Friendly & very helpful! Love this store!

Terrible service I have had nothing but issues with my phone since I bought it I took it in and they did what Coustomer service did and then told me that I had to pay to get it re activated

Vanessa and Josie are amazing they helped me and my dad get all set up very professional and help us through ever step of the way. The best caustamer service at any metro PCS. Definitely deserve a raise.

Seems as if they only hire young little girls that are not intelligent enough to deal with customers. One little girl had a breakdown saying stupid stuff like I have my own problems I dont care I dont care. Felt like laughing g. I ended feeling so sorry for her looking like a freaking idiot.

Worst place ever thet dnt help u nor do they care if they sell u a bran new phone that dnt work because it has a scratch they cant fix or replace or they will get points on there store against them so basically i paid all that money for a new phone that dnt work and had to eat it!!! I have never known a phone company to not help especially if the phone is bran new beware all u go some where eles there crooks!!

The staff is kind of pushy and deffinetely lacking education. Some of them dont even speak English. Everytime i go in with an issue they dont even try to help the just refer me to call the 800 number.

This place has good service and they treat you right

This store opens late and closes early. Dont go by the store hours, youll waste gas.
