Fantastic staff & service.I’ve spent on high and low dollar items here the service is great as they don’t pretend to know everything. When they don’t know they say so and find out.I needed to return an item and these guys made it super easy.During these covid times I appreciate my local store staying open and well staffed.My bike & I have travelled more miles in the past 18 months than in the previous 5 years. Cycle Gear in Bedford, Tx is by far the best one we’ve been to. Lots of options to choose from compared to the Fort Worth store. Staff was very very helpful when it came to getting fitted for helmets. They were very knowledgeable and non biased. They had competitive pricing as wel. We will definitely come back.

I received an e-mail about the Memorial Day Sale (on sunday) so I went online and found a nice quality helmet for my girlfriend. I was able to reserve it and then called the store to ask additional questions before driving over there to check it out. Willy the store rep was polite and spoke clearly. He answered all my questions and reassured me that the discount coupon would be applied to my purchase at time of sale. We headed over and the location was right off the freeway and easy to find. The guys at the counter both greeted us as we walked in and we immediately felt right at home. They looked up our online reservation and brought our helmet out right away. We looked at all the other options just to make sure this was our best option. She tried the helmet on and it was a perfect fit. The coupon was enough to cover the tax so we felt like we got a great deal on a great helmet. In addition I would like to add that they have lots of specialty tools, clothing, and accessories. This establishment is doing it right. Its refreshing to go to a store like this and these days it can be a rare occurrence. Great job guys!😎👍

I can’t say enough about how great the customer service is always been at the store or even at any of the cycle gear locations. Yesterday I need to pick up a clutch lever for a customer bike that I had snapped on accident the customer was leaving out of town that night. They kept the store open for me about 10 minutes allow me to pick it up in time and get my customer squared up really good customer service love this place love this place

Had a flat tire, needed a new tube installed. Called to verify they had the tube in stock. They checked and placed it aside for me. I dropped the tire off and they had it finished the next day. Always great service at this location!

Always best to be in the shop when you buy protective armoured jacket or gear. Pay the extra dough to make sure it is gonna hold up against the concrete and cushion your bones when you take the fall. I am very pleased with their service, their workers go the extra mile to make sure the customer gets something good, and something that suits their style.

Came in just yesterday for a helmet but I needed to get my head size first so the associate got me the exact helmet I needed, gave me some advice on fitment, and then went above and beyond to clean the helmet for me. Love cycle gear. I went in and had questions about the new Sena RT1 Mesh System. They were able to give me all the info i needed. I bought 2 of them and they even installed them in me and my girlfriends helmets at no xtra charge. That was my first time going to cycle gear plano a month and a half ago. I have since been to cycle gear FT. Worth, Lewisville, and recently Bedford for the Labor Day sale and the experience was the same. Thanks guys and gals for great customer service!

Customer service is educated and knowledgeable about the products. Every one is friendly and inviting. Even the customers were cool and helpful with tips and suggestions.

Staff was helpful. Store had better variety than my local store, however they had a lot of stock that had not yet been put on display. Should be even better stocked once they get the pallets unpacked.

Really a great location! I always enjoy going to Cycle Gear Bedford. Staff member (Anthony I think was his name) was exceptional. He helped me order a helmet, helped me with some tire advice and I really appreciated the professionalism and knowledge that he brought to the discussion.

I have been going to Cycle Gear, Bedford for years. Recently my family went to get new helmets and communicators. I have to say that the entire crew at this store is very knowledgeable and consistently gives customer service far above normal. Very nice and helpful employees. It really means a lot that they are passionate about riding just as much as their customers. I like that there is a physical location to try on and inspect gear/products in person instead of ordering everything online. They will mount/balance tires as well, but I take it to my mechanic since he is a bit cheaper.

My boyfriend took his rear tire there to see why the new inner tube went flat. Apparently, it was defective and the guys exchanged it for a new one, placed it on the hub and dunked it to check for leaks. It was not leaking any air. Thank you for a great experience!

One of the best motorcycle outfitter experiences that Ive had ever! Bedford location is extremely friendly and helpful. Staff is amazing in assisting with getting fitted for equipment, regardless if you are a seasoned veteran or a beginner.. one of the few retailers in any industry where the employees are extremely knowledgable about every product they have to offer in the store, as well as the after sales care of your investment. You dont realize how valuable their input is until you get all the gear on, get out on the road, and then breathe a sigh of relief from how comfortable (and protected you are) from not only accidents, but also the hot Texas sun. As a sales manger for export, my experience at Cycle Gear this past weekend reminded me how important is to connect with your customers even with small greeting, welcoming, or small attention to details.All the staff was great compared to any other cycle gear I have visited before. Special thanks to Jesus who helped us install our new headsets, he was always welcoming everybody coming to the store while he was still to helping us. Lots of cool gear and great stuff. I did feel their selection was a bit limited but not bad at all, I do wish they carried more Icon apparel (like riding boots and helmet types) but employees were nice and service was good also the clearance rack has some very good deals on it I definitely recommend stopping in and checking out their stuff!

One of the few Motorcycle equipment and apparel shops close to the Dallas area. Huge selection of products and staff always willing to help. I was even allowed to try on glove liners in store (staff opened the package) and saw they wouldnt work with my new Dainese gloves. Saved me a return trip and the hassle of a refund or exchange.

Lacking on sizes in this location also. dont carry anything. They dont have a single oval helmet. And my friend was looking for a medium size. They dont have that either. 3rd trip to their location and dont have what we need.

Dont buy any motorcycle accessories from the dealers across the highway... Buy your bike then come here. Great staff, very friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You can try and price things better online... You wont save much and here you know how it fits, etc. and they stand behind what they sell... Excellent return policy.

Jared was awesome helping me out. He showed me where all the newest gear was, and he was very knowledgeable about everything I was looking for. I also needed my head measured for a helmet and was impressed he had the measuring tape in his shirt pocket. I was in a hurry and it was great to not have to wait while he went looking for it, or couldnt find it. Just eager to help and happy about it.

What a unique experience going here for dust masks to help keep my N95 masks in place as an essential worker. Will need to get tires when Covid-19 chaos settles down! Theyre all set up to handle the transaction flawlessly at the front door with the staff taking your card and making the transaction at the register. Ive been doing business with Cycle Gear as a company for about 15 years now and I can honestly say that the Bedford location did not disappoint. It was nothing less than what I have grown to expect from all their locations. Very nice store. The staff is extremely helpful without being overbearing. Great selection of motorcycle gear from Cruisers to dirt bikes. If they dont have it in stock they can order it for you with very quick turnaround from a local Warehouse. Ordering online will originate from California and obviously take longer. Prices are very competitive and seem to match online sites. You can shop around but I would highly recommend going to Cycle Gear.
