The store employees are courteous and try to be helpful but they are not capable of matching paint colors. I have made several attempts to match a specific trim paint for my homes exterior. One employee did get a one quart matched perfectly but could not duplicate the color in a gallion formula.I returned again to have the store try again. They tried but failed. I returned a third time to have them mix the exact same formula in four separate quarts. The color again didnt match. The store has charged me for all of the paint that doesnt match the original color they mixed in the beginning. The advised there werent refunds on paints where pigment had been added?The money is not a big thing but I have certainly been frustrated with all the wasted time and lost days painting. We have used Sherwin Williams for many years in the past for our home. The paint we have purchased has always been very acceptable. Just dont ask them to match a color.

In our new normal, Sherwin Williams provided me with a no contact experience that was quick and easy. The Bedford store has always been a friendly and customer focused environment even before Social Distancing.Thank you Dave!

The employee was very helpful and friendly, the problem I encountered was from the lack of cross-reference part numbers for Sherwin Williams paint sold through stores other than a Sherwin Williams store. I was not able to purchase the correct ceiling paint for a Sherwin Williams ceiling paint that I had the part number and the paint can it came in. How many other times does someone bring in Sherwin Williams number that cannot be cross-referenced?
