The store was filled of pleasant scents and friendly faces. Spent to much money, but had great conversations!

I love this place so much, when I went in I was welcomed and I believe her name was Lex was so sweet and helping me out and giving me suggestions. I ended up getting the open sky perfume at her recommendation and I love it. She is the sweetest and I highly suggest going to this bath and body works.

They have new policies since reopening, but still have opportunities to smell the different smells. I will say there were about 6 associates in the store but they were busy setting up the store and not paying attention to the customers.

I watch for their sales. Knowledgeable people work there.

B@BW is always clean well stocked and have the friendless employees. I did however feel really sorry for them the day we went in because they were having a 4.95 sale and they were extremely packed. Even though they were busy beyond belief they still had plenty of employees and all still in a good mood. This is a very nice place to shop and as for us we always end buying more then interested. Would recommend to anyone.

Entered to buy my Bourbon cologne to avoid the time delay with ordering from Amazon, and I felt like I was an outcast in the store. I was basically ambushed from the moment I entered the store, like they were convinced I was going to steal something. Im a husky guy that was clean, groomed, and dressed well, and intended to buy my favorite cologne. The lady that helped me and processed the transaction was borderline condescending, her fellow coworker was very dismissive of me as well. She was adamant in her attempt for me to buy a different scent, although I explained that I had tried them and settled on the Bourbon because I thought the others werent a good fit for my age. (A couple were too old for me @ 26) If I walked in dressed like a bum, I wouldve understood the suspiciousness but that was uncalled for. Im not sure if it was because I entered alone and the inventory is predominately female items, or what their thinking/motivation was to behave that way. Very disappointed, and I will not be returning. Period.

Love this place! I got coupons in the mail the other day and was able to go in there and get some free products which is really nice.
