Top notch service and staff, just wish the floor managers wouldnt call out the cashiers while they are finishing up with customers, its embarrassing for the employee. Also, the best store guacamole and salsa located here with the made in store corn chips. Delicious! Again, wouldve been 5 stars if floor managers used best practices.

Its a great store. Its always well stocked and very clean. Their meat department is top tear. If you require Kosher, appropriate accommodation is met. A very nice variety of produce. The dairy and refrigerated areas are very well maintained and monitored for leaking products. The employees are clearly treated well; they treat customers well.My wife and I live about 30 minutes away. We pass a lot of other places to come here.

It’s a great place to buy food here. It is good place to buy if you want more food options. It’s easier for people like me who live in Bedford because it is basically accessible from anywhere in Bedford.

Customer service Ebbs and flows depending on location. It seems that when its good, its very very good, and when its bad, well, you know the rhyme. I find the prices unnecessarily High, and I just like the fact that Hannaford stores often move in across from or very close two existing smaller supermarkets, and usually drive them out of the town. This of course is not the fault of any of the employees, so its not a reflection on them, but the company simply does what many stores feel entitled to do, and I think that hurts every little town, every Big City.

These are normally clean..well stocked storesThis one in bedford is no exception. There are empty spaces..Id call if your looking for anything specific..The employees seem on a mission..not very customer oriented. If you ask..and sometimes it depends who..looking for a item. They will Not approach you..asking if you need help..We always enjoy coming here..but there are items..like my wifes Arizona is in cases in bottles..they dont carry them anymore.Not very happy!!Outside..as you approach the store. You can easily find a parking space. Disabled is a task..others that dont need it..use it too. Not Fair!! Pisses me off!!But carts are gathered and brought inside. Occasionally youll find 1 in a parking spot..keep vigilant.!!Enjoy..Wear a 😷😷..

I wouldnt normally take time to write a review on a grocery store.I must say in all my years this is my first experience being wowed with service from a food chain.I was at the Bedford, NH market and ordered stir fry to go.The gentleman who helped obviously enjoyed his job and made this such a pleasant trip. He customized my stir fry,joked in a pleasant manner and was a breath of fresh air.I wish I had gotten his name because he needs to be recognized by his employer.Excellent additude, and a true pleasure.

I love this store because it is so clean. The employees are personable, pleasant and helpful. You can tell they are treated well! If you clip coupons online it is helpful for the expensive Tide, Bounty, toothpaste.

I like this location.. I forgot it even existed. I think I might be stopping by here a little more.. clean not crowed . They have the clear separation thingy for the customers and the cashier. A mask is required to enter still. They offer hand sanitizer.. wipes for the carriages etc..

Its my favorite Hannaford. Well laid out. Fresh everything. Short lines. My only ding is the green grocer has no respect for artichokes which is strange because all the other veggies and fruits look and taste great.

This market is clean and bright. Good selection of produce, fish and meat, fresh and frozen. Employees are generally very helpful. My only gripe is that no matter what time I shop there are never enough cashiers. Lines are almost always too long.

Of the Hannafords in the area this is easily the best setup. Excellent meat and seafood presentation. Its very clean and easy to navigate. While only a few, the interactions Ive had with the staff have been helpful and pleasant.

As soon as you find something that you really like and enjoy, they will most definitely stop carrying it in their stores. This is a fact of life the same way you can count on death and taxes. Its happened to my wife and myself dozens of times. Weve even spoken to complete strangers shopping in the stores and the same thing has happened to them. This in my opinion has earned them the zombie squirrel picture.

Fractured my foot, so I couldn’t do a weekly shopping, but I can drive without the boot cast. This service is perfect for me. Everything I picked out on my shopping list was in my order. Great location, especially the produce section and the wing bar, which is my guilty pleasure. There is a big guy in the deli who is a really nice guy and very friendly, but not so good when it comes to actually slicing the meat ha ha. This store compares in the quality of the store to the nearby Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. I am too look for negatives about this location it would be the parking lot, which is very narrow, and the fact Bedford cops hang out around the store and probably have a pull over quota of 100 cars a day, EACH! Well worth the risk, ha ha, especially since it gives you the opportunity to go to Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods as well, to get some of their artisan products.

The store is newer and is kept very clean and organized. The only problem is the lack of selection. If you went to any other Hannaford or Market Basket, you have much better selection for a slightly lower price. Because the store is so close to Whole Foods and Trader Joes, the store mainly specializes in freshly prepared foods (think sushi and chicken wings) and organic foods.

I really like the cafe and there’s a really cool section of different kinds of ready to eat food, restaurant style. Also, they’re getting wicked competitive as far as prices go. I normally wouldn’t have set foot in here unless there was a huge sale on something I buy regularly. Now I recently did a whole weeks worth of shopping and plan to go back regularly! Only did four stars because I still need to go to some other places when I can’t find something I want or it’s just way too overpriced.

Always a good shopping experience. Clean and product availability is good. The only thing is the price, but nothing out of the ordinary for a Hannaford. I normally only go here if Market Basket is closed since Market Basket tends to be cheaper.

They always have great produce. They also have an awesome selection of dairy alternatives. Navigating the store takes getting used to, even using the site to create a list and getting aisle info, some products can be more difficult to find. However, there are generally plenty of staff to bring you to what youre looking for.

The bagger/cashier left out a product that I was charged for, out of my grocery bags. This was not noticed until I got home and was unloading my groceries (I live 20 miles away from this location). When I called, they said yes they had said item and knew it wasn’t bagged. Disappointed with a couple of things: 1) that no staff member tried to run said item out to me as I was loading my groceries into my vehicle. And 2) that my only other options are that I drive 20 miles back to get said item/be refunded. In person. Because apparently refunds cannot be issued over the phone per “policy.”This location has terrible customer service and a lack of integrity to not have brought out a paid for item to a customer as they were loading up their groceries and that they get to keep my money, unless I’m willing to drive an hour round trip to be refunded. Unbelievable.We won’t be shopping at this location again.

This store is huge and has everything you could possibly need! Great selection of pre-prepared meals, friendly staff, and fresh produce. The only downside is that is gets VERY busy on evenings and weekends, and the store aisles are pretty narrow.

Groceries, to-go food and grocery pick up options available this location has it all. Whether you like shopping for goods yourself or having someone else do it then picking it up after; they have you covered at this spot. A little overwhelming and plenty to check out.

Definitely the second best grocery store in New Hampshire, and I rank it number one for fresh produce and meat. Market Basket continues to edge it out for first place, largely on the basis of its favorable pricing. It is hard to go wrong with either of the stores. I have used them both, today, in fact, and will continue to do so. Hannaford also gets the edge in fresh seafood, but Market Basket excels with its lobster specials.

Hannaford is a great place to grocery shop. It has a variety of unique products. They have bratwurst from Germany, salami from Italy, a good variety of artisan cheeses. They also carry of local products. This location also has freshly made ramen, stir fry that you select what is in it. You can also get subs freshly made. The meat counter has a excellent variety of quality meats. At the cafe section they have Elis sodas from a fountain. I really enjoy shopping here.

Have been shopping at both Hannafords off S River Rd for over 15 years. Have always had good service at both but would like to give a “shout out” to Gavel in the fish department. He has always been super helpful, friendly (in both stores) and goes above and beyond with great service!

This is a very nice Hannaford as is most of their stores. This one was built within the last 2 years so it still kind of has that new store feel. Very clean, hot food bar along with stir-fry, adequate seating and a space for kids means this place is always busy during the lunch rush. The prices at this Hannaford in comparison to Hannaford stores in MA are a little pricier, but overall a pleasant experience.

It doesnt matter what prices they have, I love the store and the employees. Always very nice and always clean. I went to the old store on Colby Ct and I loved them there too. This new one is bigger and I just love it. Thank you!!

During these really tough times they are working harder then ever. They have had more stock on the shelves then any other store. They have employees putting stuff out as fast as they can. Even with tempers running so high they are right there asking if there is anything they can help with.

Great, store, brand new. Very clean. Also features a cafe area where you can purchase food and eat. Large selection of products. You can get great deals when they have sales. The 4 star rating comes because of the pricing. I find in general, mist of theirr prices are higher than other stores, for the same exact item. Sometimes it is by a pretty large margin. Great meat department.

Very clean, not too crowded, and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. My only complaint is the parking lot, it is a little bit tight.

Its nice looking, but there is really no reason not to go to Market Basket. Prices are substantially better and the environment isnt much nicer. Whole Foods has better produce, albeit for a bit more.

The best Hannaford market I have ever seen. Very neat, very organized. Lots of smiling faces and lots of organics. Thinking of switching from whole foods.

This is a good place to go when you want name brand things they have a really good selection of organic produce and meats. Good selection for ciders too.
