I went to Soundscape to get apparel for my team after another company totally dropped the ball, leaving us with a very short timeline to get items in time for an event. Soundscape was able to get our order for us extremely quickly, and were an absolute pleasure to work with. They are very professional and communicative, and use online platforms that make ordering and billing very easy. We later ordered more items from them, and everything came out looking amazing. This was a pleasant experience all around. I downloaded the form from their website, filled it out with the problems I was having and packed my Bose headset in a box and mailed it. I had tracking attached to the package and the morning that it arrived, I received an email and a text message notifying me that it arrived and they were investigating what needed to be done. I short time later I received another one letting me know the things that needed to be fixing and asking I would like them to proceed. I responded yes, and when they finished the work a short time later, sent me a video of the work they completed. The headphones were sent out the next day and, in all, the headphone were gone for 9 days. I would highly recommend this company if you would like to keep your old headphones going.

A lot of times, when dealing with smaller independent music merchandisers, there is a funky, slightly sloppy quality to the interactions. Not Soundscape. I ordered a double sampler CD. There was a problem with one of the discs not playing properly. They responded to an email the same day, and shipped a replacement immediately. Later on, I bought 4 more CDs, inspired by the sampler. They were in my hands three days after ordering them! And the day I ordered them, I could also download the mp3 files for the CDs at the moment. They have an excellent array of music and are worth checking out. Reasonably priced, too. I will be back.

I ordered one of the Belchertown Clapp Memorial Librarys summer reading shirts from Soundscape. The color is a wonderful fern green and has not faded at all. The fit is fantastic, I ordered a womens xs and I love how, unlike most screen printed Ts, it is not at all boxy. Its extra long, so it overlaps the waist of my pants perfectly and the material is nice and soft.
