Was having a good time making a cash offer on a used truck with Josh, who’s a super nice guy. Till one of the other car salesman tried selling the exact vehicle I was looking at, knowing I was looking at it cause she also tried to sell it to me. When I brought it up she basically said she does what she wants cause I was using someone else as a salesperson and then went on to say how they were already financed and she was gonna make more money cause I was offering a straight cash offer. Overall very disrespectful and all about the money. This would have been the third truck we’d bought from Blake.

Ripped me off for over $1600. Took my car in twice to have “check fuel fill inlet” EVAP codes fixed. They replaced two parts which have not fixed the problem. The errors keep coming back despite the work they have done. I asked that the service manager call me to try to work something out which they did not. I also asked for the general manager to call me which they have not. We are going to another dealer and I have initiated charge backs through my card issuer. I called Ford customer service but they weren’t able to really help me either. Avoid this place. There are many dealers this isn’t the one to go to.

The service department here is hands down the WORST Ive ever had to deal with. My first experience with them was for a warranty repair. They ordered the parts and assured me theyd call when they arrived. I checked in with them twice over two months and they took my number, assured me theyd call me back. I finally grew impatient, went in, and the parts manager Larry(great guy) found the parts no problem and told me they had been there quite some time. I made an appointment to have the work done, they damaged my front bumper and the Service manager claimed she would make it right and have it repaired. Its been months now and every time I go in to check on the status she is very deflective and claims theyre working on it. I cant get them to call me back, its very unfortunate theres not another Ford dealership in the area.Edit: The day after the review was posted I was contacted by the General Manager of the dealership. He has been very professional, courteous, and has handled the situation the way it should have been handled in the first place.Since his involvement, the service team has also shown an improvement in their efficiency and professionalism.

We went to Blake Fulenwider initially because it was the local dealership. Once we started talking to the salesman, there was no pressure to buy, he just answered questions and let us look at the vehicles in stock. Once we narrowed it down to the package/options we wanted, he started calling within a 900 mi radius the next morning and we had a new vehicle by the end of the day. Seriously doubt Ill be buying another vehicle from this place again after selling me a vehicle with a governor installed and they cant/wont remove it. They also failed to inform me of it being on the vehicle, they removed the noticed sticker from the vehicle before I got there to pick it up. They have been little to no help in getting this situation resolved. Had I known it was installed, I would have looked elsewhere.

My son introduced me to his friend at Blake Fulenwider Dodge / Chrysler in Beeville and ended up buying a Chrysler 200S for my Mom.Shortly after, they bought the Ford Dealership in Beeville, Tx. I’m a Ford Man and just bought my fifth vehicle from them. The crazy part about this story is, I’ve never been to the Ford Dealership as I live 165 miles from Beeville. I pick out my vehicle on their website and negotiate with them over the phone. They make the process very easy and once the deal is done, they deliver my vehicle to my house. How sweet is that ? Love these guys and so will you!!

Staff was excellent and experience was great. Much less painful then any auto purchase experience in the past. Staff made us aware of all financing options and actually worked with us to insure both us and Ford were satisfied in the end.

Truck had both rear calipers locked, no brakes, needed an alignment, two tires were bald, sensor on tire was out, passenger window didnt go down, truck was not detailed before delivery. In all I paid 4300 after purchasing the truck for 10k cash....

Had been having the check engine light turn on and then it would turn off, so I finally was able to get it check ed out with the light on. Service Advisor Suniga, took over from there, dropped off vehicle at 8:50 AM, and had it repaired and ready by 12:19 PM, mind you, this was on a Saturday. Pretty impressive for a weekend. From now on, thats the repair shop for my vehicles. Every person I came in contact with on Saturday were extremely nice. Was treated with dignity and respect, that speaks volumes of the personnel at the service department of Blake Fulenwider Ford.

Very friendly. However we came in on Friday at 3:20 with a broken AC. service department said they could take a look at it real QuickTime see if it’s something simple. Almost 2 hours later nothing. We had a deadline so we had to leave. Sad because they did not keep us informed of the actual wait. We would have never stayed if he would have said, it’s going to be 2 to 3 hours!

Thank you for your reply however, your response appears to be a canned response to any negative reviews you receive rather than tailored to the actual concerns and complaints of your customers. I did contact you a number of times trying to work through issues with your repair of my vehicle but you were not interested in working to solve the issues. I am skeptical of your actual interest in solving my issues with your service department.Vehicle service is a joke. Unless you have weeks for them to perform repairs go elsewhere. I was told they may have to keep my vehicle overnight, after 6 days finally just went there and picked up my vehicle without repairs completed.

After a couple of shaky service experiences with Blake Fulenwider Ford, they listened when I voiced my concerns and have since gone the extra mile to assure that I am involved with—and informed of—every step of the service being done on my vehicle. It isn’t easy for an auto dealership to earn my trust, but I must give these guys credit for showing concern with building and maintaining their relationships with customers!

DO NOT GO IF YOU PLAN ON LEASING.Went to this dealership to lease a Ford Ranger. The staff was friendly but very slow. They do not know how to lease vehicles. In short the offer for a 3 year lease was more than 3x what a reasonable lease would of been. Over the term of the 3 year lease they wanted us to pay $11,000 MORE than the MSRP to LEASE the vehicle. Their math was incorrect as their offer was $200 less per month to BUY the truck rather than lease it. How is it cheaper to buy a truck than lease it for 3 years? They’re getting the vehicle back after 3 years so why would it make sense to pay more to lease? Upset they spent so much time “getting figures” that ended up being incorrect.

Sales and service after the sale was exceptional. We purchased a vehicle (F150) (Alicia was great) and while I wasnt able to be there to negotiate, my wife was and they treated her fair and she was able to purchase the vehicle with no hassles and at a good price. The truck had a factory fault (very rare with Fords) and when we brought it in for service, the service department was prompt and exceeded expectations; also, the Sales person that sold the vehicle to us (Alicia) was very helpful in accompanying us to the service department.

The people were nice but the service was extremely slow. It took 5 days to get my truck back. They blamed Ford for their lack of communication on what is covered. My truck is only 10 months old. I had it less than two months, yet it has had the same problem for times before I got it. I was told when I bought it that I would bet a loaner car if my car went into the shop. Well, that didnt happen. Then I was told Blake Fulenwider Ford was a franchise and didnt have to comply with the loaner car plan. Like I said everyone was very nice, but it still took 5 days to get my car back.

I would not even give them 1 star, need a zero star for this place. Girlfriend took her car there, tried to sell her a $800 job when her car was still under warranty. Left grease on the interior, 1 lug nut was missing and 2 loose on the right front tire. Tried to act like they didn’t do it. Will never go there again, will definitely not recommend them for even getting tires aired up.
