This was my first time using Alaniz & Perez Tire Pro to do my oil change & tire rotation. They were so professional, friendly. They were able to get me in and out. Will definitely be back.

ALWAYS have a good experience w Alaniz & Perez!! They r fast, thorough, & sure 2 let u know what issues u may or may not b having w ur car! Went in yesterday 4 car inspection & was done in about 15mins!! Thats the thing i REALLY appreciate about them, i dont have 2 wait 30mins-an hour 4 a simple car inspection!! Would & DO recommend 2 friends & family when they need any type of work on their vehicles!! GREAT service done in a timely manner!! 5 stars ALL day long!!

Showed up at 8:00am on Thursday for an oil and fuel filter change for my F-250. Trey took care of me immediately upon arrival. I asked him to check the front end components as well. They found some issues and notified me right away. They took care of everything and kept me notified of progress via text. My truck has 294,000 miles on it. When I picked up today, it drives like a new one. These guys are super quick and professional. Estimates are detailed and accurate and you can pay over the phone. First time using this shop, but definitely won’t be the last. Thanks

The staff in the office is great and very helpful. They went out of their way offering a ride because I had children when I took my vehicle in for repairs. They didnt overcharge or do any work on my vehicle without calling me and checking first. If I still lived in beeville this is the only place Id go as Ive used most of the mechanics and tire shops in town and this one is the best to its customers

Alaniz & Perez Tire is awesome! We were stranded on the side of the road after two blowouts on our RV and made a call to them. Within 10 minutes they dropped everything and made their way to help us. Very professional and fast service. After we were able to make it to their shop, and after replacing all of our tires, we were on our way safely to our destination. Thank you so much!

My family has used this garage for years. They are always friendly and quick in diagnosing the problem. They have worked on trucks, cars and even a cattle trailer with excellent results. We have had service on mechanical issues, batteries and tires. It is a true family run business and I appreciate their commitment to service.

Employees and staff are very rude especially the bold guy up in front desk seems like if they are frustrated, went there to get tire changed and they couldn’t give me a set price on how much they would charge me to patch a tire as of they make there own prices trying to get as much money out of the customers depending on what bind ur in.. they ended up charging me $60 to patch a tire and took almost 2hrs knowing that I needed it to get on the road again never will I go back again

Our only complaint was, we desperately needed to know when our truck would be ready because we were leaving on vacation the next morning. We didn’t receive a call letting us know it was ready. I called just in time before y’all closed! Next time we would appreciate a phone call when it is ready to be picked up!

I have been taking vehicles to Alaniz & Perez Garage for so many years that I cant even remember how long it has been. I know that I will get first class service no matter what car problem I have. I trust their opinion as to what needs to be done, because they have NEVER taken advantage of MY lack of knowledge. I highly recommend them.

These guys are very service oriented. Indeed they could teach a course in customer service. What I am impressed with is not the big stuff, but how they tackle the small stuff. They fix my riding lawn mower tires with the same enthusiasm and cheerfulness as they would a major overhaul. And only charge $6. Thanks.

I just wanted to say that I had a coupon for $25 off a $50 any service and was not honored. Was told that it was for repairs only when its reads any service. I felt that was unfair and shady. I always take my car there bc everyone is always so super friendly. I always have a great experience there.

We always take our cars and trucks to Alaniz because they are so professional and get the job done in a timely manner. Theyre courteous and friendly. We are always greeted as soon as we drive up. We wouldnt take our vehicles anywhere else, although there may be somewhere closer. The drive is worth it.

I was coming from work, l had a flat tire. Went to Alaniz and tire. My flat was fixed within minutes and l was on my way. They did an excellent job. Thank you!

Got our Ford F150 to get a diagnostic done on a whistle sound coming from engine. Was told that it had a bad motor which is wrong, had it looked at by an ACTUAL mechanic shop and it was a bad EVAP leak. Also the truck was given back in worse condition as it leaked out all the oil and left me stranded 15 miles away from the shop. After calling the shop to explain the owner was very hard to deal with when I just wanted my truck in the same condition as it arrived to their shop, which was not leaking any fluid. The truck literally leaked all the oil out and luckily didnt lock up the engine. Would not recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

My husband had a blow out on a trip down South, I went out to meet him to help him get it fixed - Alaniz & Perez Tire Pros were willing to make a trip all the way up to San Antonio just to get the tire we needed, same day. The staff was courteous and very willing to help. Overall an awesome experience on a not-so-awesome day.

I would highly recommend this shop. We are from Iowa and were on the road when our RV broke down. They took us right in and had us back on the road it as soon as the parts were available. Very nice, honest people to work with.
