Went into Walmart to get some medicine, as you can see in the picture the product says $18, when we get up to the register it rings up as $40, we waited 10min for a manager to tell us that he’ll give us 10% off. If you can’t honor your price, why do you have multiple of the same product in that price? Never shopping here again, the employees don’t even know what they’re doing.

This was my second time at this location. I brought my cousin to get her oil changed. I highly recommend this location as they dont try to sell service not needed. Like air filters....the man with the beard is the best!

I am impressed! In my experience, this store has always been clean, and mostly well-stacked. Hands down, way better than any Kroger when it comes to fresh produce. I only wish the produce section was bigger and there were more organic selections, but still, what was there was fresh and stayed fresh in my fridge much longer than the produce I have bought at Kroger.

This store has the NICEST AND MOST HELPFUL STAFF!! They say hi as you pass by and tell you that if you need anything just ask, and thats all the staff there, not just 1 or 2. I asked one gentleman that was stocking if i was going the right way for sour cream, and he stopped what he was doing and actually led me to where it was. He could have went back to what he was doing, but he asked which one i would like, and he handed it to me. WALMART, if you do anything to acknowledge and reward a store for going above and beyond for your customers, this store deserves both. Spend some of that money you make on us customers for a nice lunch for everyone, and i dont mean your food, and have the district mgr bring it to the store, along with kudos for doing an outstanding job for you, and for us customers every single day. 💜👍💜

I love this Neighborhood Walmart on Bedford Road. Its always easy to find a parking place and the employees in this particular store will stop what theyre doing to help you find something or answer a question. I shop here often and its easy to check myself out. I never have to wait in line.

You get an email stating grocerys are ready for pickup but no one comes to car until you sit 20 minutes and go inside to advise you need your grocerys. Checkin apparently doesnt work. Everyone blames someone else. At risk time-frame is supposed to prevent people from having to go into store. 2nd week in a row having issues. They should not advertise service they are unable to provide.

The pharmacy here is wonderful! Just wish the grocery had more consistent stocking on international products, but not bad overall.

Didn’t hv a lot of the stuff we ordered online, replacement’s were somewhat satisfactory but most the fruit and vegetables they gave us spilled in a week, won’t be shopping here anymore 2nd Walmart this has happened at!

No posted hours for customer service desk. Rude clerk informed me otherwise. Even saying they close at 9:00 refused to help me at 9:02 with a 10 min card reload transaction. This place has the worst customer service of any Walmart near me. But Walmart doesn’t care anyway but I thought I’d share one of many lousy experiences I’ve had at this location and it’s mediocre staff.

It was a good new experience. Its the first time Ive shopped at this Walmart since moving to Bedford.

Great prices and have a variety of things in stock. A good mix of Walmart & a traditional grocery store.

Ask for location for an item in the store, was directed accurately to it! 5 stars for that!!But I give it a three stars bucuz the scan/go attendant, when I asked her a question about the w-mart app, her answer was I dont know, I dont see that side of it, & didnt try to find out my answer for me. I get that you dont know, but offer to find out so that good customer service can then be extended. So it was a fail for me.

Love this location. I go out of my way to go to this one despite the Bedford store being literally 2 minutes from my house. The staff are friendly as are the other customers and the store is always stocked well. The Bedford store feels cramped, most of the staff are not nice and the customers are generally just rude. Will only go to this store if Im picking up one or two things but Ill always go to the Hurst store to do a large grocery shopping!

Everything was fine there. They are doing a good job.Can someone hang a little basket of cloves where you pick up your ham.I couldnt find clovesHam and cloves go together.

Store seemed super busy today. Not a bad thing. There were no lines but it just seemed crowded moving around store. 1st time here and the prices were definitely competitive and I will go back for a larger shopping trip one day soon. Employees were friendly and 2 went out of there way to say hello and ask if I needed assistance etc. Was also happy to see that they have a lottery kiosk to buy lotto and scratch tickets. They also have Redbox DVD rentals.

So I just needed to run in for milk and arrived at the store 8 minutes before they were supposed to be closing at 10:00 p.m. They were allowing people to come out the door but they were not letting anybody in. The doors were already locked. So if you close at 10, lock the doors at 10! Im happy to go right up the street and give my money to Kroger. I probably will continue to do just that!

The people who work there are nice and helpful.

Close by, clean and I find my groceries with ease. Lots of choices to stock up. Grateful they are here.

Hello,My name is Joy Smith. I have used this store ever since they opened many years ago. My mother also shopped this store until she passed away. Many family use this store. We have been loyal shoppers. I spend hundreds of dollars here monthly with in store, curb side, and delivery. I am very disappointed in the experience I had today. First of all, the moment I walked in the store there was a woman yelling at and being very aggressive with staff in the back of the produce section. That was not a setting anyone should have to come inside a store and see. I proceeded to shop for a few items and proceeded to the customer service desk to get my monthly money orders as I have always done. Jake was working counter. I let him know what I needed and he proceeded to ask for my ID. Due to Covid my DL expired on my birthday on March 18, 2021 (less than 30days ago). I gave him my DL, explained this situation, I made him aware of the Texas State mandate that clearly states the state of Texas has extended all DL renewals until April 14, 2021, and finally I showed him proof of my appointment for DL renewal. Jake proceeded to tell me Walmarts policy says he can not allow me to get my money orders without a valid DL. My DL is valid with the state of Texas renewal extention! He should know this and honor my DL. And on top of that, this young man has known my family since that store has opened. He knows I am in this store every month to get my money orders and he sees me shopping there all the time. There was no reason he could not provide me with service. I am appalled and feel like I am not valued as a loyal long time customer to this store. I can not force the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles to reset my appointment for my DL renewal, for which I set 30 days before my expire date. By law I have until April 14, 2021 to renew my license. I am in compliance with State laws. Jake was rude, he totally disregard me, he violated my rights as a Texas resident, and went against Texas state mandate by denying me service based off my DL expiration which has been extended. He even suggested I go to your competitor store, Kroger, for service. I did just that. I went to the Bedford Kroger, which I never shop at. I shopped and got my money orders at Kroger. They did not even question my DL needing to be renewed. When I mentioned it the customer service rep stated the Texas State mandate has extended the DL and ID renewals so Kroger will continue to honor them until the renewal expire date, April 14, 2021. Kroger did exactly what all other businesses in area are doing and offered me great customer service. When I told them what happened at my favorite Walmart in town they could not believe it! I am conflicted on if I will shop this Walmart Neighborhood Market ever again after the way Jake, of all people, treated me. Shame on him!

I had a grocery pickup today 7/23 at 230pm my delivery guy was Bobby. He did an excellent job and he has very friendly. Working out in this Hot Texas Summer and still was extremely nice. I usually dont leave positive reviews but I thought he deserved one. Thanks Bobby!

Dont like this location at all. The staff is very rude and lazy, the place is dirty, and out of stock on some items everytime I drag myself there. Dont go with specific items in mind, ask for help or expect low prices otherwise your wasting your time.

The shelves were almost bare. It was hard finding someone to help considering they have remodeled the whole store it was hard to find anything.

Very long wait for customer service, then became even less helpful when I asked her to please put on her mask.

The Neighborhood Market Walmart at Bedford is one of a kind and very family oriented. Every staff in the store are passionate about their job and always do their best to provide the best service possible when helping their customers. I truly love this store.

I did the self check out and asked for cash back of $40 and with being distracted with putting the last bit of groceries in my cart, putting my debit card away, and taking my receipt and just all around the craziness going on around me, I grabbed my receipt and walked off. An hour later while at home eating dinner I realized I never grabbed my money.... well very long story short I called a little more than 24hrs later to have the store manager check the cameras and sure enough the lady who walked up behind us stole my money 😡. Carol the manager we VERY SWEET and Understanding of the whole situation. She said I could file a police report but 99.9% of the time the police wont do anything about $40, and told not to worry about it that she will make it right for me and she gave me back my $40. Thank you Carol I greatly appreciate your kindness.

Upset that the pharmacy employee chastised me for touching the keypad. It would take him 10 seconds to wipe it down, but since half the employees wear their masks improperly they dont really care, they just dont want to do anything extra to prevent the spread.

They never have any of the coffee creamers I use. Every time I go theyre almost out of coffee creamer. The produce section was also pretty wiped out. 4 bell peppers in the whole store at 7 pm

Since you can no longer inside get refills on filtered water, and Krogers has changed so much. This place is excellent 👍❤️. Plus they dont charge if you need cash back with your check card like Krogers now does. This place has an excellent variety. I recommend it.

Parking lot had lots of empty spaces but these two people thought they should park on the sidewalk. Asked to speak to the manager Mark but he passed the buck to a very nice employee Matthew, apparently dealing with longtime customers is too cumbersome for Mark. Needless to say Mark told Matthew theres nothing that can be done about blocking the sidewalk. Typical attitude of management at this store, this is why I usually go out of my way to shop at the Colleyville store...

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is disappointment. I know things are hard right now but thats not an excuse to be at times rude or act like your invisible. As of now we are transferring all of our meds. Since they cant keep things in stock
