike To the dealership where I brought it from to get work done, some upgrade come to find out South East Harley Davidson put my intake seal on backwards this guy at Southeast harley named Greg tells me why should he believe them I should have brought the bike there to get the work done, not when youre booked up and you have a longer waiting list. If I would have known the seal was on backwards dont you think I would have brought it there so no more business from me. They dont follow up on their repairs evidently and poor customer service not a sorry or anything tell me what I should have done on some work that I wouldnt have ever known had I not got some upgrade. Thanks You cant keep a Harley for a long time if the dealership is not even going to do you rigth bad service..👎🏽👎🏽

From sales to service and everyone in between, all get 5 stars from me. There IS a difference in dealers. Everyone there treats you with respect and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive and beyond. My most recent transaction was handled expertly and professionally by Dave, Steve, Staci (especially Dave) `and others from parts and service to clothing, whose names I did not get. Not a smidgen of regret going there. My advice is this: save yourself the time and aggravation of shopping other dealers. Southeast Harley has the most awesome group of people working for them!From the first time I talked with Shane to find the bike I wanted to the time the driver delivered me at home!They went well above and beyond of what they had to do!My friend dumped his bike on the way there and was not able to ride it. I called Shane and they sent someone over to pick up his bike right away.They all were very supportive and caring when I came into the dealership.The finance department had everything ready and was very comforting to talk to.They offered to trail my bike home since I was upset. I prefer to drive to Southeast over my local dealership even though an hour away. The couple times Ive been here has been a nice visit and friendly staff in the parts department.

I had a great experience here. I am out on a motorcycle trip and I was having a couple of mechanical issues that was needing fixed ASAP. I called before arriving in the area for the night and they set up service for me first thing in the morning. They resolved the main issues and fixed a couple of other things I requested. Everyone there was extremely nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place for service or even just stopping and checking the place out. You will not regret it.

Great Harley shop with lots of class. The inside of the dealership is set up like many separate shops, theres even a diner that serves breakfast and lunch. There are many old bikes in there, even one that was owned by Elvis! Really cool.

GARBAGE, definitely wouldnt recommend. Put my bike there and had them look at it . After approving the work . It still wasnt done and after they looked the bike over brought it home and running bad they couldnt even advise that my air filter done wit. Just plan O TRASH. Over rated

I love the Harley shop. Very nice people. Clean environment. The food Is very delicious. And the bikes are beautiful. Nice clothes for woman and men. They also have some kids. Maybe a little more clothes for Boys and girls. Moms and dads can get matching outfits or coats with the kids.

I just called and spoke to Lenny in the parts department. I was looking to purchase 2 cases of standard motor oil for my step-dads Harley. Lenny only had 16 bottles of oil and said he would prefer not to sell me a case, because then he wouldnt have any for his other customers. Thats okay, Lenny. I called Mentor and they had 2 cases on their floor that they are happy to sell me.

They answer the phone, theyre polite and very helpful, cant say the same about other HD dealers in the area. Will be a returning customer.

A store for Harley riders, run by Harley riders. All the employees are passionate, and knowledgeable about the brand. One of the last family owned and operated Harley dealerships around. I strongly suggest shopping here if you prefer being treated like a friend. Youre experience here is guaranteed to be personal and fun. They dont look at you with money symbols in their eyes, and they dont play the smoke and mirrors game like the other places. Bravo, South East Harley-davidson!!

South East Harley is a top notch dealership. I mean, Ive been in a few, and theyve all been very professional with decent inventories to select from. But not many are on the same page as South East. Theyve been in this game for 70 years.Sales guys are really down to earth and you will experience zero pressure shopping for a Harley here. The Service department is likewise on a human-to-human wavelength, and they will talk to you like a friend of-a friend. They have a nice collection of historical Harley Davidsons on display for the public, and an in house diner open for lunch. Additionally, in the past few years, theyve expanded to a full service Bar n Grill a couple doors over (named Gears and Cheers).There are a few events held at South East every year. Of note, the annual Harley/Ferrari Night with a bike and car show (classics and customs, both for cars/bikes and even real deal Ferraris on most occasions) in addition to concessions and entertainment, and its always a fun time.I recommend SE-HD for a visit at least. Go look at the bikes and talk with some people who staff one of the longest running Harley dealerships in the area.

Great Harley dealer to do business with. Unlike Rock and Roll Harley that pressures and constantly calls ( had to block there number) Southeast is low pressure, transparent in purchase price, and has very fair market value on bikes. I bought two Harleys this year from Shane, great salesman.

I usually don’t write reviews but had to take the time to write one in this case. I have been to a lot of dealerships across the country and nobody compares to the Southeast Harley team! Steve Zak was my salesman and you won’t find a better guy to deal with. He, along with the rest of the team are all top notch and I personally will not go anywhere else. Customer for life here.

I would not attend this location if you want your bike safely worked on. The staff drinks and smokes during their work hours either at the dealership or by walking to GEARS... highly unprofessional. Don’t believe me.. I have pictures, and have drank with them myself. Picture has been cropped to protect the identity of the staff member but has been reported to corporate.

No problem I came in February told him I was just looking he stood with me knowing I wasnt buying a bike right then then I came back in April to buy the ultra Limited they went out of their way to get the one that I wanted and so much cheaper than everybody else these guys were great

The service here is amazing as is the customer service. We will always take our bike here for anything that we need done .The clothing selection is great though extremely expensive. There is a great little food spot in the middle which we love. The bike selection is great as is the knowledge of all of the workers. The atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. My husband and his family have been going there for years and would never go anywhere else.

Although I must say I am not a Harley Rider. This is an amazing set of grounds for Harley motorcycle enthusiasts. it consists of two very distinct areas one is for service in the other one is for sales and it has a restaurant Cafe. They have bike nights there during the warmer weather. Its not unusual to see close to a thousand motorcycles.

Came to Ohio on a business trip from California, saw this on the way back to my hotel, so I stopped in and these are by far the best employees! I’ve been to numerous HD locations in Cali, but none were up to par like Bedford. Spent more money here than I’ve ever spent on all locations combined. I’ll definitely be visiting the next time I go to Ohio!

I havent been in a Harley dealership in a very long time I found myself needing a new pair of KDs sunglasses I happened to be passing by and thought I would stop i found a nice selection of KDs and secured a nice pair for myself that used to be $ they now are 10 not that big of a but what I found very surprising was the cost of t-shirts$35 for athats crazy Harley-Davidson could keep time dont get me wrong theres an abundance of cool stuff in there but its way way between Harley-Davidson greedand the mark of the dealership must have to put on it to make a dollar its out of control The two girls by the sunglasses were cool though I guess if you have money to throw away and you want to advertise for Harley-Davidson get us a good spot to go if youre just a working guy that wants to ride a motorcycle just ride
