Not until after the purchase had been made was I informed that all merchandise is sold as-is, there is no return policy of any kind (unless paid for in advance), and that if you dont thoroughly inspect every single function of an item in store, youre SOL. Bought an xbox, console works great, controller is mint... ascetically. Only in use do you find out that when you push down it keeps going down and down until it gets stuck. Push up same effect.Now had I been informed before the purchase of the store policies, I wouldnt be leaving a bad review, it would be on me. Had I been offered the 5% surcharge to have a 15 day return window, I would not be writing this review, but I was not even offered. Perhaps even the employees could have offered to test it in store (I know I could have asked, fool me once...), but that would have been extra work for them and I didnt anticipate so many shortcomings.

Nice pawn shop.. I swing in every couple of weeks just to check out their inventory and they always seem to have a good selection. Good pricing and friendly service. Theresa (sales associate) is a total joy to talk with -.

Racist establishment....asked me for my Drivers License to view their jewelry, but there were two other customers that were not asked to do so. I spoke with Monica, the manager and informed her of such and she stated that they are trying to get them to do so but didnt offer an apology. Will not support this business.

Great location however BJ told me here would give me a game for $10 but when I told him why I had to get the game he said he wont do less than $30. Three reason of why someone is buying something shouldnt alter the price. Also he kept mumbling under his breath and when I advised him I couldnt hear him he would say its ok. Do not deal with BJ!

The staff is friendly and helpful. All items are prominently displayed and clearly priced. As far as pawn shops go, the pricing is good on items being sold, and in my limited experience, they seem to give fair offers on items being pawned.

The people here where so nice and they gave me the amount I was looking for to pawn my iPad mini for a few weeks. This is my number spot if I ever need some cash. Also there store was nice had some good stuff Im going back after I pay off my mini and get me some stuff

Go somewhere else… Today I went into the store with a brand new power tool that was sold on eBay in the same condition brand new for $71… The power tool was in original packaging an unopened. The woman behind the counter told me she would pay $30 and I agreed. As I was getting ready to check out, her boss said only $20…Absolutely ridiculous. She opened the package and cut the zip tie and he lowered the offer.I was going to buy a guitar and a radar detector at the store and they lost those two sales. I will never go there again and I suggest you go elsewhere!
