As to accuracy of prescription, I have no complaint. The big problem here is messages and phone calls. I just got a computer-voiced message, and not for the first time, where Im asked some unintelligible question having to do with prescription update(s), I think, but not exactly. Apparently, instead of relaying the status, the voice asks if would like to hear the information at all ? Then, unwittingly, by pressing 7, all future messages are stopped, and without any prescription status. This is terrible ! Now here I sit at 5:00 awaiting a very much needed prescription. So, I call. The long and short of it: After much security information, the voice sees more than one prescription on the phone number for my account, and passes me off to a member of staff, whom, of course never comes to the phone -- and if youve the fortitude to wait - youll wait for the better part of 45 minutes, then be truncated - bzzzzzzzzzzz. and thats it ! This, I sadly, fear, is going to be the relationship between AI and humans.

I have being a Walgreens customer for over 20 years in Albuquerque and now in Belén NM for a little over 3 years and I have no complains about Belén Walgreens Farmacy. But the online or web site is useless 🤠 I being trying to use it for my meds refills and they always have my meds refills ready in Dallas texas 🤠🤠If I live in NM why is my refills in Dallas Tx?

I had to pick up a few items and decided to give Walgreens a try.Unfortunately, one of the employees appeared to be sick with a respiratory illness and was coughing- A LOT.In the times of Covid-19, it was very disheartening to see.The store looked like it had been hit very hard with Christmas shopping as most shelves were empty, but thats hardly anyones fault.Be advised that it also appears that this location is not keeping up with capacity limits...there were a lot of people in there.Other than that, the employees were friendly and I was able to get some grocery staples.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! I called about my prescription 4 days in advance, they said yes it’s ready I drive 50 miles one way for them to tell me ohh you need a new prescription.....WTH!!! It will be ready tomorrow... ughhh. Other times I go to pick up prescriptions it’s at least an hour wait. Rude little girl there with black long hair... Don’t use this pharmacy. They will mess ur prescription up!!!

Constantly take an hour and a half or longer to fill a prescription. Then the cashier Jenny was extremely rude. I had to wait until the prescription was ready so I came inside. She continued with her rude attitude then gave me a bunch of dirty looks. Unfortunately I had to go back a few hours later to get my 5 yo daughter tylenol since she has the flu. Jenny was standing up at the front register having a conversation with that cashier. She then began talking badly about me right in front of me. No she cant control the fact that my prescription wasnt ready but she sure as heck can control her bad attitude!!! If you dont like your customer service job Jenny get a different job!!!!

My state insurance was expired when I walked in. I gave the girl my prescription and she immediately started looking for discounts for me. Before she was done my prescription was filled in less than 5 minutes. Amazing job.

I wish there was an option to give zero stars. Had a TB test done. The main pharmacist Charlene gave me the test. Painful injection, bleed and not even a band aid was given. Received a document stating dates and times to be read: the first one was wrong. Pharmacy is closed at the specific time given. How can the manager miss that?. Second day, I was informed there was no qualified pharmacist to read the results. So tough on you, you have to take the test again. So unprofessional, now Im even wondering is she knows what shes going. DONT GO THERE. RUN AWAY FROM THIS WOMAN. Her license should be revoked. Save your time, money and a bad experience

They advertised tide pods on sale for 1.99 with card and $3 off coupon while supplies last but they would not honor that sale that was in the ad even tho I had the coupon and a balance rewards card. Very disappointed. Will not recommended shopping there to anyone unless they fix their problems.

An employee at a register stole my fed ex package. I called several times and provided the manager with the date and time it arrived and she made it clear that she could look back and see who it was, but wont. So thats that I suppose.

Aweful experiance the first time was month ago and today. The guy that works the western union has no manners and when he does they are sarcastic.

Very helpful and better priced sometimes than Walmart. The pharmacy staff sometimes is snotty and the photo department sometimes never has a person available.

Pharmacy staff extremely useless and make many mistakes that cost us money. They say sorry, I dont know why this/that happened, but were still out the money.

They have Excellent communication skills and are quite helpful!

Poor customer service. Have to have someone open the bathroom for you as you wait and wait and wait. Strange?
