Excellent service - Allison, our designer, helped us better conceptualize what we wanted, and she found the perfect fabric to be the connecting theme of our design. Like Lebowskis rug, it really ties the room together. Having Allison render our rooms by the measurements she took and virtually place pieces of furniture we were considering was extremely helpful for me to visualize how pieces would or would not fit our vision. Overall, a very enjoyable process! Delivery was top notch, as well.
We have been shopping at Ethan Allen for several years and have been extremely satisfied with the product quality and suggestions from the designers. In recent years, we have been working with Fran Karalli, formerly at the North Andover store and more recently from the Bedford, NH store. She listens well, extends herself to provide premier customer service, provides excellent suggestions. She strives for 100% customer satisfaction.
Ethan Allen is not what it used to be. We purchased a sectional with grey fabric and in under4 years it has beeb slowly turning pink/red. Contacted the store, and after being falselyaccused of using chemicals, I asked to speak with the store manager who after a conversationand viewing pics, agreed it was a manufacturers defect and referred me to corporate.Unfortunately, corporate wont budge and the store mgr wont take responsibility. We feel robbedand cheated. We purchased other furniture pieces at the same time and it remains in greatcondition. We are early 60s, no children or grandchildren, non-smokers, dig not allowed on anyfurniture, and do not use chemicals on furniture. This furniture was supposed to last decadesin great condition. Ethan Allen used to stand behind their furniture. Is it the beginning of the endof an era? Sad, just sad.

Allison in the Bedford store was very helpful and attentive. It did take 5 months to get to us, 2 months longer than expected.
Poorly run store. Beware of the stuff you buy a lot might have been broken and cover up before deliver. You would think they take more pride in the stuff since it’s “high in stuff”. I know this btw bcz I use to work there. Shady people. Go to a different Ethan Allen.
Bedford,NH Ethan AllenWe ordered a bed in the middle of July. We were told it would be delivered no later than the middle of September which was a long time anyway. That was due to covid and shipping delays. That was fine though. September came and went with no bed and no contact from Ethan Allen. The first week in October I called them and was told the bed was in their warehouse close by, but they we’re having issues with their delivery service. They didn’t know when I would get my bed. Later in October(almost November) when I still had not been contacted, I called again. They said the same thing. I asked to speak to a manager. They said they’d have the owner call me. I never got that call. A couple of days later a delivery organizer called to set up delivery in two days. I’ve bought from Ethan Allen before, but don’t intend to go back. The customer service was horrendous.
Best steak in town, service was incredible and took 5 minutes to get food and the dessert was amazing
