Incredibly helpful, we wanted the perfect look for a renovation and they helped us browse lots of catalogs and pick out just the right fixtures.

They have a wonderful selection of lighting and accessories that can be purchased off the floor or you can browse a catalog for special orders. The prices are so reasonable for the high quality that they offer. Sales staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. Forget shopping online!

This place was great to get a view of a large selection of light fixtures and solutions. The had partners for installation and offered guidance and advice along the way. They offered delivery too which after seeing the box I realized I could have picked it up with the Jeep. Great employee and we will be visiting again when ever we are in the market for lighting solutions:)

Excellent quality and wide selection of products. Katie’s customer service was exceptional as she helped us select lighting for throughout our new home. She was thorough, listened to our preferences, and made great suggestions for us to consider. We drive the extra distance from Portsmouth because we haven’t found a comparable lighting store with this level of service nearby.

Our first light purchase here. The assortment was as good or better than both box stores in Manchester. The staff was very informative and accommodating. They had a good assortment of shapes and sizes and were willing to take our ideas and research them if needed. We are considering upgrading several fixtures and this will be our first stop. Lastly, for the quality I saw I thought the price was reasonable. The quality seemed much better than the local box stores....and with expert advice. Good job LS, 5 stars.

Great Local Resource for any type of lighting, especially LED selections. Both Wendy and Doug are a wealth of knowledge and easy to work with. Both are creative and definitely know their stuff when it comes to lighting design, especially kitchen lighting design. The showroom has a great selection. Pricing is competitive with other stores and websites. I would recommend The Lighting Showroom in Bedford to anyone.

We were planning the refurbishment of a newly purchased home and had visited a few lighting stores, including one of the large lighting showrooms near the Seacoast. Once we met Doug at the Lighting Showroom in Bedford, we were won over. The wealth of knowledge and insight Doug shared with us won us over. Every lighting fixture, fan, switch and even light bulbs were purchased from the Lighting Showroom. This is a fantastic company to do business with!

Unable to answer any questions about the products and customer appreciation coupon brought the price of the items to the current price available at Amazon and locally at Milford Electric. Returned home and quickly went to the manufacturers site and answered my own questions plus found other dealers (Milford Electric) for the products. Final price at competitor was less than The Lighting Showroom after their customer appreciation coupon was applied. Waste of time driving to The Lighting Showroom.

Very nice and personable people. Went in looking for lighting ideas for a kitchen remodel and very happy with the service wer received.

Experienced staff -- great selection

Worked with their staff (Rebecca & Wendy) to pick out replacement lighting for our family room (1990s white big can track lighting had to go)- the new lights look great. Not only did we end up with new fixtures that match the room, but a lower electric bill thanks to the recommended LED bulbs as well (we got MUCH better quality/performance bulbs through them than youd get at Home Depot or Lowes). Id highly suggest checking this place out.

I have purchased several items from the Lighting Showroom and have always been extremely satisfied with the value, customer service, and selection. The entire staff has such extensive product knowledge that it makes my decisions so easy every time I go there! With the industry such as it is, I will not waste my time on the internet trying to save a couple of dollars - it just isnt worth it. The big box stores cant compete because they dont have a good selection and everything they have looks the same (and the same mediocre quality). Lighting Showroom has access to everything from Tiffany on down.I am very happy to have such a wonderful small business who is so attentive to my needs as a customer, and will always guide me in the right direction! Lets keep it local. I definitely recommend shopping here for all of your lighting needs!
