This person kept my truck all day, knowing full well he could not put the part I brought on without calling, I had to call him, Trevor to find out he didnt do anything all day. Then he expected me to leave my truck and go get another part myself. No, I am picking my truck up right now and Im taking it to a shop that does what they say they will do. 0/10 would not recommend!

Need to add to it, now that work is complete.In a nutshell, the technical service lived up to the high expectations created by the great initial impression. Weve had lots of RV repairs over the years, but no one was ever this concerned with assuring we understood what theyd done and how to follow up. The technician reviewed with us how and how often to recheck the torque and provided the tool needed. It seemed everyone in the shop knew who we were & kept us informed of progress, and were genuinely helpful and kind. It took a couple of days to get us up and running due to parts that had to be ordered. But JTI made the wait ok!EARLIER POST:Amazing customer service!An employee, working late, saw us in our car in their lot an hour after closing. We are out-of-towners, whose trailer had broken down on the Ohio Turnpike towards the end of a six-week road trip. We were deciding what to do about our ailing trailer which had been towed in and was elsewhere in their lot. She could easily have ignored us; we didnt even know anyone was there.Working together, we developed a plan of action which allowed us to stay in our trailer overnight. She got a cord and set us up with borrowed electricity, and she even made a wonderful dinner suggestion and invited me to use their outdoor track to exercise. About that time another car drove up and it became apparant that this was the owner, and wed been talking to his wife!The next morning at 8 a.m., precisely as promised, a half dozen employees were in place, working, and ready to do an estimate on our repairs. Ill do another review later after the actual is work done, but felt this customer service was so above and beyond the call of duty that it deserved its own review.

I had my Jeep tow plate and harness installed there this month and it looks great. The front end service desk is the best. Both ladies really know the product.

Do not trust JTI, beware !!! Heres why. I went into JTI store to rent a trailer. JTI had a trailer that would work so I got a rental reservation on June 1, 2019. I wanted to pick up the trailer June 8, 2019 to June 9, 2019. All I needed was 1 day. Trailer was $50. Per day. Wheel chock $15.00. Tax $13.20. Security deposit $100. Total charges $178.20 so far so good. A week later I went to JTI to pick up the trailer. I walk into JTI with my copy of the Rental Reservation. JTI totally disregarded the Rental Reservation. JTI wanted me to pay for 3 days rental $150/ for trailer $45/ for wheel chock $100/ for security deposit. Total charges $295. That was a $120 difference! I had paperwork. JTI said because Im using a credit card They have to charge me two extra days. JTI ruined my weekend. I walked away!!! I will not recommend JTI. Something Shady Going On

The service was good the people are nice only thing that I didnt like was I felt like my part should have been under warranty because it was not a year that the work was done the axle was bent I dont feel like that was fair but they did a good job

Called for pricing and was given round about pricing. Was told that was not near a computer and did not seem interested in getting near one to give me accurate info either. All said and done was $200 more than the guestimate originally given. Poor customer service from the parts department.2 stars because they do have the inventory to service you properly

If zero stars were an option I would use that. Theyre always late. They never fix anything completely, I always have to come and get it re-fixed. They loose your purchase information causing more problems. They forget to put bolts, screws, nuts etc. back. Will not use again.

I have used JTI multiple times for various needs over the last 10 years, such as for hitches, electric brake repair, wiring, and today I had a last minute need to solve an electrical problem. They saw me right away without an appointment, and fixed my problem as quickly as possible. The technician was very courteous and competent, I would highly recommend JTI.

JTI Inc, has been a tremendous help. I would highly recommend anyone that needs any trailer advice do not hesitate to ask.

Worst shop ever I have been going here for 20 years, they have a new shop leader guy who is full of hockey sticks, he tried to act like my trailer wiring was fried said it would take at least 5 hours to fix and he had put 90 minutes into it already looking for the problem. I knew he was full of it so when I checked him he starting yelling at me and said I can not get my trailer back until I paid $100 he locked the trailer up. He cut the wiring up like an amateur, could not believe it. he than called the police and said I threatened him with a gun, 4 cop cars show up. No gun. I demanded the police arrest him for a false police report. I had already paid the $100.00 before the police showed up. this guy tried to get me for $800.00 for a short in my rear lights. I called another electric repair guy he came to me and fixed my trailer lights in 90 minutes for under $200.00 dollars. the shop guy needs to be fired and arrested for filing a false police report. When I dropped the trailer off the day before he was in a heated argument with a customer over the phone about charging extra, over charging, I should have taken that phone call more serious. Also it seems the whole shop has a bad attitude. Just to remind you I had been going here for some 20 years, never a problem.

Great customer service. Andrew was patient, thorough and really took care of me. Drove all the way from Medina to actually get what I needed. I wont go anywhere else in Northeast Ohio.

My trailer springs broke while moving from NY to ID. I called with no notice and they fit me right in. Warm and pleasant dispositions and honest about what my trailer needed. They are even trying to get me done before they close. That is truly customer service at its finest. Cant thank their team enough.

Nice friendly people, extremely helpful, fast service, great selection of parts in-store! I discovered that one of my trailer axles was marginal. I had a one thousand mile trip coming up in a week. I took the axle to JTI and they said come back in 4 hours. They welded and built two new axles and painted them!! Ready to assemble and get on the road! Unbelievable service!!! If you pull a trailer.... You need to know JTI!

Overall miserable experience purchasing a trailer. Havent received the product after waiting nearly 2 months and was originally told I would have it in 2 weeks. Many calls were not returned to me on the whereabouts of my new trailer that I paid for in full from the start. Still waiting and very fed up. Im confident the product itself is of quality as I bought a used JTI trailer many years ago but sold it to upgrade to a new one. Even with a very small kickback being offered for the inconvenience Im not convinced it covers my aggravation. Just want the trailer.

Used to be great. Not anymore. Welder wanted one hour to cut nut of trailer ball so I could put new ball on hitch block. After clerk quoted me 1/2 hour. Seen it done in under 10 minutes myself several times.I was to return to have something they had done incorrectly the first time and I bought new parts when they mistakenly cut off my old parts. When I came back the welder wanted 170 dollars for two hours. And he had tried to get me to buy other parts beyond what they had sold me for the same job. And of course that would have been even more welding time.The counterman settled with me for 120 plus tax. Should have been free they had admitted the mistake and told me return anytime. I paid them anyhow. But $85 to cut a nut off of a bolt with a acetiline torch? 1hr?When I quote a price thats my price. Never again JTI. Im done, I cant wont and dont do business with someone I cant trust. You cant fix this.Period

I have to get the hitch installed on my 2014 Toyota Camry. WHen I entered I met Matt Polito . He made me feel welcome and helped me to get my hitch installed with reasonable pricing. I explained him that 3 years ago I installed hitch on my 2012 camry from U-Haul. But while idling on the Traffic lights, that hitch causes lot of vibrating noise. Matt ensured me that they do the job with high quality workmanship. I am satisfied the way they installed my hitch. And they explained me how the undercover can not go now because of the hitch. I am driving the car everyday, the car has no vibrations after installing the hitch. I had rust on the manufacturer provided chassis holes. So JTI installer had to drill the new holes and install hitch. He also explained me about taking care of the car with very inexpensive product called Fluid Film. I bought 1 bottle and I think I will be using that product. I will recommend JTI and will definitely see them for my Towing needs.

Terrible place and experience on experience people I took my truck in here for a preseason tune-up on a Meyers e47 Plow and they did not have a clue what they were doing then charge me $347 to do it the kid who was working that had to call somebody else to even figure out how to do the pressure on it and now my plow Works worse than it was before I brought it in there and youre not recommend this place at all for any type of Meyers anyway
