They sell great products and follow through on service. We bought a brush hog from Orchard Hill recently. Their sales staff were top notch, following through to ensure we had loaded the brush hog onto our pickup without damage to either the product or our truck. After bringing the brush hog home, we discovered that it had a defective gearbox. That was not Orchard Hills responsibility, but under warranty they facilitated a replacement gearbox in short order, even ensuring that shipping costs were managed in a responsible way. We now have a new hog and are happily mowing pastures and trimming back field margins. Orchard Hills involvement in the sale and follow through is what you would hope and expect. I cant give them a higher rating than 5 Stars (I would if I could). We will definitely go back to them with future agricultural needs.

Saw the trailer that I wanted on their company website. Ad shows trailer with ramps NOT mounted on the sides and nice spare tire holder welded on. Paid for the trailer over the phone (cash deal) and had it delivered for an additional $300. When it showed up the ramps (that weigh more than I do) WERE mounted on the side and no spare tire holder. Very disappointed customer here. Very nice sales people until they have your money in their hand!

I recently bought a used tractor from Orchard Hill. Marshall spent an hour out with me in the cold rain going through the tractor and looking at other options. After deciding on the tractor the financing process was very smooth and I got a lower rate than we had initially talked about. Due to my work schedule I was only able to pick up the tractor when they weren’t open, but they went out of their way to ensure it was ready to be picked up on their days off, and even left a goodie bag in the tractor. Would highly recommend, I’ve already sent a friend their way.

I’ve purchased two tractors from Orchard Hill now in the last year (CK3510 and then an NX4510 Cab) and I can’t speak highly enough about my experiences working with the staff. Both times, working with Marshall, he answered all my questions about the tractors and it was evident he takes the time to learn all the details about the products he sells. Even off of business hours, he took the time to get back to me quickly with any questions I’ve had related to the tractors.Shortly after buying my first tractor, I had a small mechanical issue that required a trip back to the dealer for warranty work. Members of the staff came in early on a Friday morning to meet me after my drive up from RI, get my tractor repaired while I waited, and get me back on the road and back to work as soon as possible.

Ive worked with and on farm equipment for many years but have gotten out of farming and needed a small tractor. After visiting a number of dealerships I eventually chose to work with Orchard Hill. This was not an easy choice as I had long standing relationships with other dealers, but the Kirbys really earned my business. I needed an education on small tractors and got one at Orchard Hill. Ed, Doreen and Marshall were patient with my questions and answered them thoroughly. They are extremely knowledgeable. I was looking at red, green and 2 shades of orange from multiple dealers. In the end, I was convinced that Orchard Hill had the best machine at the best price coupled with superb customer service. You dont usually get to have all three. Its been a couple of years now and this little Kioti continues to impress me. I have not needed much for it, but so far the parts counter has been great no matter who I talk with. Sent an email asking for their price on a $90,000+ order, but they never responded. Called for pricing and the lady that answered said our tractors are just flying out the door, we dont have time to do pricing. Placed my order with Larry Stovesand equipment who didnt seem to bothered with taking my money.

Customer Service has been far above any other dealer within 100 miles. I have been searching and researching many different cab tractor models over the last month. I have even emailed many dealers in an effort to get more information and even price quotes. I can honestly say Marshall has gone far above and beyond with regards to information provided, pricing, and answering all questions. I havent even stepped foot on this dealers property yet and their customer service exceeds all other dealers in the area. Bought a Brand new Mahindra Tractor with backhoe and bucket loader with extra implements 2018 in 2020 with low hours I was looking to trade for a slightly bigger model however they had no interest and declined to help even adding that I paid over 27k and was down to 18k they said they cant even give me 10k, it seems to me they just want your money!

When your buying a tractor the biggest factor you need to consider is the dealer. Obviously everyone has there own preference on brands. The dealer has more of an effect on your tractor experience then the color of the tractor. We were dead set on Kubota. After hours of searching online trying to find any reason why we should pass on Kioti and stick with our search with Kubota we couldn’t find any. Talking with Marshall was a big help. He didn’t talk down about any other brand. He just gave us facts comparing what comes standard on one vs added extras on the other. Having a dealer with experience and knowledge is huge. We drove 2 hours to Orchard Hill Farm Equipment because of the1 YouTube videos and explanations of each tractor.2 The price was posted with the tractor3 Reviews of the dealership posted online4 How great the customer services was.I highly recommend going to check them out.

I recently purchased a Kioti DK4510 H-Shuttle Tractor/Loader/Backhoe. This buying process took upwards of 6 months. I spent countless hours online searching every known tractor manufacturer comparing specs, price, standard and optional equipment, etc. I got quotes from pretty much any tractor dealer within 1000 miles of my address in order to compare pricing. When obtaining all the quotes and information, two dealers went above and beyond what I expected. Oddly enough, both of them were Kioti Dealers. I wont mention the name of the other dealer, but I would have had to drive to TN to get a new Kioti tractor.Marshall replied to my first quote request within a day and not only did he reply, but he asked many important questions concerning what I was looking for, some of these question I hadnt even considered. We continued to have an email conversation for approx 6 weeks before I could make the 90 minute trip to his dealership. In this process, Marshall went far above and beyond any dealer I have ever dealt with in any purchasing scenario to answer questions, provide quotes, explain pricing, etc. I finally made it out to Orchard Hill dealership and again, Marshall went far and above to show me every tractor that I should consider and broke down the differences, prices, etc.All and all, Orchard Hill Farm Equipment & Trailer Sales is a very professional, customer service oriented business. Marshall is an outstanding and knowledgeable salesman with a heart for the customer. You guys have honestly been the best dealership I have ever dealt with to purchase something. The kirby family gave me the absolute best customer service anyone could ask for,they made sure I received all the available discounts and there overall service was top notch.I was so happy with my purchase I added a last minute trailer and they assembled it on the spot!Ive spoken to several other owners who have also purchased their tractor from Orchard hill and they to enjoyed their experience and spoke very highly of them.It was one of those purchases that has brought a smile to my face every time I see it.
