We had windows installed by North Coast Energy Masters in 2010. Towards the end of 2018, we noticed a few of the windows seals were allowing moisture in between the panes of glass. North Coast coordinated with us a best day and time for service, and immediately sent Ray to the house with replacements. In a few short minutes the windows were as good as new. One window needed extra attention, and Ray stayed on it until it was fixed!! Excellent work!!

Ray (the son) came to our home and gave us an estimate. A day or so later, we called back to confirm services. We talked with the father, who was to have the son call. I faxed a copy of the estimate to the company fax number. No one ever contacted us. What kind of business protocol is this? We are an elderly Black couple.

Ray and his team have been to our house to install windows, doors and insulation on our third floor. We cannot be happier. Great service.They will be back for more services.
