The staff here is absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure you get what you want and if they don’t have it in their store they will look around till they find it or order it. I’ve been dealing with them since the beginning of this year and I can’t tell you how pleased I am with their customer service. I would recommend them to all my friends and definitely will continue to do business with them. Mike and Bryan are to really upstanding guys and Martha is absolutely a delight to deal with.

If I could give it more stars, I would. Both Bryan and Mike were very helpful, friendly, and went out of their way calling other stores to make sure I got the furniture I wanted as soon as I needed it. In the process I managed to misplace my phone in the store and they turned the whole place around to try to help me find it. Couldnt have asked for better customer service. Keep up the good work guys!

I needed a recliner after surgery. Mike used his personal experience to help with suggesting which one. He made sure my chair was set up before surgery so I could come home and get straight into it.The delivery and pickup were both EXCELLENT! Very careful with furniture and my home. Very friendly and caring.It may only be a chair but with what I had to deal with, the kindness of RAC and the helpful info were needed and I appreciate the time they all took with me to make this part as easy and comfortable as possible! Customer service is terrible they judge off your looks and act like they don’t want to do business with you the first question I was asked when I approach the front desk was “ Have you every done business with rent a center ?” Then was telling how much the beds would cost every week. She didn’t know my financial situation the prices wasn’t the problem she also said they don’t have any bedroom set because of COVID

When I first started out with Rent A Center it was with the one on Ruf Snow and quickly changed over to this location and I am so happy that I came to this store. This Rent A Center knows how to treat people. They are fair, upfront with you and every last person in this store is amazing. They really need to be the example for other stores (cough cough Ruf Snow) on what the standard is for customer service. The manager here and his team always have a smile, willing to assist you and reach out when your auto-pay stops for an unexpected bank error, because they noticed that the customer always pays on-time. Because of this store I decided to buy more items outside of my first purchase and I am now looking to spend more money with them. Even their delivery team was fast, efficient, and made sure that my items were up and running and even cleaned up before they left. Highly recommend this store. For the District Manager of this store... This entire team deserves to have lunch or something bought for them to show how hard they work for you. Just a thought. See ya in a few weeks for that grey couch and love seat.

If I could rate them no stars I would! Watch out with them! I have had a horrible experience with this company. I went in to find myself more than one new item for my home and was planning on paying for it in full. But instead I was talked into financing it so that I could take advantage of having a warranty with my products. Which also ended up making it cost more than what I was told it would be because they added a ton of interest on top of the warranty payment. I didn’t get told any of this about it costing more until after they had me sign the agreement. But what really upset me was once something happened to one of them and I needed it fixed I started to get hounded on payments and trying to pay it off so they didn’t have to fix it because the warranty is was only good if I was still making payments on it. Then they would threaten to take all of my other products that weren’t messed up if I didn’t. They would show up at my house trying to hound me about it even though I was making my payments. The manager even yelled at me saying that he will keep showing up everyday and night until I let him in my house to get the other things since he didn’t want the messed up one back. I will never use this company again. It was a huge mistake!! They of course have not fixed the item I needed fixed now even though I was paying for the warranty too! I will not let anyone talk me into financing again either if I have the money to pay it up front right then. I pretty much paid more every month for the interest and warranty all for nothing and the joke was on me! They will act like they want to help you but really at the end of the day they are all about getting more money out of you. So watch out before you use this company because I never will again!

I would like to say that Brittany the OM was great. The entire staff was welcoming and got me pointed in the right directions. They were on time and very professional. I would definitively recommend this place to anyone that needs furniture.

In store experience was awesome it was the business part after I signed the contract that seemed a bit unprofessional. The day off delivery they started to verify my employment information with my references although I clearly gave them my employer contact information. But delivery and setup were great.

I have never had a better experience with a Rent-A-Center both Mike the manager and Martha are always willing to help me even when I admitted I had been shopping at another location type store for a better deal he went out of his way to try to get me a better deal on what I already had with them they always try to get me the product I want and theyre already always patient about my payments I will definitely keep my business with rent a center and recommend them to anyone I know
