A week ago I purchased 2 pairs of glasses, one safety and the other one every day glasses. I love them both! I sat down with Lauren for over an hour going over the frames, lens, style and my sizing until I was satisfied with the glasses we picked out. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They called back about 10 days later to say my glasses were ready. I arrived 5 minutes before closing time on a Saturday and the owner Charissa sat with me for a full 40 minutes after closing making sure both my glasses fit perfectly and explained the warranty. I highly recommend this shop! Very friendly staff, good parking, easy to get there, store looks nice inside.That’s all I have to say about that.

Liz is absolutely amazing. I was a bit anxious for my 1st appointment and she completely put me at ease. I walked out with a smile and a solution to my vision issues. Everyone in the office/store was incredibly helpful and so sweet. Thank you for making my first experience with glasses a positive one!

This past summer while I was working on a construction project, I stopped in at Belchertown eye care, due to the fact I couldnt get to my regular eye care place for contact lenses. However I was so pleased with the service I received at Belchertown eye care, from Charissa and her staff that I returned recently to get glasses. The glasses I got are Progressive lenses, I found Charissa is very detailed in the measurements and fit of the glasses, I am totally happy with my new glasses and have never had better service, and I can now see amazing.I can honestly say Belchertown eye care is now my eye care place and well worth the 45 minute drive it takes me.

I rate my overall experience as a perfect 5.Each time I walk through the door I’m greeted with a friendly hello and a big smile. As the staff waited on others I had a chance to look around at all the different styles of glass frames. Not that I was there to purchase sunglasses but they had a fantastic selection.The staff helped me pick out several different frames to try on and made sure I was 100% satisfy with my final pick. Charissa and her staff are very knowledgeable, polite and made me feel very welcomed. My family and I will never go anywhere else for our eye glasses. Thank you

Been going to Belchertown Eyecare for over 16 years. They always have the latest styles and have a very helpful staff. I would recommend them to anyone that was looking for a great place to buy glasses or sunglasses 😎. Do your a favor and try them out for your next pair of glasses. 5 STARS

Just picked up my new glasses. They were exactly as promised. Charissa was very patient,answered all my questions,and made whatever minor adjustment very quickly. This is the place to go for glasses.

I went in May to get an exam for contacts, and the exam itself was good however its now September- I STILL DONT HAVE CONTACTS. After paying $110, I would hope that by now I would at least have a working pair of sample contacts. Not to mention the first pair of samples that didnt work took me a month to get and -I- had to badger them just to get them!Update:Since posting this review, the owner has personally worked with me to get me contacts. I have gotten samples very quickly, and she has been very helpful. Im going to write off the initial issues as just a case that happened to slip threw the cracks. Im bumping it up to 3 stars for now, because the owner seems very genuine and I have appreciated her help

I am a veteran and Im so happy to say that I stopped into Belchertown Eyecare today to have glasses adjusted that I received from the VA. They were so wonderful to work with, so very kind, and so very supportive of veterans.
