I called in to setup two bathroom vent installations and duct work. When I setup the appointment I had asked for a call back about pricing and to go over what was needed. The appointment was setup for them to show up from 12 to 2. Then then never called back, which is fine people get busy and miss stuff its okay not great but fine. However the day before I called and wanted to run through stuff and confirm the appointment. They told me they had wanted to come a little early if possible. I told them I wont be around till closer to 1230. She mentioned they would need to reschedule possibly. Also fine understandable. They then told me they would check with the electrician about it and call me back. They never called back again and the next day called me at 925am saying they where there to do the work... Seems like they dont listen to the customers and dont care about them. I will not be doing business with them because of this and wanted to share this with everyone to be warned that they dont listen to their customers and run on their own schedule without a care in the world

Had an appointment today to repair some wiring issues. Robert came in and did an initial review of where the issue was happening. He explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to remedy it. I was all for it as i wanted to be warm this winter, so he went and repaired what needed to be done, ensured the system was in perfect working order and professional throughout. Wow! What an awesome experience to have this company work on my boiler. I had very corroded circulators. Robert came out this morning and assessed the work. He offered a very reasonably priced solution to my boiler and didnt try to sell me a new one! Shortly after he left I was surprised to get a call from him stating he had all the parts for the repair at the office and could start my job right away. He came in below his estimate! I cant thank LeBlanc enough for their service and honest pricing. Had I not been informed of this issue weeks ago from another contractor, I could have well had a boiler failure this winter. I have lived in New England for almost 3 years and have had the absolute best experiences with LeBlanc Heating. In particular, the technician, Robert, has been to my house twice, and is absolutely amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional and was willing to let me watch and ask questions while he worked. He told me that he helped do the original install of the HVAC equipment when my house was built new and showed me some cool history written on the boards in my house. Often times its intimidating and stressful when you have to have technicians come to your house, but LeBlanc makes the process easy and professional. They are courteous and prompt and were able to make the repair very quickly. I highly recommend this company.

My furnace started tripping its electrical breaker this morning so I called LeBlanc. Service manager Robert Bouchard arrived a couple hours later, thoroughly checked the burner and blower and diagnosed the problem as a faulty breaker. Robert was friendly, professional and fast... highly recommended!

While inflating a tire in my garage, I somehow knocked out power to both of my garage door openers. I checked the circuit breakers but could not find a connection. I had to disconnect the door openers in order to get my cars in and out. Garage doors are pretty heavy! The A.J. Leblanc electrician not only located the connectivity problem (a faulty GFI in a downstairs bath) but replaced it and reconnected both doors to the openers. Responsive and professional plumbing! Our hot water heater started leaking at a particularly inconvenient time. Although I was a new customer, AJ LeBlanc dispatched Matt Y. for the same day. Matt was terrific - came up with a short term fix, diagnosed an unrelated issue with our furnace at my request, and coordinated the scheduling of his return repair visit. Matt brought a can-do attitude and willingness to explain his diagnosis and plan. Very satisfied.

I just had AJ Leblanc install 4 ductless AC/Heating units. The team of Jesse, Jake, and Jimmy were outstanding!! They were prompt, very professional and finished in under two days! All of my questions were answered in detail and I am extremely satisfied with all of the work they did. I highly recommend AJ Leblanc.

Hired them to fix a garden spiket, and it was ridiculously expensive. The final price was about $100 over the price we were originally told over the phone. The receipt is also not itemized, which is weird.The hose is fixed, so at least they did it right. But next time, were going to find someone who can do it for cheaper and will be more upfront with pricing.

Robert the technician came over today after I contacted the company last night, he showed before the time he said he would be there. Very nice guy who explained everything he was doing and I believe he did a little more than he thought he was getting into without any problems. He was very clean and personable. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Over all very pleased, and will continue to use their services in the future.

Neil and Zach were here to work on 5 miscellaneous plumbing problems. Their visit exceeded our expectations! First they were early...when does that ever happen today? They asked to see all the areas we wanted them to work on, then they went to work; each handling a different project. All repairs were completed in 2.5 hours and everything was left clean neat and tidy PLUS they tested all the repairs they made to be sure all was functioning properly. I have had AJ Leblanc service my furnace and AC for 14 yrs and never once been unhappy with their service. The service and work is excellent. Today Robert came to fix my furnace and did a great job and took the time to explain what was wrong and showed me. He was very pleasant and professional.

Called LeBlanc and explained that our furnace was not turning on reliably - and that I suspected an issue with the thermostat. The next day Robert arrived to inspect both furnace and thermostat. Robert arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection of both furnace and thermostat. Robert confirmed that the furnace was operating correctly (no failure codes reported) - but that there were some early wear issues he was concerned about. He then took a look at the thermostat - and given the age, made recommendations of replacement options. While he was at our house, he also took the time to look at our humidifier - and 4th BR furnace. In all cases, Robert was extremely professional and courteous - and clearly very knowledgeable of these products. I have been a customer of LeBlanc for the past 15 years --- and it is because of the professionalism of people like Robert that I will continue to be a customer going forward.

We had a ductless mini-split installed with 5 headers and 2 outdoor units back on June 2nd. The guys who did the install, Jesse and Jake, were exceptional! 5+ stars to both of them! They were friendly, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and overall did a fantastic job. The poor guys even volunteered to squeeze into the crawlspace to lay the lines so we wouldnt have piping running all over the outside of our house, which just emphasizes the great customer service! The office folks (Susan and Samantha) were friendly and professional too.We had a bit of a snag where the wi-fi add-ons we purchased are back ordered for an unknown period of time (like a lot of electronics and such are because of the pandemic) but we didnt find that out until the day of the install. There was a bit of back and forth phone calls with the office, and we ended up just canceling the add-on wi-fi for now so we could finalize everything.Overall, very happy with the purchase, the service, and (of course) the units themselves. I would definitely recommend this company to folks!

Exceptional service! Highly recommend. My furnace broke down on Saturday. I called LeBlanc and their technician Clayton immediately called me back. He arrived less than an hour from calling and had my heat back up running. He went above and beyond providing helpful maintenance tips on filter types and explained the yearly maintenance cleaning and service LeBlanc offers. AJ LeBlanc Heating was referred to us and we are very thankful. Our furnace was not consistently supplying heat and hot water and Robert B. came out and did a maintenance cleaning, and then did an efficiency test, that uncovered a vent connection issue. The furnace cleaning and simple vent adjustment now provides more heat to our home and saves us from wasting fuel. Our unit is back to its expected production level. Robert is honest, professional and proficient and gives clear and concise answers to every question asked. I never felt mislead or bamboozled. He represents his profession an company with honor. Robert came to help us when the timing sensor on our air handler failed a few weeks ago. We knew the furnace was working but the handler wasnt pushing heat through. He knew right away what the issue was, got a new part installed within a half hour, and explained everything as he worked. We had heat again in under a half hour! He knows our house well as he also provided service to the last owners.This is the second time hes come to the rescue on a small fix (the other was the AC on the hottest week of the year!) Hes really nice to work with, has a world of knowledge about systems and parts, and hes always right on time and helpful. Thanks Robert!

Initial appointment was cancelled and rescheduled the day prior (we had booked the appt 6 weeks in advance). The morning of our rescheduled appt, my husband confirmed the appointment time but the technician was a no-show. When we called for an update at the end of our time slot, we were initially told that there wasn’t an appt at all, and with pressing, they acknowledged that we indeed had had an appointment but that the technician was taken off and cancelled without calling us. Given the numerous positive reviews and prior work at our house, we were very hopeful in this company but can no longer recommend.

I cannot recommend AJ Leblanc heating enough. They deserve more than 5 stars. I had a problem with my furnace. I called 3 heating companies and no one could figure out what was wrong and took days to come out. I called AJ Leblanc heating and Robert the manager literally came out within the hour. He took his time and diligently looked through everything. He is very knowledgeable and understood everything my furnace needed even though I have a difficult furnace to deal with. Robert explained everything on what was wrong, took his time, thoroughly looked at the furnace and got it working again. Robert gave me the best options for my home and fair and honest pricing on everything that’s needed for my heating system. The crazy part is that they have the best pricing and cost me way less than the other places that couldn’t fix it. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your money with other companies. Get the job done right!

LeBlanc is excellent. They did a major HVAC renovation at my last home and always perform excellent maintenance. Todays service was no exception. My whole house humidifier in my new home was leaking badly and while everything seemed to be operating it needed the expert eyes and experience of Robert to spot that a flow control fixture was missing on the humidifier solenoid. A quick and easy fix for a pro. But he also provided advice and guidance on how to best use the humidifier and the system on a system that they didnt even install. I like to work with vendors I can trust and LeBlanc is just that.

AJ Leblanc wasn’t my first call but I wish it had been. Our water heater let go and needed to be replaced. I called AJ Leblanc they came right out gave me a quote for $1,900. They said they could come the next morning to install the new one. They were on time and very efficient. The two men that came were great!! I will use them again. My fist call to find someone to replace our water heater was Heritage and that was my big mistake. Heritage quoted us $3,200 to do the same work. We needed it done ASAP because we didn’t have hot water so we agreed. They got there the next day but after the guy was at our house for a little bit he said that the guy that gave us the quote didn’t include everything and he had to requote it. The new quote was $3,800. I said no thank you and asked them to leave that’s when I called AJ Leblanc. That was the best decision I made that week. Heritage also charged us an $89.00 fee just to come out and look to give us a quote to replace the water heater. AJ Leblanc didn’t charge us anything to come and give us a quote. Don’t over pay just call AI Leblanc!

I was in need of a repair for my heating system. The problem had be ongoing for a year, with multiple different companies charging and not fixing. Had an incredible conversation with the lady who answered the phone and she was able to squeeze an appointment in 3 days. Met my tech (Robert) and he explained in plain english the workings of the heating system. Half hour later with a new thermostat and zone valve, everything is working just fine. Very impressed. 10 stars for me.

I had a new oil tank and water shutoff installed back in April 2020. The service was excellent. The team is very responsive and professional. I would recommend the LeBlanc team without hesitation to anyone looking for a fair and reliable company to take care of their heating or plumbing needs.

We recently purchased a new home, and the oil tank needed to be replaced so instead of continuing to use oil we decided to convert to a natural gas boiler. We received quotes from three installers in the area and A.J Leblanc beat all of them handily, coming in at less then half of the most expensive quote (To be fair it was a higher price boiler, but only by 1-1.5k, doesnt make up for the additional 6k in charges). The installation went perfectly, workers were punctual and extremely friendly, answering all questions I had in an informative and friendly manner. I noticed little details that they went above and beyond the quoted work, such as them tucking away and mounting a thermostat that was unrelated to the work they were doing, could have left it hanging by stairs as it was left by previous homeowner, but nope they took the time to make it look good! My advice is strongly considered them for any future HVAC/plumbing services!

Have to say I am pretty disappointed. I bought a brand new furnace and central AC unit around March. Installation and furnace went great, techs were good, no complaints. My disappointment comes with the AC unit. 1st time I go to use it when the upstairs is over 80 degrees and it wont turn on.. kicker is the techs never tested it because it was too cold. Hopefully the techs they send out will fix it. But for a brand new expensive unit, I expect it to run the 1st time with no issues.5 stars for techs and furnace, but ac not working kills it.* Edit, upping to 5 stars as they sent a tech out on the weekend to get it fixed and then came out again on Monday to double check that everything was working. I appreciated the fast response times and dedication to getting it right. Would recommend.

Had a emergency service needed on our furnace on a weekend evening, Called AJ LeBlanc talked with a representative and the technician (Chris F) called me within 5 min, I explained the issues he arrived 15min later.. he fixed the problem and we had our heat running again within the hour.. Chris F was more then accommodating and went out of his way to ensure he had the problem resolved.. More companies should follow the dedication to services as AJ LeBlanc heating takes and hire more individuals like Chris F.

As transplants to New Hampshire from California we needed a FULL tutorial on how to use the many heating and cooling systems in our new home. Robert was thorough and patient explaining each system and also ensured all were working properly. He was us through not only operation but also annual maintenance. I must say I was quite impressed with AJ LeBlanc. We had four different companies come over to give us estimates for a furnace replacement. They were by far the most responsive (same day estimate), competitive (best price for the same system as two of the others) and with no pressure or up-sell. The guys who came out (Jackson & Mike) arrived right on time, left a clean workspace and walked me through the system when the job was done. Although I hope to not need an HVAC vendor for some time, when I do Ill absolutely use AJ LeBlanc.

Can’t say enough about Robert, their air conditioning tech. Our air-conditioner was struggling to keep the house cool. Leblanc sent Robert out the next day who serviced the outside unit and checked the blower. He discovered the blower fan was undersized. Came back a week later and installed a new one (without us having to verify or call first!!!)today it is 90 degrees outside and nice and cool inside!!!! Thanks Robert(and reasonably priced too)

One of our AC units stopped working during a hot spell. We called LeBlancs expecting a long wait time. Instead we were given an appointment for a 10am-12 noon window the next day! Robert arrived promptly at 10am. He was a welcome sight, knowing his track record of courtesy, good nature and expertise. Our AC unit was up & running by the time he left. Had two fireplace inserts scheduled for installation.

New England winters can be scary with an older furnace. But with LeBlanc Heating we feel safe & warm. During the snow storm (of course) our furnace stopped working it was late in the day. Ashely in the office was so nice and very caring about our situation. The technician Brian was wonderful friendly informative had us up and going in no time. I had Jake and Sal show up I was very nervous about people in my house I have 2 boxers and dont luke messes from workers or shots work. Well these two gentlemen are the furthest from that thst you could be. They are professional so knowledgeable and so nice. One of my friends recommended Leblancs to me in September. Well, September 17, 2019 John V tuned up my heating system. Very police and exceptional worker. 11/20/19 a solenoid failed and as a result I had no heat. I booked the last appointment of the day, Eric L came to the house at 8pm and fixed the problem. Again, another polite and exceptional worker. Definitely recommend this company to everyone. you will not be disappointed.

Dennis was professional and knowledgeable, he quickly identified the issue and was able to fix it. He explained the issue, what the fix was and checked other common problem areas to ensure we had identified and addressed the proper issue.

Cannot say enough about this company! I should have never gone to another one for a cheaper installation and stuck with them, you pay for what you get! After multiple issues with the other company we called Lablanc and Eric L the tech was awesome as well as the communication and scheduling with Mary in the office! Eric diagnosed the issue immediately, friendly professional and respectful of our home. Lablanc had a fast turn around for diagnosis and repair, no cancellations because it wasnt convenient for them like the other company we used. Our furnace was nearing the end of its life, produced excessive heat, and sounded like a jet engine. LeBlanc came in at around the same price as the other estimates, so we chose LeBlanc because weve had good experiences with them in the past. Two guys named Chris showed up to on time to install the furnace, and they were polite and professional. They put down tarps to protect our carpet, and got the job done in two days like we were told. We are really happy with the furnace they installed. Its far quieter and runs far cooler than our old furnace.
